摘 要：语文教师要在作文教学中采取一定的策略，以达到提高教学效果的目的。要想有好的教学效果，教师就必须要采取相应的策略，如善于发现作文的闪光点，用肯定的态度去欣赏并利用这些闪光点，让学生体验到作文成功的乐趣，激发写作的兴趣，从而提高写作水平。

一、发现学生作文中精妙的词、句
着名教育家家叶圣陶认为：“学生作文中任何一点可取的地方，都应找出来，肯定他的想法和写法。”心理学告诉我们：希望是人们奋斗的原动力。学生完成一篇作文后，都希望得到老师的承认和肯定。教师对学生作文的要求不宜过多、过高。面对学生幼稚的作文，教师要尽量发现其闪光点，以正面肯定、鼓励为主，不求全责备，不扼杀学生创造的火花。即使学生作文中有一点进步（包括字体的端正、字词的使用等），也应该得到老师的肯定。我们认为，学生只要用心去写了，在一篇作文中，总会有那么一些字词使用得比较
恰当，甚至某些段落写得比较精彩。教师在批改作文时应作重点批注，并在作文讲评课上予以赏析、肯定和褒扬，从而激发学生写作的兴趣。
二、摘抄学生习作精美语句
教师在批改学生作文时发现了用得好的字词、写得好的句子、段落，但又不可能在讲评课上对每篇作文中的精美句子段落都一一赏析。但老师又不能对这些好的句子、好的段落置之不理。如果这样不仅不能激发学生的写作兴趣，而且还可能因为老师的漠视打击学生的写作积极性。因此，教师可以采取摘抄学生作文中精美语句的方法，以激发学生的写作兴趣。具体可以这样操作：教师把所有作文中的精美语句抄写在黑板上，每句话的后面注明班级、姓名，同时要求学生把这些语句抄写在专门的摘抄本上。如果条件允许的话，教师把这些精美的语句打印出来，张贴在学习园地，让学生课后去抄，这样学生可以不占用上课的时间。

我们可以在每次作文后，把写得好的文章挑选几篇（最好有进步较大的）出来，经过教师修改后，让学生工整地抄写一遍，然后把
它编上目录，注明作者的班级、姓名，并装订成册，作为优秀作文书在学生中传阅。每次作文就一小册，一个学期下来，就可以订成一大本。这些优秀作文不仅记录了学生的成长过程，同时也为教学积累了资料。教师在放假前把一学期来同学们入选作文的篇数统计出来，对进步最快或入选作文最多的同学进行表彰奖励。同时利用学校召开家长会的机会，在教室墙上办“优秀习作展览”，向家长展示学生的习作成果。临近期末，又组织学生编辑“班级优秀作文选”，让大多数学生的“作品”得以展示。长此以往，学生的写作积极性就调动起来了，写作水平也就会有较大幅度提高，同时还疏通了学生对作文的“愁”、“怕”、“厌”等心理障碍，为学生进一步学习写作打下了坚实的基础。
