农村幼儿园教学的现状和发展策略

--基于蒿沟镇育鹰双语幼儿园的调查

引言

随着幼儿教育事业的不断发展,人们越来越清楚的认识到幼儿教育的重要性。然而大多数人们都把关注的焦点放到城市,却忽视了农村的幼儿教育,导致农村幼儿教育相对滞后。这就要求我们应该更多的来关注和关心农村的幼儿,让他们能有一个好的、正规的开始。在2009年的暑假期间,我曾在宿州蒿沟镇的几家农村幼儿园进行了实地的调查,并且着重去了育鹰双语幼儿园。通过两个月的调查我发现,虽然农村的大自然社会环境为幼儿教育提供了丰富的素材,但是很多幼儿班都盲目的运用一些教育内容和方法,未能根据当地情况选择教育内容,设计教学方案,组织教育活动。针对上述情况,我在农村幼儿园教学方面总结了以下的问题和建议。农村幼儿园教学方面存在的问题 2.1 教学目标单一

农村幼儿园教育中存在着教师只为传授知识而传授,幼儿只为学习知识而学的现象。于是,让幼儿学会知识成为了农村幼儿园教学的唯一目标。

农村幼儿园在制定学期教学目标的时候只规定了各门课的进度要求,忽视了德、志、体、美、劳的全面发展。根据我在育鹰双语幼儿园的观察,这个学校整个学期的教学目标主要是针对语言、数学、英语,而美术、体育、社会科学等课程则根本没有教学目标。这种做法不仅让孩子学的单调、乏味,更使孩子不能得到全面发展,对幼儿的成长将会产生不良的影响。

虽然幼儿园制定了学期教学目标,但是由教师准备的单元教学计划却没有很好的落实下来,可以说是没有明确的单元教学计划。这些单元教学计划基本上都是老师在脑子中想想就行了,而且仅限于把某些知识教会,却忽视了日常的保育以及游戏。我曾和一位农村幼儿老师交流过,问她平时都有怎样的教学目标,这位老师却回答:“能有什么目标啊,让孩子学会知识不就行了。”可见,教会幼儿知识已成为农村幼儿教师心目中唯一的教学目标,而培养幼儿的行为习惯、技能则受不到教师的重视,甚至是忽视。

2.2 教学内容“小学化”

幼儿教学内容的“小学化”是指直接向幼儿教授小学才应接受的知识,重视单纯知识灌输,轻视智力的开发和能力的培养,使学前教育完全“小学化”。这种教育违背了由幼儿生理发展特征所决定的学习心理特征,对孩子的学习兴趣和学习信心会产生严重的负面影响。

教学内容的“小学化”主要体现在注重教授幼儿一些死记硬背的东西,如:识字、古诗、算术、英语等。而忽视了音乐、美术、体育等能够开发智力,锻炼身体的课程。比如教幼儿数学,教师选择的内容没有从儿童实际的接受能力出发,而是主观的向幼儿灌输小学的数学知识。甚至在小班就开始学加减法,布置作业,全然不顾幼儿是否理解,只要记住就行,这是对幼儿心理和生理的严重伤害。再如背古诗,一些农村幼儿园教幼儿背诵古诗却根本不给幼儿解释意思,只是单纯的把小学的一些古诗拿过来一句一句重复,机械的教给幼儿。孩子们虽然会背了,但是对这样的内容却完全不能消化,这样只能加重他们的负担,不能让他们学到任何属于自己的知识。

总之,从以上的例子我们可以了解到家长的渴望和幼儿园的自身利益导致了农村幼儿园教学内容的“小学化”非常严重。现有的农村幼儿教育“小学化”现象,不利于幼儿的身心健康发展,不利于幼儿智力的开发和全面发展。

2.3 教学方法单调且盲目照搬

农村幼儿园主要采取的是“灌输式教学”的教学方法。即老师讲、幼儿听,老师问、幼儿答,老师演示、幼儿看的“注入式”方式。教师忽视幼儿的学习规律,甚至过高估计幼儿的学习能力。不管幼儿是否能消化,硬往幼儿的小脑子里灌死知识,造成幼儿的被动接受,而不是根据幼儿的年龄特点,多采用一些喜爱的,丰富多彩的教学方法。比如教幼儿认识ā、ō、ē,教师就直接在黑板上写出这三个拼音,然后教师念,让幼儿重复,直到幼儿记住后再开始提问。这种“灌入式”的教学方法是农村幼儿园的一种普遍的教学模式,不管是学习什么,甚至是美术课也是教师手把手操作来让幼儿完成。这种单一的教学方法,造成了课堂气氛的不活跃,并且激发不起幼儿学习的兴趣和求知欲望。

农村幼儿园在运用单一教学方法的同时也到城市幼儿园进行学习,但是他们却盲目的照搬城市的教学方法,并且互相效仿,不懂得融会变通。教师到城里幼儿园听课,然后按照听课的教案,利用本班幼儿模拟教学,并推广给其他教师,其他教师再去效仿。但是这种学习也只是片面的,从而导致了一个幼儿园的教学方法可能都一样,教学方法的单调程度可想而知。我在蒿沟镇就遇到过这样一家私人开办的幼儿园,这个幼儿园的所有班级都把儿童关在一个固定的空间,让儿童看书写字,看动画片,然后吃饭、睡觉,再看动画片。于是这些幼儿班就完全成了变相的托儿所。在与这里的教师沟通过后我才明白,原来是有几位教师去城里的幼儿园听课,却把托班的一些教学方法给学来了,并且在幼儿园普遍实行开来。可见,农村的信息闭塞导致了幼儿园不能及时和外界沟通,而只能采取单调的教学方法。

2.4 操作材料缺乏

农村是一个物产丰富的地方,各种天然的材料都很多。但是在幼儿园中却很少提供给幼儿材料让孩子们动手操作,最多也就是买一些简单的玩具供幼儿玩耍。这种操作材料缺乏的情况不利于幼儿智力和创造力的开发。在晨间接待的时候我进入了一家农村幼儿园,一进去只能看见一两个滑滑梯式的大型玩具放在院子的角落里,而院子的其他地方就什么也没有了。进入教室,幼儿就在那傻傻的坐在凳子上,也没有什么给幼儿玩,大多数孩子都在哪无聊的东张西望。在上课的过程中,由于农村幼儿园对操作材料在教学中所起作用的认识不够,加上怕麻烦等原因,教学中老是几套操作材料反复使用,有时只是老师操作而幼儿只是在下面看。以上情况都说明了在农村幼儿园中可以供幼儿实际操作的材料非常缺乏,陈旧单调的操作材料,极易使幼儿产生厌倦情绪,影响孩子上幼儿园的积极性。

促进农村幼儿园教学发展的策略

3.1 树立保育与教育相结合、全面发展的教学目标

《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中指出,幼儿园教育贯彻国家的教育方针,坚持保育与教育相结合的原则,对幼儿实施体、智、德、美诸方面全面发展的教育,全面落实《幼儿园工作规程》中所提出的保育教育目标。《纲要》中提出的教育目标,不仅是针对城市幼儿园,更要在农村幼儿园切实的贯彻落实下来,这就要求我们:

3.1.1 各个农村幼儿园必须要有整体的教学目标 在新学期来临之前,每所农村幼儿园都要根据本园的情况,并针对健康、语言、社会、科学、艺术五大领域的内容做出详细的教学目标,并把这些教学目标贯彻落实到老师的行动中去。

3.1.2 教师自身要制定出合理的教学目标

制定合理的教学目标就是教师不能盲目的、敷衍性的制定教学目标,而是应该根据幼儿的发展特点来制定教学目标,并且要注重教育与保育相结合。各个幼儿园也应该定时对每位教师制定的教学目标进行检查和监督,不能是教学目标流于表面,而要真正融入到幼儿的学习和生活中去。

3.2 改变教学内容的小学化,需要幼儿园、家庭、社会的共同努力

幼儿园需要改变教学内容的小学化倾向,与家庭、社会的共同努力。

3.2.1 农村幼儿教师要提高自身的专业素养,要树立正确的教育观念

教师应该按照幼儿身心发展的特点和幼儿园教育的规律,选择切合本地农村幼儿的教育内容。同时,还应改变教师的消极思想,调动起工作积极性,充分发挥她们的聪明才智,充分利用本地丰富的乡土资源,丰富农村幼儿的学习内容。

3.2.2 提高家长的文化素质,更新教育观念

由于很多农村家长的知识水平偏低,而且对自己孩子的期望值偏高,那么在教育上就会给幼儿背上沉重的包袱。因此,我们可以利用家长会、家访等形式向家长广泛宣传幼儿的身心发展特点以及早期幼儿教育的正确内涵,让家长采取合理的教育方法,形成合理的子女教育期望,最终达到减轻幼儿学习压力的目的。

3.2.3 改革国家的入学选拔制度

国家应改革中小学的选拔制度,全面推行素质教育,淡化中小学考试竞争意识,减轻教育系统给学前教育带来的压力,使农村学前教育事业沿着气自身的规律和特点发展。

3.3 运用多种教学方法,进行适合幼儿特性的教育

由于农村自身拥有的教学方法落后,在学习城市的教学方法时有存在盲目性。所以在分析了农村的特点后,我总结了以下几种教学方法可供农村幼儿园使用。

3.3.1 游戏化教学法

游戏是幼儿的天性,幼儿游戏蕴藏着幼儿发展的需要和教育的契机。因此,围绕幼儿的兴趣特点,结合农村的周围环境和材料,精心组织各种游戏,创设合理游戏情境,尝试各种各样的角色游戏,不仅可以寓教于乐,而且可以使幼儿高兴的学。

3.3.2 生活化教学法

“教育即生活”是杜威的一个重要的学前教育思想,即最好的教育就是在生活中学,教育是生活的过程,教育的目的就是教学生适应眼前的生活。因此,对于幼儿来说,幼儿的生活应从生活入手,在解决身边的一些实际问题的同时学到更多的知识。

3.3.3体验式教学法

体验式教学法同样包含了杜威“从做中学”的学前教育思想,即教育不是教给儿童既有的科学知识,而是让儿童在活动中获得经验。体验式教学法注重亲力亲为,动手动脑,学以致用,创设情境,让幼儿在各种形式的探究活动中,充分发挥自主学习精神,得到内心的体验和感悟。

3.4 因地制宜,就地取材,为幼儿提供丰富的操作材料

幼儿园需要因地制宜,就地取材,为幼儿提供丰富的操作材料。

3.4.1 就地取材,提供丰富的户外活动器具

因为许多农村幼儿园缺乏资金,使得农村幼儿园缺少像城市幼儿园里的那种大型游戏器具。但是,农村幼儿园可以利用农村资源制作出一些游戏活动的器具。如,竹子做成高跷,用梯子搭成小路,用稻草当成小山等等开展许多丰富多彩的游戏活动,让孩子们在玩耍中培养了爬、钻、平衡、堆积的能力。

3.4.2 为幼儿提供丰富的室内操做材料

教师和幼儿可以共同收集在农村随处可见的,卫生、安全、适宜、无污染的材料用于操作和游戏。如,石头、树叶、草、竹、种子等。同时我们可以收集一些幼儿感兴趣的自然物,然后再教室里布置成自然角。这样可以引发幼儿主动的去尝试、操作的兴趣,改变现在农村幼儿枯燥的课余生活。

3.4.3 利用自然资源,进行形式多样、趣味性强的教学操作活动

农村幼儿园应改变教师操作、幼儿看的教学现象,应从重讲解演示法转变为重幼儿动手操作。教师在教学的过程中,可以根据课本再利用上农村的一些自然物,如各种谷类、豆类、花草等,使幼儿每人都有操作的材料,真正的实现在做种玩、玩中学。

综上所述,发展农村地区的幼儿教育,必须“以穷治穷”,依靠当地的自然资源,艰苦奋斗;以农村的广阔天地为课堂,以大自然、大社会为教育内容和教材,做到农村化、地方化;结合幼儿身心发展的特点,开展多种生动活泼的游戏和活动,做到幼教化、学前化,努力探索出一条具有农村特色的幼儿教育新路子。

第一部分 语法

1.A。四个选项中只有A才是能够做主语的动词不定式,故选A.2.A。此题A,B用上在语法上都正确,但意思不一样。用A,表示“如果我记住关窗,小 偷就进来不了”(实际是没有关窗,小偷进了门);用B,表示“记住关了窗”,与后面句子意思矛盾,故只能选A。

3.C。关键词”avoid”,这个词属于后面之能用动名词作宾语的动词,故只能选C。

4.A。题干的关键短语是“in the last few years”,表示过去几年以来到现在仍在发生的事,是现在完成时的典型用法。另外great changes做主语要求谓语动词是复数,所以A。
