樱桃扦插工作总结

一.大棚建设

1.棚体

苗圃共建设日光大棚2座，每棚长45米，宽9米，高3.5米，棚架铺薄膜为8丝白膜。棚体地面为水泥圈梁，框架为1寸—1.5寸镀锌管，其中大棚内部两侧立柱（间距3米）和横梁为1寸镀锌管，其它部分为1.5寸镀锌管，每棚内各架设2道顶喷，喷头为旋转微喷头(间距为2.7米)。棚内进水管道为50PVC管，喷头主管道为50PE管。棚外2则安装1米高防虫网。2.棚内道路

棚内主道路宽0.96米，支路0.48米，共预留宽1.57米4道扦插苗穴盘摆放畦。3.建设费用

2个大棚建设以外包形式建设，内容包含2座日光大棚含顶喷、活动板房（约36平米）、蓄水池（约18方）、蓄水池围栏、潜水泵（扬程25米）、棚顶遮阳网格架等费用共计75910元。二．扦插准备工作

基质配制：用育苗专用基质和素沙比例为50:1混合搅匀。基质有机物含量约45%，PH值为中性。

基质消毒：混合好的基质用800倍甲基硫菌灵喷雾，方法为边搅拌基质边用喷雾器均匀喷雾，最终使基质的湿度为用手抓基质稍用力捏成团手松开后基质团能散开为宜。基质消毒时注意一定要均匀喷湿全部待消毒的基质，喷雾不均匀会导致基质消毒不彻底。

装 穴 盘：基质装满穴盘并用木板拍实刮平并摆放整齐。注意装基质时，穴盘上填基质的高度应比穴盘上表面高2-3公分，再用木板拍实，这样才能保证基质填到穴盘内的紧密度。

大棚遮阴：扦插前先拉开遮阳网进行棚体遮阴。三．扦插（周期为8月21日-8月29日）

1.剪插穗：选取樱桃当年生半木质化枝条，每个枝条去掉枝条下端木质化程度较高的部分和枝条顶端的嫩稍，插穗长度15公分，上部剪成平口，留3片叶，每片叶剪掉1/3，留叶目的是让插穗还能够进行光合作用。下部剪成马蹄形斜口，并在插穗下部3公分以下处用剪刀划3-4道伤口待插。注意划伤口时不能伤及木质部，插穗表皮划伤的目的是更有利于插穗的生根。2.激素处理：剪好的插穗用20%萘乙酸配制成1000倍的溶液侵泡，侵泡时插穗下端3公分放入配制好的萘乙酸溶液中寖泡1小时后拿出待插。

3.扦插：先用比插穗略粗的木棍在穴盘孔中间打孔，深度5公分，然后拿插穗顺着木棍打的孔插入插穗，深度同样为5公分，插穗应垂直插入穴盘，并用手压实插穗周围基质。注意插穗插入基质后如果基质压不实，则不利于插穗生根。

4.穴盘加湿：穴盘插满插穗后立即用喷雾器给插满插穗的穴盘喷水，直至穴盘底部能流出水为止。待整棚插满后换用顶喷进行喷雾加湿。5.生根时间

经过管理人员观察及抽查，扦插后28天生根率约为63%。四．用工及费用

樱桃共扦插11万株，共用191个工，费用共计191*60=11460元，用工范围包括（棚内铺砖、穴盘基质消毒、穴盘填基质摆放、剪插穗、插穗侵泡扦插等工作）。平均每插穗用人工费用约0.104元。五．养护

1.温湿度控制：白天尽量使温度达到30-35度之间，夜间20度以上为好。湿度达到70-80%。注意天气晴朗棚温较高时，棚内湿度如果达不到要求时，应隔20分钟或不间断喷雾加湿，如遇阴天，棚内湿度较高时，应根据棚内湿度情况酌情叶片加湿。秋季夜温低于20度时，每棚安装4个电炉子，每个功率1000瓦，给棚内加温。注：秋季夜温低于10度，扦插苗有落叶现象发生。

2.通风：为避免棚内扦插苗发生病害，晴天白天温度达到28度以上时，需要给棚内通风，通风时长约3-5小时，通风时间为10点-3点。如遇温度过高时，应根据情况增加通风时间和卷膜器卷膜高度。3.植保防治

用三乙膦酸铝667倍液、甲托667倍和氯氰菊酯1500倍液防治叶部和杆部病虫害。4.冬季养护

冬季扦插苗休眠后，为不使新长出根系受冻，应把扦插苗放至0-零下2度空间进行安全休眠越冬，或移至温度较高温室打破休眠继续生长。六．存在问题

1.扦插时间较晚，后期温度低影响生根。明年建议在6月份进行扦插。

2.插穗未消毒导致部分腐烂，明年用阿米西达侵插穗或穴盘插满后立即用三乙膦酸铝进行喷雾杀菌。

3.顶喷喷头间距较大（2.7米）喷雾不均匀，存在盲区，喷头间距需调至1.35米或2米。

4.夏季扦插用水量更大，需在棚外增加积水坑，把棚内积水引至棚外积水坑内。

一、实验目的

1、掌握花卉扦插繁殖的原理和主要技术特点。

2、探究三角梅扦插不同的枝条长度及不同的基质对其成活的影响。

二、实验原理

利用植树物营养器官具有再生能力，能发生不定芽或不定根的习性，切取其径的一部分，插入沙或其它基质中，使其生根、发芽成为新植株的繁殖方法。

三、材料用具 1.植物材料：三角梅

2.用具：喷雾瓶、竹片、地膜、扦插床、沙、黑土、蛭石、剪刀或小刀等。

四、方法与步骤

从校园中剪取三角梅枝条若干

（一）探究扦插枝条长度对三角梅扦插的影响

1、用剪刀分别剪取三角梅的长度分别为5cm、7.5cm、10cm、12.5cm、15cm各10支。

2、在水中浸湿，待用。

3、在扦插床上，以10支为1排进行扦插。

4、定期进行管理，适当浇水，并做实验记录。

（二）探究不同基质对三角梅扦插成活的影响

1、以10cm为长度，剪取三角梅枝条30支。

2、扦插床扦插分别用普通黑土壤、沙子、蛭石作为扦插基质，扦插之前对基质进行适当处理：不同基质在插床上按相同厚度铺平，待扦插时用。

3、取处理好的三角梅枝条进行扦插，每种基质扦插10支枝条。

4、定期进行管理，适当浇水，并做实验记录。五.、注意事项

1.选取的插穗以老嫩适中为宜，过于柔嫩易腐烂，过老则生根缓慢。2.母本应生长强健、苗龄较小，成活率较高。3.扦插最适时期在春、夏之交。4.扦插初期，忌光照太强，适当遮荫。
