在我过去的四十年里，有两个重要的人生阶段，第一阶段，我花了20年时间从宿迁走到了北京，在第二个20年，我从北京走到了纽约。我们下一个二十年目标是什么，我希望在全世界每个国家每个城市，都有我们的顾客或者合作伙伴。今天好像是感恩节，请允许我代表京东，代表我的团队，感谢在座的各位，首先感谢我们的投资人。大概8年前，我第一次见到kathy徐新，今日资本的创始人ceo,我们晚上10点见面，聊过之后，她写了一 封信给我，上面只有三个字，千里马。她很担心其他的投资人跟我约谈，所以让我明天一早去上海，她会给我买票，所以我得到了一张免费的票。这是整件事情里最重要的部分。我第二天一早10点到了kathy的办公室，只谈了2小时，她打印了一个文件，说richard，签字吧。在那天，我就这样得到了我的第一个1000万美金投资。他说，richard，我希望你能给我至少10倍的报酬，我说不，10倍那都不是事。我看见她两眼放光，追问，哦那会是多少。我说这事头等机密，五年后我会让你知道。五年后，她出席京东董事会的时候跟我说，richard，我还记得你五年前说的话，我现在知道了，是百倍。我做到了。

今天有三个老同事在现场。张奇是我们的第一个同事，他为京东工作了超过15年的时间，刚开始他只有16岁，这是合法的啦。我想要他们加入我的团队，我说，这里是你的家，他们在这工作，在这找到真爱，在这结婚，生小孩。他们组建了“京东家庭,迎来了“京东宝宝”，我们的第二代。在这次ipo 的过程中，我想要特别感谢sidney，他和他的团队做的非常出色，（也很辛苦）不计其数的日日夜夜的工作，很多时候工作到凌晨四五点，休息一两个小时又继续投入工作，许许多多的日日夜夜和周日。在路演之前，我只花了1%的时间在ipo 这件事上，只要签字就行了，真的，啥都不用我操心，谢谢sidney。他是我们的英雄。

另一个ipo的英雄是皓瑜，他说他在家和孩子玩的时候失足摔断了腿，一耳光玩笑，有孩子说明他有点老了啊。我花了20年的时间从北京到了纽约，但这家伙拄着拐杖，只花了2周，从北京到纽约，波士顿，旧金山，芝加哥，他是我们路演的英雄。他们都是英雄。

文中的drunken driving就是指“醉驾”，比“DUI”(driving under the influence，酒驾)的情节更严重，更容易引发交通事故。“酒驾”也可以用driving while intoxicated来表示。为了避免此类事故，喝了酒的司机可以寻求designated driving service(代驾服务)，请designated driver(代驾司机)

我今天教学设计的题目是《“禁止酒后驾车”宣传海报设计》,下面我将从以上三个方面进行阐述。

一、教材与学情分析

本课程选自高等教育出版社出版的《图形创意与联想》第三章创意设计项目实战第一节海报设计部分。在教材中，占有极其重要的地位，本章学生将通过团队协作的方式制作一个完整的海报设计案例，综合运用学过的有关创意的知识与方法，实现平面设计的突破。通过本章的学习，学生能够自己设计出合理的创意方案，并灵活运用于创意设计项目实战中。

我教学的对象是网站建设与管理专业二年级学生，经过一年的学习，能够使用Photoshop、Illustrator及Coreldraw等平面设计工具设计作品。初步了解创意的概念和创意的原理。学生的好奇心强烈，思维活跃，但是创新意识薄弱，创意能力有待提高。

根据教材的内容和学生的实际情况，以及专业课教学的要求，我制定了三重目标：

知识目标：系统掌握创意设计的思维方法。技能目标：1).能够区分并鉴赏好的创意作品。

2).学会使用相应软件进行创意设计制作。

情感目标：1).激发学生创意设计的兴趣，锻炼学生自主学习的能力。

2).通过分组教学，让学生认识到团队合作的重要性。帮助学生树立学好专业的自信心。

考虑到学生的理解能力及实践能力，我确定系统掌握创意设计的思维方法为本节课的教学重点，掌握创意设计的制作步骤为本节课的教学难点。为了突出教学重难点，我运用信息技术营造情境教学环境，极大的激发学生创意设计的学习兴趣，让学生由被动接受变成主动参与。为了突破教学难点，在授课过程中运用了头脑风暴、网络搜索、评分软件、手绘板等信息技术教学手段，丰富了教学内容，提高了教学的有效性。

二、教学策略

为了达到以上教学目标，我应用了如下教学策略：

1．在教学中我使用案例情境、任务驱动等教学法引发学生学习兴趣，让学生由被动接受变为主动参与，通过本课的学习，发挥学生的主体作用，培养学生的创意设计能力，引导学生通过网络学会收集素材、分析素材。

2．引入营销企业在市场经营活动当中经常使用的头脑风暴法，培养学生创意思维理念。

3．通过课前设计的软件，用分组学习的形式让学生进行自评，互评、教师打分，达到预期项目检测和评价效果。

三、教学过程与教学反思

1.教学过程

本课教学过程分以上六个方面，教学思路设计是针对中等职业学校的学生特点，以互联网和信息技术的运用为主要教学手段，注重学生创意设计能力的培养。以承接政府实际工作任务为目标，采用创意引导的方式进行教学。

（1）案例分析

在案例分析的过程中，充分运用信息技术手段创设教学情境。

首先设置工作情境，用PPT幻灯片的形式向同学们展示，某市政府部门向社会征集 “禁止酒驾”海报的设计方案，要求采用政府招投标的方式。因此我制作了模拟公司场景，将学生分成四组分别代表四个广告创意公司进行投标设计，并且指定每个小组的企划师和设计师，让学生对教学任务有了充分直观的了解，使学生快速进入教学情境，充分调动了学生创意设计的兴趣。

其次我课前用喷绘机制作了政府原有的酒驾海报，让学生分析其特点和不足，并提出具体的设计要求，讲解设计这款海报的技术要点。（2）创意引领(a)头脑风暴

为了让学生更好的进行创意，我使用头脑风暴法，给出关于海报设计的四个关键词“车”、“酒”、“危险”、“生命”，让学生能够高度充分自由联想，拓展学生的思维和创意能力。发动学生创意大脑，进行相关联想和创意。（b）文案设计和平面素材收集

在文案设计和平面素材收集的过程中，采用网络搜索的方式，确定了创意和设计的方向。指定专业的设计素材网站。让学生课前注册了几个网站，例如：昵图

网，中国素材，站酷网等，在这些网站上进行资源搜索，并通过设计交流平台增加学生与专业设计师的交流，极大的提高了制作海报与创意设计形成理念的效率。（c）确定表现形式

实际操作的过程中，给每个小组的学生发一套WACOM公司的影拓绘图板，让学生们运用手绘板在短时间内将创意设计表达出来，使知识性和趣味性融为一体。制作过程中学生充分使用绘图板采用比喻、拟人、夸张的手法进行版式布局与草图设计。（3）创意实践

在创意设计的制作过程中，为了让学生确定更合理的海报色调，课前我设计出配色与布局教学软件。让学生通过教学软件，进一步学习研究，更好的确定海报色彩及主色调，然后学生利用平面设计工具按要求，每个小组制作出二至三套方案，学生能够最大化发挥自己的设计水平，平同时也给客户更大的选择空间。（4）作品展评

在作品展示过程中，让每个设计小组用ppt制作一个项目说明，由这个小组的企划师对自己公司投标项目进行展示，并且由每个虚拟公司抽出一名设计员和我——共五人组成评审小组委员会，对作品进行评审，按照课前所分发的评分标准，利用评分软件给各小组进行打分，再运用项目评价系统，评定最佳创意小组，确认其为中标公司。教学中实现自评、互评，让学生们在充分肯定中体会学习的收获和快乐。体验到了实际工作中的氛围。（5）板书设计

板书力求清楚简洁明了，便于学生掌握学习重点。2.教学反思

在此次项目制作中，我采用了头脑风暴法，网络搜索法，手绘板等多媒体信息技术手段，突破了重点，化解了难点，为学生创意表达插上腾飞翅膀。并通过虚拟的公司架构，招投标方案，评分软件让同学们有了真正的实际工作体验，充分的调动和发挥了学生的积极性、主动性、创造性，培养职业核心能力，实现了“做中教、做中学，教、学、做一体化”，为同学们今后就业工作打下坚实的基础。
