第一篇：拿年终总结

出纳员的年终工作总结与明年工作计划

我是个刚走上出纳岗位不久的出纳员，在领导的帮助下，我了解了出纳岗位的各种制度及其日常的工作流程。在同事们的指导和帮助下使我学到了很多工作中的知识，使我较快地熟悉了这份新的工作。为了提高工作效率，平时自学电脑知识和ERP的出纳知识及操作，利用ERP使工作更加准确和快速。作为公司出纳，我在收付、反映、监督等各个方面尽到了应尽的职责，过去的几个月里在不断改善工作方式方法的同时，顺利完成如下工作：

一、日常工作

1、严格执行现金管理和结算制度，定期向会计核对现金与帐目，发现金额不符，做到及时汇报，及时处理。

2、及时收回公司各项收入，开出收据，及时收回现金存入银行。

3、根据会计提供的依据，与银行相关部门联系，井然有序地完成了职工工资和其它应发放的经费发放工作。

4、坚持财务手续，严格审核（凭证上必须有经手人及相关领导的签字才能给予支付），对不符手续的凭证不付款。

二、其他工作

1、迎接公司上市财务审计，准备所需财务相关材料为迎接审计部门对我公司帐务情况的检查工作，做好前期自查自纠工作，对检查中可能出现的问题做好统计，并提交领导审阅。在工作中，我忠于职守，尽力而为，领导和同事们也给了我很大的帮助和鼓励。

2.完成领导交付的其他工作。

三、存在问题

回顾检查自身存在的问题，我认为：

1、学习不够。当前，以信息技术为基础的会计软件的应用及理论基础、专业知识、工作方法等不能完全适应新的工作。

2、对针对以上问题，今后的努力方向是：

加强理论学习，进一步提高工作效率。对业务的熟悉，必须通过相关专业知识的学习，虚心请教领导和同事增强分析问题、解决问题的能力，努力学习，争取在明年取得会计从业资格证书。

综上所述。在过去的几个月中，付出过努力，也得到过回报。用严肃认真的态度对待工作，在工作中一丝不苟的执行制度，是我的优势。我坚持要求自己做到谨慎的对待工作，并在工作中掌握财务人员应该掌握的原则。作为财务人员特别需要在制度和人情之间把握好分寸，既不能的触犯规章制度也不能不通世故人情。只有不断的提高业务水平才能使工作更顺利的进行。在即将到来的2011年，我会扬长避短，更好的完成本职工作。

第二篇：恒大2013年拿地总结

（1）北京：7月3日，以35.6亿元的总价配建26万平方米公租房的代价，拿下建筑规模超51万平方米的 昌平沙河镇地块；9月4日，以40.4亿元的总价配建5.15万平方米公租房，夺得北京年内首宗“限房价竞地价”地块；11月21日，以51.35亿元加11.2万平方米自住型商品房，夺得建筑规模不足21万平方米的东坝地块。

至此，恒大今年累计在北京耗资127亿拿下三幅地块。

（2）上海：12月4日上午，恒大地产集团旗下的上海盛建置业有限公司分别以18.6亿元、9亿元竞得了嘉定区马陆镇43-05地块及松江区佘山北大型居住社区36A-04A号地块，成交楼板价为14598元/平方米与12460元/平方米。其中，松江佘山宅地的溢价高达149%，仅次于奉贤区南桥新城09单元04A-02A、05A-04A区域地块与浦东新区上海国际医学园区D2-03-09地块的溢价率。12月4日下午，恒大再度高调出手，分别以6.32亿和7.84亿拿下松江区中山街道SJC10010单元26-02号、27-02号两宗普通商品房用地。27-02号地块溢价134%成交，楼板价达12903元/㎡，26-02号地块的楼板价则为12461元/㎡，溢价率达126%。12月5日，恒大6.14亿再拿嘉定安亭宅地，成交楼面价9938元/㎡，溢价98.75％。

至此，恒大今年累计在上海耗资47.9亿拿下五幅地块。

（3）广州：6月18日，白云区沙太南路配件厂地块被恒大地产以23.09亿元，竞配建52400平方米拿下。如计入保障房建安费用约3000元/平，总成本24.662亿，住宅部分建筑面积144779平，折合楼面均价26696.5元/平，溢价高达142.7%。

至此，恒大今年累计在广州耗资23.09亿拿下一幅地块。（4）深圳：恒大收购深圳国香地产

至此，恒大在深圳现已拥有的土地储备量增加300万-400万㎡。

（5）天津：11月29日，恒大地产集团天津有限公司（以下简称恒大）以36.35亿总价竞获天津河东区娄庄子地块，溢价14.31亿元，溢价率65%。刨除公建后，娄庄子地块楼面地价折合16713元/平方米，再创河东区卖地新高。

至此，恒大今年累计在天津耗资36.35亿拿下一幅地块。（6）重庆：5月27日，恒大50.45亿拿下重庆照母山板块4幅地块，总占地1008亩，总建筑面积116万㎡。7月16日，2.2亿拿下重庆巴南，成交楼面价2234元/㎡。

至此，恒大今年累计在重庆耗资52.65亿拿下5幅地块。

（7）济南：9月26日恒大地产旗下4家公司济南西客站组团12块土地，总用地面积55㎡，总耗资38亿，根据世联地产信息，项目名目前定为济南恒大华府，济南恒大世纪广场，济南恒大金碧新城。

至此，恒大今年累计在济南耗资38亿拿下西客站12幅组团土地（8）合肥：8月1日恒大地产连续竞得E1304老火车站地块和滨湖区BH2013-15地块，斥资36.9亿元，其中老火车站项目目前命名为恒大中央广场，为合肥老核心区城市综合体项目，滨湖区地块将被打造为合肥国际金融中心，其中主塔高度500米，为合肥地标项目，毗邻合肥万达文化旅游城 至此，恒大今年在合肥累计耗资36.9亿拿下两幅地块。

（9）南京：12月4日，恒大耗资21.5亿拿下雨花台区赛虹桥街道凤凰三组一期地块，楼面价14033元/㎡，溢价率56.14％。恒大耗资33.6亿拿下华飞路1号地块，楼面价15407.7元/㎡，溢价率79.68％

至此，恒大今年在南京累计耗资55.1亿拿下两幅地块。

（10）杭州：9月3日，25.95亿进入萧山。位于萧然东路、吕才庄地块的21号地块，被恒大以楼面价10556.5元/㎡竞得，溢价率53％.至此，恒大今年在杭州累计耗资25.95亿拿下一幅地块。

高考评卷工作量非常大，要在几天的时间完成，阅卷的速度可想而知，每份作文必须在60秒内完成。不可能细细地看，只能从审题立意、标题（含小标题）、结构安排（含开头、结尾，层次扣题点题）、素材（或事例）的运用、字数、书写等方面评分。

因此，考场作文应注意如下几个方面：

一、立意要明确，观点要鲜明。

1、“赞成什么、反对什么”必须明确。

“三明”：中心明确、结构明快、语言明朗

2、思想健康。

（1）不反党、反社会主义，不反科学、反道德、反《中学生守则》；（2）不犯政治错误、情感性错误、偏激性错误（如社会没好人、生活没意思、同情本拉登、高考摧残人、老师不负责、将爱情进行到底等等）；（3）要积极向上，不能意志消沉。

二、结构合理，题意要点明。

1、开头简明，开门见山（尽量在50字内表明题意或观点）

尊敬的老师们，同学们下午好：

我是来自10级经济学（2）班的学习委，我叫张盼盼，很荣幸有这次机会和大家一起交流担任学习委员这一职务的经验。

转眼间大学生活已经过了一年多，在这一年多的时间里，我一直担任着学习委员这一职务。回望这一年多，自己走过的路，留下的或深或浅的足迹，不仅充满了欢愉，也充满了淡淡的苦涩。一年多的工作，让我学到了很多很多，下面将自己的工作经验和大家一起分享。

学习委员是班上的一个重要职位，在我当初当上它的时候，我就在想一定不要辜负老师及同学们我的信任和支持，一定要把工作做好。要认真负责，态度踏实，要有一定的组织，领导，执行能力，并且做事情要公平，公正，公开，积极落实学校学院的具体工作。作为一名合格的学习委员，要收集学生对老师的意见和老师的教学动态。在很多情况下，老师无法和那么多学生直接打交道，很多老师也无暇顾及那么多的学生，特别是大家刚进入大学，很多人一时还不适应老师的教学模式。学习委员是老师与学生之间沟通的一个桥梁，学习委员要及时地向老师提出同学们的建议和疑问，熟悉老师对学生的基本要求。再次，学习委员在学习上要做好模范带头作用，要有优异的成绩，当同学们向我提出问题时，基本上给同学一个正确的回复。

总之，在一学年的工作之中，我懂得如何落实各项工作，如何和班委有效地分工合作，如何和同学沟通交流并且提高大家的学习积极性。当然，我的工作还存在着很多不足之处。比日：有的时候得不到同学们的响应，同学们不积极主动支持我的工作；在收集同学们对自己工作意见方面做得不够，有些事情做错了，没有周围同学的提醒，自己也没有发觉等等。最严重的一次是，我没有把英语四六级报名的时间，地点通知到位，导致我们班有4名同学错过报名的时间。这次事使我懂得了做事要脚踏实地，不能马虎。

在这次的交流会中，我希望大家可以从中吸取一些好的经验，带动本班级的学习风气，同时也相信大家在大学毕业后找到好的工作。谢谢大家！
