一、选题背景
近年来，各种企业类型在我国经济体制改革的春风中生机勃勃、迅猛发展，其总量已占到全国企业总数的99%左右，在国民经济发展、产业结构调整和社会稳定方面具有独特作用，并在推进国民经济增长、缓解就业压力和优化经济结构等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而辉煌的表象背后却潜藏着其自身基石的薄弱。企业的目标是盈利，而盈利的前提是生存，长期亏损、收不抵支、不能及时偿还到期债务常导致企业破产，企业的生存威胁直接来源于资不抵债。企业的兴衰存亡，直接原因不在于帐面利润，而在于现金流量。帐面收益不能反映企业的实力，加强成本控制，对于效益的分析是企业立足的根本，是企业发展的关键。
二、本课题研究的意义
在现代企业的发展过程中，一个企业的兴衰成败，关键在于对于基础成本的控制，在于对于发展目标的规划，这就需要考虑到企业对于长远目标，也就是效益的分析决策，通过对于盈利目标的分析来提高自身企业盈利的能力，与降低企业的风险。研究成本的控制于分析，对现金流量的反映可以增强企业效益的实效性，利用成本控制更有利于加强财务控制，更能体现企业持续经营的能力。
三、国内外研究现状
成本作为企业价值创造的源泉,也是企业产生利润的驱动力,资源以成本的形式完成价值创造,进而通过收入的实现完成价值的转移。成本管理作为企业管理的一个分支,是为了最大化和高效率利用组织资源而进行的管理行为。在日益激烈的竞争中成本管理所发挥的作用越来越大。
为此,国内外学术界对企业成本管理的研究一直热度不减。但从研究方法上来看,国外学者注重实证研究和案例研究,我国学者注重理论探讨,从研究的内容上也存在着较大的差异。
在国外,企业成本管理的研究主要集中在如何提高成本管理信息有用性和如何利用先进的计算机技术拓展成本管理功能、提高成本管理效率方面,特别是作业成本的应用和结合ERP的实施对成本管理的创新方面,取得了相当的成功。在我国,对成本管理方面的研究也取得了一定成果。许多学者结合西方管理会计出现的新思维、新方法对中国的企业成本管理现状进行分析、对比,探讨了由于环境的变革而应采取的对策。余绪婴、欧阳清等学者从总结我国成本管理发展历程的角度,探索新环境下企业成本管理的适应模式;王平心、邓为民等人从引进作业成本的角度探索企 1 湖北汽车工业学院科技学院毕业设计（开题报告）

第三篇：成长——烦恼!
成长——烦恼！
成长，就是烦恼啊！
小的时候，不知道什么是烦恼，似乎也就没有什么烦恼。小学几年的生活平静得像一碗水，有父母为我“撑伞”，有老师为我“挡风”我在全方位的呵护下，丝毫没有受损。
有一天，在语文课上，学会了“烦恼”一词。凝神想想，走入初中的我并没有烦恼。考试成绩不是第一名，数学成绩不理想......最令我烦恼的就是成绩的事了，可是老师没有怪我，父母也没有怪我，朋友们更是一直鼓励我。我沮丧，我自责。我辜负了那么多人，伤了他们的心，我对不起老师和家长的辛勤培育啊！
这天早上，5点半的时候，妈妈那炸雷似的大嗓门喊道：“几点了？还不起来？上不上学了？啊？快！”这是我每天早上最不愿意听到的话了，可是也没办法啊！于是，我急急忙忙穿好衣服，打算吃早饭。在学校听了老师一天的教导以后，回到家。刚一进家门，就能闻到饭菜的香气，这时妈妈就会说了：“赶快吃饭吧！吃晚饭好学习啊。”我撂下书包，来到餐桌旁。
吃过一顿丰盛的晚餐以后，我刚刚坐到沙发上，打开电视，妈妈的大嗓门就又喊道：“都6点了，咋还不学习去？哪还有时间看电视啊？”我不情愿地拎起书包，走进卧室，坐在学习桌旁，这时候，拿着笤扫的妈妈，就又来到我跟前，开始了“思想教育”，滔滔不绝地讲着不好好学习会有什么后果，还举了好多例子，“三单元某某家的孩子好好学习，人家考上了南开大学，还有咱家亲戚，别看人家长得不
咋样，但是人家就是一个聪明认学啊，人家现在考上了北京人民大学，还是2008年奥运会的志愿者呢，你不好好学习，妈在别人面前都抬不起头啊，以后可......”天哪！我都要崩溃啦！妈妈说的这些我都懂啊，可是她还是要一遍一遍不停的说，哎呀，这就是最大的烦恼了！现在，我初二了，马上就要升入三年级，站在了人生又一个岔道口上。我将面临再次的抉择。如今，则是为了分数而烦恼。面对着那不如人意的分数，心里不经意地连着起了问号：“回家怎么交代？老师会不会批评？同学会不会讥笑？......”说实话，心里真没底儿！我不由得恨起了，人为什么要长大呢？为何一定要跌跌撞撞才能长大？
成长的烦恼多得就如天际的星斗一样，数不完，言不尽。孟子告诉我们：“生于忧患，死于安乐。”大概人生就是注定要在烦恼中进取的吧！
于是，我终于有了答案：不要为失意而烦恼，也不要为烦恼而烦恼。人生就是宇宙的主宰！让我们踩着时代的节拍，去迎接那接踵而至的烦恼吧！

祭祭文文
祭祀祭文，博大精深。自有人类，伊始流行。上祭天地，下祭鬼神；既祭先祖，父母亲人； 又祭事物，古往今情；无所不包，无所不容。诔哀吊祭，辞韵并呈；延今悼词，尽诉哀情；唐诗三百，宋词亦同；元曲如此，铺列市陈；唯独祭文，无百之称；先者不备，实乃屈情；拙劣之翁，亦曰斋中，搜索古籍，游猎网中；古今祭文，编篡现存；号称千篇，又加十旬；古今祭文，十百篇中，追思懿德，勋绩皇皇。维我始祖，赫赫扬扬，根深叶茂，源远流长。功高万代，泽被后昆。绵绵瓜瓞，咸秉懿行。薪火相传，万世流芳。秉承祖志，续写华章。一国两制，统一良方。召开亚运，民气高昂。雪域高原，天路开通。嫦娥奔月，万众欢腾。五环圆梦，四海挥觞；神舟揽月，天人共襄；蛟龙潜海，中外瞩望；千载腾飞，百业兴旺；昭告吾祖，慨当以慷。寄托哀思，尽诉衷肠。阴阳两隔，寻觅无津；黄沙白草，青冢藏身； 悲风号月，寥落英魂；杜鹃啼血，百鸟惊闻； 呜呼哀哉，疼失慈亲。祭物篇中，以史为鉴。尽扫狼烟，重振乾坤。乙酉既捷，家国维新。昭昭前事，惕惕后人。维家崇孝，护国扬忠；韵押朗朗，辞令当当；雅俗共尝，任尔选寻；不曰哀斋，不呼尚飨；祭文不死，兴大发扬；永存盛世，万寿无疆！

第五篇：成长的烦恼
成长的烦恼
成长的烦恼就像灶台上的蟑螂，令人生厌；成长的烦恼就像饭里的苍蝇，令人作呕；成长的烦恼还像夏夜里的蚊子令人憎恶；成长的烦恼还像冬夜里的老鼠，振人耳膜。
然而在每个人成长的过程中，还有谁能没有烦恼呢？
我现在最烦恼的就是它——考试。每到一次考试，我班同学就异口同声地说出了那个字——“啊！”我们怀着无比沉重的心情去考试。卷子上的题非常难还很没意思。一考试我们连下课玩一会儿的机会也没不能实现了。考试完毕，上课的铃声就响起来了。每当考试成绩下来了，如果考得不好，就可能被老师、家长一顿臭骂，如果考得非常不好，就会挨家长的臭骂，并且还会受到混合双打。
我还有最烦的一个事，那就是补课。一到周六周日，我心中自由的小鸟就被囚禁了起来了。因为我从七点——九点，学英语；九点半——十一点半学语文；十二点——二点学奥数；二点半——四点半学演讲，我是学完这个学那个。一天下来我是非常的累，所以我对补习是非常的讨厌。我何时才能脱离这苦海呢？
可是我知道，成长中的烦恼是会永远地跟着你的，如果你用平和的心态去面对它，或许那烦恼就会消失！到那时你就品尝到了成长的乐趣了！
