时光荏苒，岁月匆匆，初一新生带着好奇，带着憧憬，已度过近一个学期。回头看看，初一年级组在李校长的领导下，在其他部门领导的大力协助支持下，在全体初一年级组老师的共同努力下，本学期顺利地开展了各项教育教学工作，并取得了较好的成绩。整个年级组团结一致，齐心合力，在稳定中不断进步，不断创新，不断发展。

一、根据年级的工作实际，确立了年级工作的指导思想。

初一年级是起始年级，一向是学校工作的重点之一。开学伊始，我们针对年级学生年龄小、人数多、日常行为不规范的特点，在开学初召开了初一年级年级大会，在会上向学生强调了学生行为规范、中小学差别、学生的纪律观念，对新学期的学习起到了良好的促进作用。

初一年级开学初工作头绪繁多、老师们都能一心扑在工作上认真讨论，及时地确立了新初一工作的指导思想，即：坚持“育人为主导，质量为中心，学生为主体”的教育思路，提高学生的整体素质和创新精神、实践能力，突出养成教育，切实提高教育教学水平，让学校的全体领导放心、全体家长放心。一个学期来的工作业绩充分说明了这一指导思想的正确性。

二、狠抓教育教学工作、取得显著效果。

团结就是力量，有了力量就有了战斗力。一学期来，以班主任为核心，认真研究，精心策划，周密部署每项工作。每个班都有以班主任为核心的主导群体，不断研究学生、分析学生，具有非常强的凝聚力，教师通力协作，落实到位，全体教师精诚团结。

全体老师全身心的投入到教学工作，特别是本年级的班主任，在早晨7：00左右就匆匆来到学校，开始忙碌紧张的一天，傍晚很晚才回家，其他许多老师皆是如此，他们这种忘我工作的精神实是让人敬佩，且这种榜样的力量和这种精神也激励了许多老师，形成了一股比、学、赶、帮、超的氛围。

实践证明：初一年级组是一个团结向上、快乐和谐、有凝聚力、有责任心的团队。我们一个学期的心血没有白费：思想教育，结出丰硕成果，迄今初一学生尚未出现大的违纪现象；这是一个了不起的进步；这也足以说明，半年来我们初一年级组的每一位同仁付出了怎样的努力！

三、学校的安全教育永远放第一位。

因为学生的生命是无价的，出了安全故学校的声誉就会受到很大影响。为了杜绝校园内的安全隐患，反复强调安全，提高教师的安全意识，特别是室外课安全。提醒班主任及担任室外课的老师，时刻牢记对学生加强安全教育。经过一学期的努力，本年组在本学期中没有发生一例重大安全事故。

四、组织参加各种活动，调动学生积极性，增强班级凝聚力。

通过班会，加强对学生的日常行为养成教育、安全教育、心理健康教育等，使学生从小事做起，从我做起，使学生逐步养成健康向上的个性品质。各班充分利用黑板报进行爱国主义、集体主义、教育法规政策等宣传。

我们在九月份和十月份分别在各班举行学习了《中学生日常行为规范》、《中学生守则》、《文明礼仪常识》，十一月份在各班让学生学习了《初一级师生课堂常规》，等系列活动，通过一系列活动，锻炼了学生意志，增强了学生的集体荣誉感和团队、拼搏精神。

五、架起与家长沟通桥梁。

要教育好学生学校、社会、家庭三者缺一不可。为了让学生受到更好的教育，为了让家长更好地配合，年级组在期中考试后召开了家长会议，把新学期学校和年级组采取的新措施告知家长。班主任经常通过电话、校讯通进行家访，让家长及时了解孩子的在校表现和成绩情况。初一年级的全体教师积极配合，主动与家长交流，取得良好的效果。平时教学中发现问题及时与家长联系、交流，同时通过交流，征求家长对班级、年级、学校管理的建议，对课任教师的建议，及时改进我们的工作。真正架起学校与家长沟通桥梁。

六、年级组长这个工作好似“夹心饼干”，上压下挤真得有点心理承受能力才行。工作这么多年，我深深体会到：作为年级组长应该宽容大度，让大家团结合作，同心协力，十分重要。

一、学会换位思考，学会替别人着想

换位思考可以使我们更好地去理解别人。用一种宽容的态度待人。每当同事间发生矛盾，我总是心平气和地给她们分析原因，启发她们站在别人的角度去考虑一下，将矛盾平息。另外我们级部今年来了几位新教师，由于刚来到一个新环境，她们有些慌乱，不适应。我总是能体会她们的心情，耐心地指导她们，使她们能很快地适应这里新的工作环境。

二、把同事当“领导”多征求并听取她们的意见

虽然年级组长是一组之长，但我们不是以一种领导的姿态自居。碰到问题我主动向同班各位老师征询意见，这样即使在困难的问题，在老师们的集思广益后都能找到和谐恰当的解决办法。

三、真诚待人，把同事当朋友

平时同事有困难时，我便主动去帮助她们，同事在工作上、生活上受挫时总是主动为她们分忧。如：有同事请假了，另外一个老师一个人，我总是主动帮忙做些保育工作。有的同事在生活上遇到了不顺心的事，当她们向我倾诉时，我总是耐心地开导她们。有的同事在教学上遇到了困难向我求助时，我总是真诚地提出建设性的意见，帮助她们。作为一组之长，我总是用真诚之心去对待每一位老师，真诚地赞扬同组老师，对她们工作上的不足之处，当面指出并主动帮助其改正。用真诚无私去感动同事，让别人感到我的诚意，从不居高临下地指责。

总之，征途的回顾使人常常会发现真理，只要团结一心，众志成城，就没有克服不了的困难，只要百折不挠，有一股坚忍不拔的进取之心，就能无往而胜。面对未来，我们激情奔涌，在新的一年里，新的一学期里，要有新的起点，始终如一，在教育教学这块园地里，悉心耕耘，获取更大进步！
