学习2011版《义务教育数学课程标准》心得体会
在今年暑假我全面完整地学习了新课标,让我受益匪浅。使我进一步认识到2011版数学课程标准从基本理念、课程目标、内容标准到实施建议都更加准确、规范、明了和全面。为我深刻领会数学新课改精神,有效的进行数学教学改革指明了新的方向。下面就谈一谈这次学习新课标的几点体会:
一、教学中教师要面向全体灵活选择教法
新课程标准的五大基本理念之一是“人人都能获得良好的数学教育,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展”。在教学过程中我们要面向全体学生,关注并促进每一位学生的发展,尤其是那些学习上暂时有困难的学生,同样应给予足够的重视,而非岐视,要因材施教,因势利导,通过多种途径和方法,满足他们的学习需求,发展他们的数学才能。教材中设计了不少如“思考”、“探索”、“讨论”、“观察”、“试一试”、“做一做”等问题,教师可根据实际情况组织学生小组合作学习,在小组成员的安排上优、中、差各级知识水平学生要合理搭配,以优等生的思维方式来启迪差生,以优等生的学习热情来感染差生。在让学生独立思考时,要尽量多留一些时间,不能让优等生的回答剥夺差生的思考。对于数学成绩较好的学生,教师也可另外选择一些较灵活的问题让他们思考、探究,以扩大学生的知识面,提高数学成绩。
因此教师要深入、全面地学习课程标准,理解课程标准的精神实质,掌握课程标准的思想内涵,通晓课程标准的整体要求,才能目的明确、方向集中地钻研教材,具体、准确地把握教材的重点、难点,创造性地设计教学过程,分散难点、突破疑点,从而得心应手地驾弩教材,灵活自如地选择教法。
二、教学中教师要正确把握自己的角色定位。
在新的课程标准的理念中谈到:数学活动是师生积极参与、交往互动、共同发展的过程。有效的教学活动室学生学与教师教的统一,学生是学习的主体,教师是学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。数学教学应该以学生的认知发展水平和已有的经验为基础面向全体学生注重启发式和因材施教。教师要创设有助于学生自主学习的问题情境,给学生足够的时间和空间经历观察、实验、猜测、计算、推理、验证等活动过程,让学生获得知识,形成技能,发展思维,学会学习,促使学生在教师指导下的生动活泼地、主动地、富有个性地学习。要善于激发学生的学习潜能,鼓励学生大胆创新与实践。它实际上是一种探究性的学习,教师是探究性学习的组织者,在学习中对学生提供经验和帮助,做好组织协调工作。教师要想方设法开阔学生的视野,启发学生的思维,要善于发现学生思维的闪光点,适当地给予一些建议,老师要向学生提供经验,帮助他们进行判断、检查自己想法的正确性,提醒他们注意探究中可能出现的问题和困难,要深思熟虑地、周全地统筹学生活动。教学中可让学生充分讨论,在这个过程中,学生思维会变得开阔,富有独特性和创造性,同时也提高了他们的认识水平和口头表达能力,逐步由过去的“学会”向“会学”转变。例如《三角形的面积》这节课我就采用了先猜想~论证~归纳教学过程。这样让学生在探究中获得知识,发展思维,培养合作精神,教师在这个过程中是一个组织者、引导者和合作者。
三、教学中教师要进行多元化的评价让学生体验成功
新课标指出:“要关注学生学习的结果,也要重视他们的学习过程;要关注学生数学学习的水平,也要关注他们数学活动中所表现出来的情感与态度,帮助学生认识自我,建立信心。”这就要求我们教师对学生的评价要全面、多元,多用激励性评语。要多一些宽容,少一些指责,允许学生犯错。我们必须清楚地认识到:每个学生的基础是有差异的,学习数学的进程也会有差别,如果用同一个标准去衡量评价学生的学习,必然要制造出许多的失败者。
因此,评价要因人而异,不要用“同一把尺”,要注重评价个体在原有基础上的进步,帮其树立学好数学的信心。“兴趣是最好的老师。”只要我们时时刻刻把学生放在首位,努力充实自己,让学生爱学、乐学,必定会获得教学上的进步。
在新课标的学习与实践之中,新理念、新思路、新方法不断冲击着站在课改浪尖上的教师们。我们曾经困惑,不知所措,但通过学习,我们又会新的姿态站在教育前沿。无论遇到多大的艰难险阻,我们紧跟着新课标、新理念,才不会迷失自己的方向,切实为学生的全面发展服务。

用两句话来概括2011版课程标准和原课标的区别:重思考轻知识,重兴趣轻数量。
2011版语文义务教育课程标准中小学低段和中段都减少了识字写字的数量,并且在中段加入了独立识字能力的要求。这就是说:低段识字量减少,而对学生思考汉字规律,独立识字能力的要求有所侧重。汉语是独一无二的音义结合体的语言,除了具有其他语言都有的符号性,而且还有其汉字产生初期的图画性,可以说汉字起源于图画。去年有幸听了“千课万人”,其中一堂识字写字课别开生面,这位老师从汉字的构成法方面很好地解读了文字的结构和意义的联系。让孩子学得有趣,并且有规律性的东西,可以让孩子去掌握。想象一下,每个汉字都有他的渊源,如果追溯到汉字的源头,用奇妙的图画来展示,那是不是很有趣呢?相信,经过这样的厚积薄发,虽然在低中段孩子识字少了,但是具备了识字写字能力,有足够的识字写字兴趣和愿望的孩子,他热爱母语,并且掌握了一定的方法,那么就有可能成为一个自主识字的人。
对于写作的要求,删掉了“40分钟内完成不少于400字的习作”的要求,而且新增了要评价学生的写话兴趣,能够文从字顺地表达自己的观点,并且能够读写结合。还特别强调孩子的写作习惯的培养。更加人性化、符合教育的规律了。之前就有老师提出,规定3年级刚刚接触写话的孩子在短时间内写成成篇的作文是有难度的,质量不好,也容易打击孩子的写作兴趣。新课标不仅更合理,而且还关注孩子的写字习惯。放眼望去,孩子们的坐姿真的不够好。小眼镜多了,孩子的写作水平不是多写才能培养,还要让他们会写。怎么办呢?要培养孩子的阅读兴趣。关于阅读兴趣,应该是孩子的主要语文活动。本组汪海老师就提出阅读教学要培养孩子的阅读兴趣,其他方面何尝不是。能够自己读书,就可以在鲜货的语言环境中不断复现识得的生字,也可以自己主动识字,识字量得到了提升、阅读量也有了,写作业可以促进。表达技巧再加以训练,那么听说读写方面就都会互相促进、齐头并进了。2011年版的《语文课程标准》较原先更为强调语言文字的重要性,这多少与近年来语文教学中忽视、淡化语言学习影响了学生语文素养提高的“去语言化”现象有一定关系。
因为缺失,故有所需求。这同样体现在课标对书写要求的教育中。新课标与原课标中一样在每个学段的目标中都有对书写作要求:
第一学段(1~2年级)“养成正确的写字姿势和良好的写字习惯,书写规范、端正、整洁。”
第二学段(3~4年级)“能使用硬笔熟练地书写正楷字,做到规范、端正、整洁。用手笔临摹正楷字帖。”
第三学段(5~6年级)“能用毛笔书写楷书,在书写中体会汉字的优美。”
第四学段(7~9年级)“临摹名家书法,体会书法的审美价值。” 每一学段都有对书写作专门的要求,足见在基础教育阶段,国家对学生汉字书写的重视。而2011版课标又在原来的基础上对书写要求有所增加:
第三学段(5~6年级)新增“写字姿势正确,有良好的书写习惯。” 第四学段(7~9年级)新增“写字姿势正确,有良好的书写习惯。” 同一个新增要求反复出现在两个不同的学段,而且这样的要求似乎应该对初学写字的低年级学生而言的,现在却出现在基础教育的高学段,这其中难道不能说明些什么吗?
现阶段学生的书写状况,我敢说初高中的语文教师最有发言权,最深有感触。书写能赏心悦目的,如稀世珍宝,可遇而不可求;能书面整洁的,则心满意足;余下的,能书写正确已属万幸。常说“字如其人”,一个人的字迹即他的形象、名片,如今能拿出这张名片的学生真是少之又少。究其原因,我认为是多方面的。
首先,学校对书写教育的重视程度不够。在升学压力的逼迫下,在对分数的追捧下,不管是小学还是初中,学校把精力和时间都放在了提高分数的教学上,很少关注到与分数没有多少关系的书写上,书法课常被占用,特别是到了初中,就更是形同虚设。钢笔、毛笔等多数成为了学校以外的培训机构的事,而这本来应该在基础教育的范畴之内。敢不夸张地这这么说一句,若非个人爱好去学习软笔书法,有的学生一辈子都不会提起毛笔写一个字,最终成型的字体都没有被关注,这书写时的姿势、习惯更是无人去问津了。因此,戴眼镜的更多了,横七竖八的写字姿势多了,字体规范的少了,书写美观的稀了,体现汉字魅力的绝了。
其次,书写意识淡薄了。学生也好,老师也好,家长也好,整个社会也好,几乎所有人都抱着打印替代书写的观念,顶多练好自己的姓名就行了。其余,没必要、不需要也不可能都自己一笔一画的却写下来。这是浪费时间,out了。既然社会有此心态,自然也就形成了共识和常态。再次,榜样效应的弱化。没有条件练习,没有心态练习,再加上周边没有可供模仿的榜样,学生当然也就没有被熏染的氛围,没有想学好的意识,甚至没有审美的视角,何谈要求自己书写漂亮?更妄论学习书法了!
汉代扬雄在《法言》中说道:“言,心声也;书,心画也。声画形,君子小人见矣。”一个人的书写在一定程度上反映了他的基本素质、个人素养和精神风貌,而一个社会的书写形态则在很大程度上体现了这个社会在艺术领域和精神层面上的追求,关乎到民从对民族文化的态度。课标既然将书写教育纳入语文教学之中,那么在语文的学习中,每一位语文老师对规范学生的书写则是责无旁贷的。我们不求能引领学生体会汉字的艺术价值,至少能引导他们工整地书写每一个汉字,在书写中达成“培育热爱祖国语言文字的情感”“激发和培育学生热爱祖国语文的思想感情”的目标。
