四川大学国家基金委出国留学英语培训心得

2013年2月25日~6月25日，我有幸参加了四川大学出国留学第66期的英语培训班。在这里首先要感谢学校和石工院领导为我们提供了这样一次宝贵的学习机会，为我们员工创造了这么好的脱产学习环境，本次英语培训的时间是短暂的，影响却是深远的。

上课的每一位老师都很认真负责，课程安排很充实。听课的每位老师也是那样的专心致志。

作为土生土长在中国并且没有国外生活经历的“土著人”，讲一口纯正地道的英语可谓难上加难，两个外教老师Edmund和Oswald针对我们的弱点，一遍一遍不厌其烦的教我们如何领悟每一个单词的发音奥妙，再把单词放在句子里，不断让我们体会与实践其中的连读与重读，使我们掌握了一套独特的口语学习方法，发音和朗读水平大大提高。在培训中，我们不光提高了自己的口语水平，还提高了自己的人文素养，加强了自己的主人翁意识，体会到自己的一言一行都代表着西南石油大学的形象。

两个听力老师晏戚和赵瑄给我们总结了如何提高听力的十条： ①选择听力材料要符合个人实际水平，太难或太容易都不好；

②反复听十遍还听不清楚，就要查对原文，以便搞清问题出在那里； ③练习完整地听懂一句话之后再默写；

④大声跟读。可以边看着记录稿，边跟播音员朗读；

⑤练习精听的同时，加大泛听练习，选择完全新的材料，只听一到三遍，掌握大意即可，同时养成每天坚持听英语广播的习惯。

⑥逐渐培养一遍听懂的能力，只在特别难的地方才用听写法；

⑦每天保持相当量的练习，只有练到一定的数量，才能在大脑中构造一个英语区。

按照以上方法，我在这四个多月中的训练中听力有了明显的提高，自信心也明显提高。

阅读和写作方面，两位老师陈春发和张昂给了我很大的启发，阅读需要做到的是定向阅读，即在原文中找准问题的cue words所在，然后精心阅读，将原文的信息词和问题的信息词进行比对，完成阅读。另外，关于段落提炼一个headline，陈老师以练代教，让我学习到了如何总结出每一段的headline。写作的心得是要从以下几方面提高自身的写作能力：加强词汇和句型的基本功训练，即建立写作 1 库房；采用读写结合训练和说写结合训练。一是模仿句式结构，模仿还要动笔。二是循序渐进，从词到句，积累词汇。由句连贯成段。从说到写，掌握语法。英语本身是一种结构语言，它具有自身的固定搭配，习惯用语和基本句式。因而我们要时时注意这些语言知识，不断积累语法知识，多做口头翻译练习，多做阅读练习。日积月累，从多方面来丰富自己的英语语言素材。三是积累素材，记句型。多看一些英语课外书籍，多动脑，勤笔记，积累一些有价值的英语精彩片段，典型句式，惯用短语。记场景。平时自己也可多动笔，记下每天所发生的简单的事例，以此来增强自己的英语语言表达能力。为将来作文积累素材。四是强化训练。经过一定时间的训练，已经具备了一定的遣词造句的能力，此时进行一系列模仿性的写作训练。每周进行写作练习，要注意运用已经积累的固定搭配，习惯用语和基本句式。

此次培训还搭建了学习交流的平台，这次英语培训虽然时间紧，任务重，但是经过我不断的努力完成了学习的任务，特别的是明白了自己的今后努力方向，在这里智慧与思想发生美丽的碰撞，实践与探索实现亲切的交融，教师英语能力得以提升；这里是交流的平台，是学术的天堂，是展示教师个性和英语的舞台。我将与广大的教师朋友在出国培训这个大舞台中尽情地交流、学习，为英语学习质量的提高坚持不懈。

其实每次培训对我而言都是弥足珍贵，一个人只有放开眼界去交流沟通才能丰富自己提高自己，学然后知不足。最重要的是：在这里我感受到了最新的教学理念，原来英语教学是可以这样的有趣和丰富多彩，他们打破常规的讲解使我耳目一新，这使我产生把他们新的理念运用到今后我的学生的强烈愿望。

授人与鱼不如授人与渔，这段时间不仅学了很多的英语知识和异国文化，而且领悟到了一种英语学习的方法。这是我此次培训最大的收获。

第二篇：国家留学基金委《博士生导师短期出国交流项目实施办法》

附件一

博士生导师短期出国交流项目实施办法（试行）

(2011年)

一、发展目标

进一步推动国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目实施工作，充分调动博士生导师积极性，保证项目选派质量和留学效益；加强对派出攻读博士学位研究生、联合培养博士生专业学习方面的检查和指导；促进科研合作项目的建立与开展，进一步推动国内外高校学科、人员之间的实质性交流与合作；加强与派出留学人员的情感联系，为学生按期回国服务奠定基础。

二、选派计划

1、选派规模：200人。

优先支持国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目执行情况良好的项目实施高校。各校选派计划根据上一国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目执行情况决定。

2、选派对象：重点支持国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目实施院校中联合培养博士生的国内指导教师。

3、选派类别：高级研究学者。

4、交流访问期限及资助期限：四周。凡不足四周者，将追缴相关费用并影响所在高校今后本项目选派计划。

5、派出人员访问的国外院校、科研机构应与所派出学生留学单位一致；派出人员邀请方应为派出学生的外方指导教师或外方指导教师所在院校/机构主管部门。

6、资助内容：按高级研究学者资助标准执行。

三、申请条件

1、热爱祖国，热爱社会主义，具有良好的政治和业务素质。

2、申请人应为“国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目” 联合培养博士生或攻读博士学位研究生的国内指导教师。申请时，年龄不超过55岁。

3、身心健康。

本项目选派人员不受国家公派留学回国服务期限制，不影响申请其他国家公派出国留学项目。

四、选拔办法

1、选拔方式

遵循“公平、公正、公开”的原则，由学校负责选拔推荐，留学基金委组织人员对各校人选进行审核后确定拟选派人员名单，经报教育部批准后，于9月底前予以公示。

2、申请受理时间：2011年9月1日—7日

3、受理方式：

由各校统一组织被推荐人选于2011年9月1日-7日登陆http://apply.csc.edu.cn进行网上报名。“申报项目名称”为“博士生导师短期出国交流项目”，“受理单位名称”为申请人所在单位名称。

请各校登陆http://apply.csc.edu.cn/managerlogin对被推荐人选提交的网上报名信息进行审核并填写单位推荐意见表。在确认其网上报名信息准确、无误后，将网上数据提交至留学基金委，打印《2011年国家留学基金资助出国留学人员申报初选名单一览表》（国家留学管理信息平台自动生成），并连同其他申请材料于9月14日前统一提交留学基金委。

4、向留学基金委提交的申请材料：

（1）单位正式推荐公函（应有文头、文号、公章）

（2）国家留学基金资助出国留学人员申报初选名单一览表

（国家公派留学管理信息平台自动生成并打印）

（3）被推荐人书面申请材料（一式两份）。具体包括：

 《国家留学基金资助出国留学人员申请表》(非学生类)； 其中，研修计划中应明确出访院校/机构名称、与外方合作情况、访问计划及预期目标等。

 单位推荐意见表；

要求明确说明被推荐导师所指导学生、拟出访国外院校/机构、国外合作教授及合作项目或课题情况等。

五、对外联系及派出

依托博士生导师与国外高水平教育/科研机构现有合作渠道派出。

六、派出及管理

1、录取人员在派出前免签《资助出国留学协议书》，免交保证金。

2、教育部留学服务中心、教育部出国人员上海集训部、广州留学人员服务管理中心向选派人员预支在外一个月生活费，并购买往返国际机票。

3、录取人员应自抵达留学所在国后十日内向中国驻外使（领）馆教育处（组）办理报到手续，在外期间应自觉接受驻外使（领）馆的管理。

第四篇：出国留学 心得

第五届“国际研究生奖学金信息说明会”在逸夫图书馆会议中心一层多功能厅顺利召开。本次说明会旨在为优秀学子提供更多出国学习和交流的机会，使同学们及时了解相关政策信息。报告开始时首先报告老师十分热情的给我们介绍了国家留学基金管理委员会，国家留学基金管理委员会成立于1996年，负责中国公民出国留学和外国公民来华留学等事务。留学基金主要来自中央政府财政拨款，同时也接受国内外友好人士、企业、社会团体和组织机构的捐助，组织实施出国留学和来华留学的有关工作。受政府委托实施并管理各项与国外双边、多边交换或单向奖学金负责管理、使用国家留学基金，确定有关资助项目，制定管理规章，发挥基金使用效益争取境内外捐赠、资助，拓宽基金来源与境内外相应机构建立联系，开展交流与合作为自费出国留学的中国学生提供服务与咨询，为国家“培养大批具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、能够参与国际事务和国际竞争的国际化人才”。国家留学基金管理委员会从2009年起，每年选择在三所国内知名大学举办国家公派研究生项目奖学金信息说明会（简称IGSF）。该组织具有以下特点：只有优秀的大学---参加的院校均为已与国家留学基金管理委员会签有合作协议、可接收我国公派研究生的国际知名大学；只要优秀的学生---参加说明会的学生主要来自985/211院校；只来项目负责人---熟悉政策、负责任和教授能够决定；只送钱不花钱---全是奖学金项目，没有门票费；只是小范围给予充足的咨询时间---学生只有通过在线注册、网上预约的方式申请参会资格、参加讲座和名校一对一面谈的机会，同时支持大家留学，鼓励回国，来去自由，基金委每年3月提出申请，5月出结果，7、8月就能拿到钱，但是想要出国，语言成绩很重要，平时成绩也很重要，因此我应该注意平时成绩，GPA尽可能高一些，为以后出国做好充分准备，即使放弃出国，不错的GPA也能让自己在平时的各种评选上处于优势。

Story title: drunken driving
