I believe that, at the very beginning, everyone was sure that one day his dream would come true by perseverance.However, with growing up, things are going to be more difficult and complex.Sometimes, when you are coming to the fork of a road, the light at the end of a tunnel lost.Then, people no longer have accesses to achieve what they wanted before.It is true for both the real life and the life in the movie Les Choristes.While, difficulties never stop brave guys seeking the true, the good and the beauty.To me, I always believe the beauty of glorious ideals and elevated minds.Clement Mathieu was a musician with super talent, while it lacks scope for his ability since he was in French rural areas.One day, Mathieu who failed to achieve his ambition, came to a school regarded as “the bottom of a pool” and found that boys living there have kinds of problems.To make matter worse, the headmaster was very indifferent.He was used to abuse his right to use corporal punishment frequently.Monsieur Mathieu began to try to change the situation.But, all of his ways turn out useless.Finally, he turned to the music.He has found that those boys are interested in singing something, good or bad,or funny or relaxing.They just love singing.So he began to train them with professional method.I have to say that it really
is an amazing choir—Boys sing beautiful and bright songs written by Monsieur Mathieu;they also managed to perform those songs perfectly.Boys’ hearts seemed to be melted and purified by the power of music as well as Monsieur Mathieu’s patience.Change was in the air of this “bottom of a pool”, and it was just a question of when.Everything seemed so hopeful again.In the end, unfortunately, Monsieur Mathieu was fired by the mean headmaster in the name of an accident.On his way of leaving, there were lots of paper planes free falling from the window of classroom.They were from those boys.Even though there were no names on paper planes, our dear teacher knew exactly who did that.At the same time, boys locked the angry headmaster out of the door and sang their song to say goodbye to their teacher.Therefore, I think it is the true essence of education as well as the true meaning of life.Can we say that? 夏丏尊曾说：“教育没有了情爱，就成了无水的池，任你四方形也罢，圆形也罢，总逃不了一个虚空。”处于池塘之底，那就意味着幽晦如地狱，没有阳光温暖心灵；意味着井底之蛙，笼中之鸟，没有湛蓝的天空任意飞翔；意味着冰冷如冬，污秽丛杂，没有真情实爱的润泽。
在这里，我们看到教育的“理念”—— “行动—反应”原则，如果有孩子触犯了纪律，全校师生立即集合，肇事者将受到严厉的惩罚。设若三秒内找不到肇事者，所有人都要关六小时的禁闭，轮流进行，取消所有娱乐活动，禁止任何外来探访，直到肇事者自首或被揭发为止；在这里，有着严格的客人探访条例，只可以在规定时间段亲子见面，其余时间都处于鞭子与辱骂的凌威之下；在这里，缺乏公义、尊重、爱心„„
哈珊校长，自私贪婪、刻薄威严而又刚愎自用。曾经是鼓号手的他，也有过梦想与激情，可是面临教育的异化，逐渐将自我的心灵扭曲变形。为了向同业委员会争取经费，为了晋升和荣誉勋章，他可以不择手段，任意掠取马修的艰辛努力。为了逃避自己的责任，他可以把蒙丹送进监狱，可以宣告合唱团解散，可以解雇马修。在他眼里，惟有绝对的权威，才能控制消极行为的发生，抑或惩罚消极行为。他不再关注学生的灵魂生长，不再倾听教师的善意建议，只在寻求通达的路径，只在解决经费的来源。面对学生的种种变化，他无法认识到音乐的育人功效，认为音乐带来的纪律改变只是凑巧。

爱，在理解的尽头
第一次与学生生命相遇，马修便遭到重重戏剧。远远地，就听到教室内喧闹沸腾，推开木门看到骷髅嘴里叼着点燃的烟头，刚上讲台就被滑倒，飞出的皮包被学生四下抛传。直到校长的出现，教室才恢复了本该的平静。然而，马修还是用善良的谎言，宽容了这群孩子，在双双惊谔的目光中开始了师生生命的对话。
首先，马修要求打伤马桑的乐格克承担责任，可是乐格克在侥幸规避校长的三秒后，又遗憾地错失了马修宝贵的十五秒，即使在送往校长的途中企求马修发发慈悲以求宽恕时，也未得到谅解。然而，当马修看到乐科烈被禁闭三天后又被抽打得声嘶力竭后，他还是意识到可以另外的人性化方式私下处理——去医务室照看马桑，以感觉生命的脆弱，直到康复为止。马修实在不忍心一个孱弱幼稚的心灵，遭到校长无情地鞭笞与践踏。他申请进行教育实验，请求校长答应三个要求：取消禁止娱乐的禁令；允许他来惩罚肇事者；允许不透露孩子的姓名。面对这个自负的家伙，校长有意让他“碰壁”后的苏醒，便含糊地答应了。
接着，马修请被前任教师评价为“天使的脸蛋，魔鬼的心肠”的莫杭治监管课堂秩序。没有任何讽刺与挖苦，极尽幽默、赞美之能事（“严肃的先生”“时髦的打扮”“酷哥有领导才能”）。可惜，当他处理好乐格克事件后回往教室，却发现莫杭治在黑板上画出了他的肖像速写。面对这一场景，可以处理出不同水准来。或是依据学校的“行动—反应”原则，禁闭三天，给学生们来个下马威；或是以此杀鸡儆猴，严惩恐吓抽打；或是进行思想教育，反省检查„„而马修却选择了宽容的力量，他因势利导地还皮埃尔一个肖像素描，并滑稽地漫画式。
最后，马修请孩子们在小纸片上写下自己的姓名、年龄、理想的职业。教室地出人意料地静！诚然，这群早已听从野性的呼唤的孩子，他们从来没有正视过自己的灵魂，没有晤对过自己的心灵。现在，马修要他们重新

我们无法忘却马修初到学校时惶恐的目光、不解的询问、人性的质疑（“行动—反应”原则将导致相互诽谤）、疲惫不堪后的自我反思„„他仿佛置身于教育的边缘地带，又自觉游离于人性的道德诉求。作为被主流社会忽视的他，更能体察被教师漠视的生命的心灵世界，更能感悟爱与宽容的的生命力量，更祈求对自我言行的理解。尽管这些孩子行为乖戾，语言粗俗，但是内心深处其实更加脆弱柔软。然而，如何温暖这些孤独寂寞的心灵呢？给孩子怎样的精神底色呢？
来自地狱的天籁
生命是个偶然，我们常常在无意的邂逅中，摆渡了生命的无常，获得永恒的回归。一群渴望理解而又狂狷不羁的孩子，窃取了马修的皮包，也偷窥了他的心灵世界。一个个跳跃的音符，一行行温暖的字迹，引得孩子无限的遐想与猜测。音乐，一个被学校完全忽视了的名词，一种贴近人类心灵节奏的律动，再次春暖花开！
学生在宿舍脱口创作、任意高歌，以发泄内心的不满和愤懑，引起了马修的注意。虽然他们根本就缺乏歌唱技巧，甚至屡屡跑调，但是用音乐表达内心，自然、快乐而又满足。马修立刻感受到心灵的震撼：他的音乐创作将和孩子的生命一起迎来新生！

那一转身的苍凉
野百合的确迎来了春天，可它并非亘古不变；我们也幸运地聆听到夜莺美丽的歌喉，可音乐毕竟不是万能。马修的出现，给“池塘之底”带来了一束光芒，转瞬即逝。
就在哈桑校长为经费解决而振奋时，一个电话让这一切灰飞烟灭。因误解而被蒙羞的蒙丹，纵火烧了给自己带去无尽痛苦记忆的学校，留下一个诡秘的笑容，转身远去。幸运的是，其时马修恰好带领六十多个孩子去野外游玩，幸免一死。然而，马修的擅离职守而造成的损失，也是无法推诿的。终于，这个可怜的失败的音乐家，失业的学监再次沉入池塘之底。他被解雇，并要求立即离开，不得与孩子们再见。
永不放弃，前方总有希望在等待。

After watching the film „the chorus‟, I was deeply moved.Be different from the tragedies and comedies which play much exaggerated, „the chorus‟ was very plain.But it‟s the part that the film touched me.The film talked about a teacher helped his students how to be the good person.In the film, the president didn‟t treat the students well.He not only had no patient for the student, but also always punished them who even had a little fault.He saw the violence as the only way to solve the problem.On the contrary, Mr.Matthew treated them by heart.He‟ll give a chance to the student who made mistakes.Mr.Matthew used the music to open the students‟ heart.Under his instruction, everybody picked back their confidence.As a result, the music purified their characters and had a great influence on them.And the finally part of the film impressed me deeply.When Mr.Matthew left school sadly, he received so many wishes on the cards from his students who were even the bad person.When the students waved to him through the window and sang the song to him, Mr.Matthew presented a happy smile and I was moved to tears.The film filled with loving and moving.Though Mr.Matthew
failed in his music career, he never gave up.He made full use of the music and took the students back with it.It‟s not the miracle, but the result of his love.Mr.Matthew stimulated their potential by organized the chorus.He warmed the students‟ heart and made them to be angles.His strongest personality trait was that he treated everyone equally.I remembered a part of dialogue, Mr.Matthew said “He is the only bass among my students.” It made clear that he put his heart and soul into his education career.The love and music were linked together.When the school yard was full of paper planes with best wishes, not the Mr.Matthew‟s educational method also the charm of the music were recognized.As a consequence, it‟s true that educators need to innovate and explore on the technical aspect, but the broad loving heart and enough patient are more important.There is no one born to be bad.A good teacher can influence his students all through their lives.To be a teacher that be admired by his students is also a kind of happiness.Wish that every teacher would teach his students by heart and enjoy his teaching life.

《放牛班的春天》是一部温馨而感人的影片，它讲述了马修老师和一群问题学生之间发生的一些平淡而又令人感动的故事。
马修老师来到名为“池塘之底”的学校任学监。在这所学校里，校长把这些犯有错误和调皮的孩子，视为无可救药的人，采取严厉的高压管理，动不动用鞭打体罚。
