一、工作职责
1.1、制定/季度新开发计划(包括:风格、款式、市场需求、产品结构、价格定位、),书面
提交总经理,待交流、沟通确定后实施。
1.2、按公司《年/季度新品开发计划》展开工作,负责组织新产品可行性研究和新产品的引进、开发、研制、关键技术的攻关、有关技术的改进和实施工作,确保产品品种不断更新和扩大。负责组织新产品相关资料文件的编制。
1.3、组织解决现有产品重大技术问题与改进以及对改进项目的审定
1.4、负责本部门和其他部门的协调关系。协助与生产各相关部的沟通,保证新产品的结构合理、高效地投入生产。
1.5、负责编制本部门的工作计划和目标。以及人员的管理工作和业绩考评工作。
1.6、负责对外客户的沟通,全力配合客户解决技术上的难题,以达到双方共赢。
1.7、完成领导交办的其他工作。
二、职责权限
2.1、经公司总经理、副总经理受权,行使对公司新产品、新技术的引进、新产品研发、新技术
