一、学生情况分析

我任教四三班有51人，参加考试人数有51人，优秀率44.1％，及格率72.5％。我的特点就是优生少，中生多，差生多而差。学生两极分化严重，缺乏思维的灵活性，对概念知识掌握不扎实，知识面匮乏；从成绩方面看，均分、及格率偏低，可能与平日对概念教学或略，讲解不透彻，对学生要求不严和学生审题不仔细、马虎所致。

二、试卷情况分析

本次月考试卷主要考第一、二单元教学内容，以操作和概念知识为主，共七大题，110分：第一题填空（27分），第二题判断（5分），第三题选择（10分），第四题计算（24分），第五题按要求画图（10分），第六题解决问题（24分）。另外附加题10分。具体分析如下：

第一题：共10道填空，每空1分，第1~4小题得分率80％，错的同学多数是不细心造成。第6~8小题失分率为90％原因有二：一是以前没见过这一类型，学生感到无处着手去做，二是对概念问题缺乏灵活应用，思维能力差。因此要注重平常做题时都注意到让学生建立对概念理解，同时学会做题的方法。

第二题：共5道小题，每题1分，得分率45％，错的较多的是第2、4、5小题。原因是第2小题概念理解不清；第4、5小题也是对概念混淆，判断力下降，思维较差。

第三题：共5道小题，每题2分，得分率65％，多数学生第2、3、5小题失分较多，原因是不理解题意，题型见得少及对有些概念模糊，直观判断所导致的错误。

第四题：共3道小题，失分主要是马虎所致，个别学生存在简便运算不会算的情况。

第五题：失分率85％，原因也是概念混淆，把图画错，导致失分偏多。

第六题：共5道小题，学生对题意理解不够透彻，答题正确率不高。主要失分题目是第2、3题，没有认真读懂题意而失分的。附加题：答对的同学不多，存在一定难度。

三、采取措施

综上所述及存在的问题，结合本班学生实际情况，我在今后教学中将采取：

1、加大习题训练量，从而保证多见几种类型的题，能够触类旁通。

2、做练习题时，遇到问题让学生多思多想、多画图，培养空间思维，逐渐建立空间观念，加强对概念的理解。

3、在平常做题时，要培养学生细心的习惯和书写干净认真的习惯。

4、在讲解概念时要讲细、讲透，力求人人能掌握。

只要平时对学生严格要求，耐心辅导，即使鼓励，注重学困生的转化，我相信一定能全面提高学生的数学成绩，为这一目标而努力。
