七年级英语下册期末工作总结

教育教学是一项常做常新的工作。每一年,每一届,每一个班级,每一个学生个性迥异,对教育教学工作的开展来说也在不断的变化和更新,而在这一工作的过程中,教师也必须有针对性地反思,才可以使教育真正达到更好,更有效的目的和结果。这是我对我这学期以来工作感悟的概述。
在这一学期里,我付出辛劳,收获成功,与我的学生们一起品尝了成长的苦与乐。现将本学期的教育教学工作总结如下: 一. 政治思想素质
本学期以来,我坚持四项基本原则,坚决拥护中国共产党的领导。有良好的职业道德,做到教学育人,为人师表。热爱本职工作,责任性较强,工作上认真完成学校安排的常规和临时任务。团结同事,一心扑在教育上,认真上课,备课,批改作业,课下进行答疑,努力学习专业知识,积极参加国培,不断充实自己。积极推进素质教育的实施。关心,爱护,尊重自己的同事和学生。二. 教学工作方面
作为一名英语教师,我深知要上好一节课,提高学生的学习成绩,备课是关键。我坚持先备课后上课的原则,做到每节课都是“有备而来”。我认真阅读教参与教案,既备教材,教法,又备学生。既要考虑知识的纵向联系,又要考虑知识的横向衔接;既要突出重点,又要突出难点;既要体现完整的教学过程,又要注意好各个环节的过渡自然。三. 工作出勤方面
我从不因为个人的私事耽误工作的时间,并积极运用有效的工作时间做好自己份内的工作。在我工作的这一学期中,没有缺席,迟到,早退和病事假的发生,严格遵守了学校的各项规章制度。四. 取得的成绩
在本学期的工作中,我取得了一定的成绩。在期末考试,我所任教的七年三班、七年四班英语成绩来看,七年四班要优于七年三班。但一部分学生需要巩固基础的词汇及句型知识。
五. 存在的不足
“金无足赤,人无完人”,在教学工作中难免有缺陷。例如:对学生还不够了解;教学方法上还可以再提升等。而这些问题,只能在以后的教学工作中不断地解决。六. 改进措施
(1)多与学生沟通。了解学生掌握知识的情况,这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育。
(2)注重组织教学,严格要求学生。有些学生的学习基础较差,这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯,顶多是完成老师布置的作业,有些甚至是抄袭的,所以必须严格要求他们。由于学生缺乏学习自觉性,所以上课时间是他们学习的主要时间,教师应善于组织,调动学生进行学习,更充分地利用好上课时间。
总之,在这一学期的教育教学工作中,我爱岗敬业,尽职尽责地完成了自己的本职工作。付出了很多,收到了一些回报。我会努力地填补自己在教学中的不足,不断改进教学方法,在教学中设计一些学生喜爱的活动来辅助课堂教学,激活课堂,积极开发和有效利用课程资源,更好的为英语教学服务,力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。我相信有耕耘总会有收获。

2013-2014学年第二学期七年级英语下册期末复习计划
新目标英语七年级下册,英语教学内容共有12个单元,教学内
容涉及面广,词汇量大。期末考试迫在眉睫,考试前只有3周复习整理时间。为了提高学生学习英语的兴趣,积极地配合老师进行复习,争取期末考试成绩有所提高,特制定以下计划:
首先准备用一周时间对后半部分(Units 7-12)的内容进行整理,梳理各个单元语言点;用一周来评讲本书前半部分(Units 1-6);对他们的错处进行认真评讲,最后注意进行试题讲解和考试技巧的指导,然后进行一次模拟测试,让学生熟悉考试题型。具体措施:
1、利用早读时间将所有单词带读一遍。
2、提炼出本书的知识点和语法内容复印给学生,然后进行讲解。
3、通过让学生做试卷,然后讲解学生感觉到模糊的地方,查缺补漏。
4、同时,把作业本,所做单元试卷让学生再次去复习,鼓励学生,积极发问不懂的知识和要点,一点点地把所要求掌握的内容消化。
5、对所讲的内容,要求学生做好笔记,必要时对要点进行抽查。具体时间安排为:
第17周 Units 1-6单元,并完成测试卷。
第18周 Units 7-12单元,并完成测试卷。
第19周Units 1-12单元期末试题讲解与分析。学生疑问解答与英语考试技巧及注意事项说明。
学期快要结束,我会尽全力,充分做好复习准备,在自己的岗位上兢兢业业迎接期末考试。

二、重难点解析
1、What does/ do +主语 + look like? 询问某人的外貌特征,看上去什么样? 如: What does your friend look like?你朋友长什么样?
2、形容头发时,可按照先长短,后曲直,最后说颜色的顺序说。如: She has long curly black hair.她留着长长的黑色的卷发。
3、不定代词做主语时,谓语动词要用“单三”形式。修饰不定代词的形容词,应该放在它的后面.如: Everyone is here.大家都在这里。
4.He is „(通常为形容词,包括身高、体形等)He has„(通常为形容词修饰的名词,包括头发、五官)
