小学英语六年级上册教学工作总结
随着时间的流逝,本学期的教学工作也步入尾声。在这个学期中,我顺利地完成了六年级上册的英语教学。在学期刚开始时,我所面临的问题,六年级的学困生对英语学习兴趣整体有所下降,两极分化比较严重。所以本学期以做好后进生的转化工作为主。面向全体学生,以学生的发展为宗旨,始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位,注意分层教学,引导学生端正学习态度,掌握良好的学习方法,培养学生良好的学习习惯。学生经过一个学期的英语学习后对英语的学习产生了一定的兴趣,对英语的基本知识与基本技能已有初步的了解。同学们的口语表达能力、阅读能力等都得到了相当程度的提高。为此我做了以下工作总结:
一、根据学生的实际情况,设计课的类型,拟定采用的教学方法,并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都做了详细的记录,认真写好教案。每一节课都做到“有备而来”,每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备,课后及时对该课做出总结。
二、认真备课。不但备学生,而且备教材、备教法。根据教学内容和增强上课技能,提高教学质量。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,充分体现学生学得容易,学得轻松,觉得愉快,注意精神,培养学生多动口动手动脑的能力。
三、认真批改作业,布置作业有针对性,有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时,认真分析并记录学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程中出现的问题做出分类总结,进行透切的讲评,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。
四、做好课后辅导工作,注意分层教学。在课后,为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导,以满足不同层次的学生的需求,同时加大了对学困生的辅导的力度。对学困生的辅导,并不限于学生知识性的辅导,更重要的是学生思想的辅导,提高学困生的成绩,首先解决他们的心结,让他们意识到学习的重要性和必要性,使之对学习萌发兴趣。这样,学困生的转化,就由原来的简单粗暴、强制学习转化到自觉的求知上来。
五、存在的问题:
1、在复习阶段,大部分学生在课堂上的学习状态是积极的,但是有少数学生没有更多地关注到他们的课堂学习情况,也没有尽最大的努力引导他们抓紧课堂的每一分钟。于是,为了让他们取得进步,我们的做法却是进行“课后辅导”,增加师生的负担。
2.在复习阶段,由于复习的内容内容较多,不可能面面俱到。但是,老师在这时候应发挥应有的作用。为学生理顺知识结构,如,更有条理地进行句型分类。另外,不应该为了应付考试,就忽略了英语作为一种语言的交际性,听、说、读和写尽可能兼顾,这样,才能充分体现本套教材的教学目的。同时,听和说是学生在英语学习中最感兴趣的部分,因此,复习阶段,值得运用听和说的活动继续培养学生的学习兴趣,将复习课的枯燥乏味变为生动活泼。
六、采取的措施:
1、以活动为课堂教学的主要形式,设计丰富多彩的教学活动,让学生在乐中学、学中用,从而保证学生英语学习的可持续性发展。
2、通过听、说、读、写等形式,进行大量的语言操练和练习。
3、设计全面、高效的课外作业,培养学生良好的书写习惯,做到整洁、规范、正确地书写。
4.在往后的教学中,我要更积极地思考转化后进生的方法。如,在复习阶段,针对复习内容,运用竞争机制,在后进生的小圈子内进行内部竞争,激发他们上进的积极性。
总之,在本学期的教学工作中,无论成绩高低,都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白这并不是最重要的,重要的是本学期后如何自我提高,因此,无论怎样辛苦,我会继续努力,多问,多想,多想前辈学习,争取更好的韦英语教学服务,力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更大的进步!

一把断尺
人与人之间本来就有一种隔阂,但是有些人互相关爱,让他们更加亲近、和谐、还记得那一天发生的事„„那天,要数学考试。离考试还有五分钟的时候,我再一次检查我的文具盒,看看文具准备好了没。中性笔,好好地躺在文具盒中;铅笔,乖乖地趴在文具盒里内;橡皮,安静地坐在文具盒里;尺子,咦?尺子跑哪去了?我再一次检查,嘴里还喃喃自语“中性笔,铅笔,橡皮„„”还是不见尺子。我看了看表,糟了,快上课了,怎么办?怎么办呢?我着急地看了看旁边的同学,心里想“要是有人可以帮帮我就好了”----可是没有,周围的同学都在认真地准备着东西,只有我,在焦急地东张西望,六神无主的我心里想有一只调皮的小兔子在嘭嘭直跳,我心想“昨天晚上还在呀,现在怎么没了呢?难道它长翅膀飞了?那我考试怎么办?这次百分之八十的题目都要用上尺子,我该怎么办?向同学借?可是每个同学也都只带了一把呀!我越想越着急。”
就在这时,杨诗祺看见我的样子,便跑过来关心地问:“韦祎然,你怎么了?”我着急地说:“我的尺子不见了,怎么办,要是现在去买肯定来不及,更何况我又没带钱,更不要说回家拿了。怎么办呀„„”她听完以后说:“原来是这么回事呀,这好办,交给我吧。”她说完回到自己座位上,把一把崭新的尺子“啪”得一声掰成了两半,我当时就愣了,傻傻地望着她,她看我傻愣在那,“扑哧”一声笑了,说:“还愣在那干什么?快拿着呀!”说着,便把手中的一截断尺子伸向了我,她看我还傻傻地看着她,便把我的手摊开,把尺子放在我的手心,我终于醒了过来,半晌,才说出一句话:“你这是干什么?”她笑着说:“‘断尺救人’呗”„„就在这时,上课铃声响了起来„„
事后,我一直珍藏着这把断尺,直到永远„„

尊敬的环保局局长叔叔:
您好!
我是安丘市凌河小学601班的一名学生。现在我们安丘的环境不是很好,为了使我们桐乡的环境更好,我诚恳地向您提出以下建议。
我们学校的旁边有一条北河,这条北河的周围原来是很美丽的,但是因为有些人故意去撞那些护栏,使一个个护栏掉在了河里。据我们的老师说,修一个护栏要花上几千元,一修就花掉几万元。可是有些市民仍旧故意去撞那些护栏,使这些护栏一次又一次地掉在了河里。我建议应该在附近装一个电灯,在电灯上装一个微型摄像机,把那些人的做法拍下来,放在安丘电视台上,再找到那个人,让他把护栏修好。
我们现在有许多居民都养了小狗,每到傍晚,人们都会走到北河畔遛狗,那些小狗都不讲卫生,经常随地大小便。当我放学路过北港河时,经常看见那绿油油的草地里“藏”着一堆狗屎,北河旁的洁白的小路上也有着一两堆狗屎。有一次,我连续3次看见一位清洁工用扫帚拼命地扫地上的一堆狗屎。可见狗屎不是很容易扫掉的。我建议在小区里建一个狗的游乐场,工作人员看到狗屎及时整理。
我们放学时有许多汽车和老式的助动车都停在了我们的校门口,不但影响了我们的放学秩序,还使我们闻道了许多废气。当一辆老式的助动车开动的时候,那废气是浓得不得了,开到200米外还闻得到。这废气污染严重地影响了我们的空气质量。我建议把这些老式的助动车里的排放器重新组装过,使老式的助动车不再排放那污染环境的废气。
我们小区里的垃圾桶没有建筑垃圾和生活垃圾的垃圾桶分类,只有一个大的垃圾桶,建筑垃圾都丢在垃圾箱旁,我们丢生活垃圾的是时候就不能丢到垃圾桶里面,就丢在垃圾桶外面,别的人看见了也丢在垃圾桶旁,使丢在外面的垃圾堆积如山,引来许多只苍蝇,这样使人们更加不想把垃圾扔进垃圾桶了。我建议把建筑垃圾和生活垃圾分类处理。
现在我们桐乡的经济越来越发达了,可河水也越来越脏了:北港河里的上漂浮着杨柳叶子,我家附近的小河里满是死鱼。我知道你们已经禁止工厂排放废水,但是有些工厂还在偷偷地排放废气,使我们原本清澈的河水受到严重的污染。
环保局局长叔叔,“保护环境人人有责”不是一句口号,而是一个行动。让我们改掉以上的陋习,创建一个文明、环保的桐乡吧!

我的小伙伴
我有一个特别好的同学,也是我的好伙伴,我们一起玩、一起快乐的学习,留下了许多美好的回忆。
从成为一年级的小学生开始,我们就同班,直到四年级才分开,这更让我留恋我们在一起的日子了。
她有一头乌黑的头发,剪着一排整齐的刘海,一双不大不小的眼睛总是迥迥有神,她的嘴巴虽然不小,但有一些笑话和幽默的语句常常从她的嘴里快乐地蹦出来。笑的时候,别提有多灿烂了!
记得在这三年里,我们同是班长,同是竞争对手,在学习上常常是你追我赶,从不妒嫉对方,在私底下,我们也是非常要好的朋友,虽然也有时为某件事情争执,但过不了一会儿,就马上和好了。在上二年级上学期的时候,我们班发生有一场传染病“水逗”,好多同学都被传染上了,全身长满了痘,有些还没有完全好的同学怕学习掉课,没等好了就来上课。这样也是有传染的。老师没办法,只好采取了分隔的形式来上课,没得的坐在前面,得了的坐在后面,中间还隔了一个走廊。有些同学在上课进教室时很慌乱,我们做为班干部,要维持纪律,同学们总是发出一阵阵尖叫声,我也有些不知所措了,但这时,她紧皱着眉头,眉宇间形成一个“川”字,拿起教鞭就在讲台上使劲地敲起来,喊道:“安静、安静„„”同学们一愣,都安静地进取教室。我对她在慌乱中表示镇定的心态暗暗的表示佩服。
我就是这样喜欢她、留恋她,多么想再在一起呀!
我的小伙伴
她有一双水灵灵的大眼睛,一张爱说话的小嘴巴,一把乌黑柔亮的披肩长发,脸上印着两个又深又圆的酒窝,说话的时候,酒窝一闪一闪的。笑的时候,眼睛咪成一条缝,像弯弯的月牙儿。她就是我的小伙伴——林依依。
她喜欢乐于助人,有一次,我们走在放学的路上,看见一位老奶奶坐在马路旁不停地叹息,依依看见了,毫不犹豫地走向老奶奶身旁,问:“老奶奶,你为什么坐在这儿呢?”老奶奶听了,说:“唉!我人老了,在街上走几圈就分不清东南西北,如今也走不动了。”“老奶奶,你放心,我一定会把你送回家的。”她一边说一边扶起老奶奶,向与我们家相反的路走去,我跟在后头小声地嘀咕着。
她还是一个关心同学的人,有一次,我们班的王晓霞病了,没来上学。一放学,她就直奔王晓霞家···
她还是一个铁面无私的班干部,如果有同学的作业写得马虎潦草,她会毫不留情地让你重写一遍,无论是要多好的朋友她都不会徇私。
我的小伙伴就是这样的一个人。
我的小伙伴叫何俊辉,他黑黑的脸给我们一个“非洲黑人”的印象,所以我们又叫他“黑人”。因为我们经常这样叫他,总是气得他牙痒痒的,想动手打人。
他是一个“捣蛋鬼”。有一次,他在我出门时,用脚踹我,害得我跌倒在地上。还有一次,他在我坐下时偷偷抽掉我的凳子,又害我摔跤。这也不能只看到他的坏处,他可是我们班的“跑步健将”,跑步时我使尽力气也赶不上他,他有很多缺点:例如作业不按时完成,不更正错误的作业,亏得老师称他为“六大金刚”。他很喜欢捉弄人,有一次我看见他在跟踪别人,于是我来个“反跟踪”,我看见他一直跟人跟到三楼,又从三楼下到楼下,只见他抓起一把沙,猛地向别人撒去,那个人是一年级的。我为了让他吃点苦头,在转弯处等他靠近才大叫一声:“原来你欺负小同学!”把他吓了一大跳。他定了定神说:“原来你在跟踪我。”“哈哈哈、、、、、、”
瞧,这就是我的小伙伴。
漂亮的花瓶
周日,无意中发现有一伙南方人在我家附近广场上摆起卖瓷器的摊位,熙熙攘攘的人群络绎不绝,有的在休闲惬意的溜达,有的在漫无目的闲逛,有的在好奇的驻足观望,有的则饶有兴趣的细细品味和欣赏,这些人中有上了年纪的老者,有对瓷器很感兴趣的中年人士,也有不少年轻时尚的男女,我带着好奇的心理走进广场。
只见广场上摆满了类似排兵布阵的方阵,每个方阵都用不同颜色的彩色绒布包围着,里面的架子上摆满了各种各样的瓷器,五颜六色非常漂亮,价格也从十几万到几十元钱不等,令人眼花缭乱。我对瓷器是个外行,也说不上来他们的种类,更不知道价位是否合理。我漫无目的的随着人流走着看着,一会儿看见一位年轻漂亮的女士买了一个很漂亮的瓷瓶,上面画有绿色的牡丹,一会又见一位老太太买了带盖的花罐子,说是回家既可以当摆设,又可以淹咸菜,多实用呀,还有买青花瓷瓶的,鱼缸的,瓷凳的等等,逛着逛着看着人家买得很热闹,我突然也有了购买的欲望,觉得这东西放在家里挺好看的,也很有品位的,同时能够给家里增加点文化气息,于是就有了想买的欲望。
既然有了要买的想法,下面逛的就是有目的了,但是苦于我没有瓷器方面的知识,怎么买?如何买?买什么样的?我感到很茫然,于是我一边看着别人买,听着别人怎么说,一边琢磨自己该买什么样的,由于我太贫乏这方面的知识,根本没有把握买到货真价实的好东西,只好按照我的喜好来买,买好看一点的,寓意好一点的。逛了一会儿,看到一个上面有着“玉堂富贵“字样的瓷瓶,上面有这几朵鲜红的红色牡丹,很喜庆,也挺好看的,又很有立体感,据卖家说这种瓷瓶的立体感是经过两次工艺烧出来的,挺复杂的,我用手摸了一下,质感不错,整体的造型也比较现代,而牡丹的富贵吉祥寓意也不错,于是我把它买了下来。接着又买了几个小的瓷瓶,小瓷瓶上的图案是个小娃娃的笑脸,非常可爱,她们就像三个小姐妹一样,你看她们在一起的时候,好像在窃窃私语的说着知心话,很温馨很惬意。总之,这四个漂亮的瓷瓶,我都非常喜欢,每天我都要仔细的看上几眼,体味其中的韵味,自我陶醉在其中。
通过这次购买,我对瓷器产生了很大的兴趣,今后要多了解一下这方面的知识。为下次购买做好准备。自从北京奥运会召开,看到地铁专用线里青花瓷的装饰让我很震撼,原来这么传统的东西也会产生如此美轮美奂的效果,我被折服了,由此应验了那句话,只有民族的,才是世界的!青花瓷让北京更美,让奥运更新,更让全世界的人们感受到了中国元素带给他们的吉祥和快乐!
