很忙,没时间运动,怎么办呢?聪明的中国人最相信吃了,各种保健品满天飞,各种养生秘方充斥在微博、微信朋友圈,吃什么补什么,好像身体的任何问题都可以吃相应的动物、植物器官来解决。老王不反对平时合理的补充一些必要的营养素如综合维生素片,但是把食物神话,包治百病,甚至疗效超过药物,我认为确实过了。

更有一些针对懒人的按摩仪,号称放在肚子上抖啊抖就能抖掉啤酒肚、游泳圈,抖出八块腹肌。但是这不科学啊!按摩仪在那边抖消耗的是电能,能量守恒定律知道吗?和你身上的脂肪有毛关系啊,顶多让你家电表多走几度电,真能抖出腹肌,爱因斯坦也能气得活过来吧。

不少人平时确实很忙,没有时间去跑步、去健身房锻炼身体,究竟该怎么办呢?老王自己也是朝九晚五的上班族,家里也有老婆孩子,大家在工作上、生活上的琐事我全有,但是我跑步也有四五年了,到现在还是一直保持着跑步的习惯,我来谈一下自己的一些心得体会吧,供大家参考。

1、晨跑、晨练

估计看到这几个字,又有很多人要说“我早上起不来”。这个,老王真的没办法把你从被窝里拽出来。

为什么是晨跑,而不是夜跑?因为早晨的时间比晚上的时间更加可控。一天中最容易挤出的时间是清晨,没那么多事让你分心,可以使你更加专注执行自己的锻炼计划。晚上的时间,你有可能会加班,有可能会出去应酬,有可能有聚会„„所以即使你有一个很完美的锻炼计划,如果经常会被这些意外打断,那就永远无法执行到位。而早晨的时间则完全是自己的,即使你或你的上司是工作狂,应该也不会有太多的事情会要你在大清早去完成。

但是实际操作起来的难点还是在早起。晨跑或晨练那就必须早起,早起就必须早睡,这个道理人人都知道,能做到的人很少。我以前也是一个早上起不来的人,所以一开始跑步,我都是夜跑,但后来发现夜跑经常被一些琐事干扰,于是想着改为晨跑。开始几次确实比较痛苦,效率也很低,慢慢也总结出一些经验:1.我个人的情况,一般睡眠6个小时基本不会影响白天的工作,所以如果第二天打算5点起床晨跑,那就必须在23点之前睡觉。偶尔因为晨跑导致睡眠不足,可以在中午补一觉,对于提升下午的精神很有帮助。

2.如果打算晨跑,我会在晚上就准备好所有第二天早晨要用的衣服、裤子、袜子、帽子、腰包、跑鞋等装备和必要的食物,这样可以节省晨间宝贵的时间,也就是你可以多睡一会会,而不至于手忙脚忙。

3.有条件的话可以自己单独睡,定时一个闹钟,这样也不会影响家人的休息。

4.晨跑之前的一个晚上,一般不要服用安眠、镇定的药物。洗个热水澡有助于晚上顺利入眠,睡前最好不要看手机、玩游戏,以免不知不觉拖后入睡时间。

5.起床后,可以马上发个朋友圈或微博,当朋友们热情点赞的时候,你会发现早起一件多么有成就感的事情。

6.如果能约上朋友一起晨练或晨跑,那是再好不过了,互相的监督牵制往往让计划更能执行到位。

其实,很多人试都没试过就认为自己无法早起,潜意识里面永远都有三个字“不可能”,当这种思想占据你的大脑,即使对目前的状态不满意,也不愿去尝试打破。其实,对于一般的健康跑,半个小时就可以了,这也只是需要你早起床30-60分钟,即使再忙碌的人也做得到。晨练,当你习惯了,非但不会增加疲劳,有氧运动提高你的新陈代谢,提高你的心肺功能,反而能让你一天都神采奕奕。对于久坐办公室的人来说尤其好!

7、饮食习惯

越是忙的人越是要注意自己的饮食,本来就动的少,再不注意吃,胖是分分钟的事情。有人说,我怎么吃都不会胖,那我要告诉你有些内脏脂肪你看不到,但是确实存在,内脏脂肪对我们的健康意义重大。内脏脂肪过多会导致高血脂、心脑血管疾病、身体器官机能下降等并发症,体型偏瘦的人不注意饮食和运动也是会堆积内脏脂肪的哦!你身边有没有很瘦的人却“三高”呢?一定有吧!

对于吃,我们解决两个问题:

首先是:吃什么?我建议的原则是:低脂、适量碳水、适量蛋白质。

1、低脂:对于脂肪类的食品,如油炸类、各种高脂肪糕点要尽可能减少摄入。

2、适量碳水:米饭、面包括糖分要适量摄入,因为中国人的主食是以碳水为主,所以也要适当控制碳水的摄入,适量够用就好。甜食也不要吃太多。

3、保证蛋白质的摄入:普通人每公斤体重大约需要0.8 克蛋白质,运动人士这个标准要再挑高。奶制品、鸡蛋、牛肉等都是优质蛋白质的来源,同时要多吃新鲜的水果和蔬菜。

为什么要这么吃呢?因为脂肪吃下去,只要没有消耗掉,就直接变成脂肪;碳水包括糖分吃下去,只要没消耗掉,最终也变成脂肪;蛋白质虽然也能转化为脂肪,但优先级别最低,转化过程也比较复杂,而且蛋白质是合成肌肉的必需原料,对身体健康非常重要,所以一定要保证摄入。

当然,每一种营养素都是身体健康的要素,所以一方面不要大吃大喝,同时也要注意各种营养素摄入的比例,减少不必要的脂肪堆积。做菜尽量选择健康的做法,不要老是盯着烤串、炸鸡翅、炸薯条。

再是,什么时候吃?大的原则就是:早餐吃好、午餐吃饱、晚餐吃少。这点很多科普文章中都有详细阐述,这里不再赘述。另外加一句,夜宵还是省了吧,半夜三更,来个小酒就烤串,或者一碗方便面加一根火腿肠,味道好极了,但是都会堆积为脂肪,吃完了撑着还影响睡眠,对身体多不好。实在饿了就喝杯牛奶或来个苹果吧,或者干脆快点睡着,睡着了就不会饿了。

下面有个老王自己的判断是否吃得过量的个人经验,不一定正确,供大家参考:午饭不饿,就是早饭吃多了;晚饭不饿,就是午饭吃多了;晚上不饿,就是晚饭吃多了。可能这样会比较极端,但是确实对控制体重会比较有用。

5、关于跑步机、自行车机等家庭健身器械

很多人购买跑步机、自行车机等家庭健身器械就是为了方便,感觉随时随地、风雨无阻的都可以锻炼身体,对于忙碌的人来说看上去很美好。但又有多少跑步机最后沦为了“多功能晾衣架”或“多功能储物架”,最后送掉或扔掉。
