一、活动名称

二、活动宗旨
培养中国青少年的综合素质和创新意识,丰富课外生活,搭建培育、交流、展示的平台,营造良好的社会文化环境,培养新时期德才兼备的优秀人才。
三、参加范围
全国中小学学生。
四、活动内容
本活动是数学、语文、英语等综合素质竞赛活动,是利用所学英文词汇、语法等知识,结合相关学科知识,通过规定命题,交际对话、现场表演和展示等形式进行的比赛,同时将学科技巧和生活技能相结合,培养、提高学生的综合素质和能力。具体如下:
1、语文、数学、英语综合能力竞赛(分组:小学1—6年级共六组,初一组、初二组、初三组)

(三)选手选拔:

2、所有初赛获得三等奖以上(含三等奖)的学生,由地方组委会根据选手的综合得分,按照初赛获奖总人数的30%选拔参加总决赛选手。
六、全国总决赛比赛形式:分半决赛(笔试)、总决赛。
七、活动实施步骤:

各地组委会通过广泛宣传,发动和号召广大青少年踊跃报名参加。
2、初赛、复赛(11月—12月)
各地组委会按照全国组委会的安排开展初赛、复赛;次年1月10日前各地组委会将参加全国总决赛的学生名单上报全国组委会。
3、全国总决赛(次年1月—2月)
每年寒假举办全国总决赛。

各省、自治区、直辖市教育厅(教委)、语委,新疆生产建设兵团教育局、语委:
为深入贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中提出的“加强中华民族优秀文化传统教育和革命传统教育”、“加强以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神教育”的战略主题,提高中小学生语言文化素质,提升国家通用语言文字应用水平,促进学校“中华诵经典诵读行动”试点工作的深入开展,我司决定举办“中华诵经典诵读行动”之2011全国中小学生作文大赛。现将有关事项通知如下:
一、活动宗旨和作文主题
2011年,教育部、国家语委、中央文明办将继续实施“中华诵•经典诵读行动”,各地学校诵读行动试点工作也要继续深入推进。学校经典诵读工作是“中华诵”各项活动开展的基础,各项活动的开展又反过来促进学校经典诵读工作的深入扎实推进。本届全国中小学生作文大赛是继诵读大赛、规范汉字书写大赛之后,与学校经典诵、写、讲工作更为密切结合的一项全新活动,是诵读行动中社会性参与活动的重要组成部分。学生作文水平是语言文字应用能力的重要体现之一,写好作文是学生语言表达能力的基础。通过举办作文大赛,能够进一步激发学生的写作热情、促进提高作文水平。
今年恰逢中国共产党建党90周年。90年来,中国共产党领导中国人民摆脱贫困和压迫,走向民主、富强,构建和谐社会,创造美好生活。毛泽东等老一辈无产阶级革命家的红色革命诗
文,也已经成为不朽的经典篇章,是中华经典不可或缺的组成部分。本届作文大赛的主题为“诵读经典,感悟成长”,旨在鼓励和引导中小学生在诵读、书写、讲解等学习中华经典的过程中,用文字记录下所思、所感、所悟,既可以是对作品和作者本身的认识、理解,也可以是对作者精神追求、传统文化思想、革命主义情怀的感悟,还可以是对祖国、对家乡、对父母、对教师的热爱、感激之情或对美好生活的赞美、憧憬之情的表达。让孩子们用笔写下真情实感,用笔画出美好生活。
二、组织形式
1.参赛对象:各地义务教育在校学生,分为甲、乙、丙三组(甲组为1-3年级,乙组为4-6年级,丙组为7-9年级)。
2.作品要求:
甲组:作文要求200-500字,可以《我学×××(经典作品)的故事》《母亲》《我的经典启蒙教师》《家乡的春节(清明节、端午节、中秋节、重阳节、国庆节等)》等为题;
乙组:作文要求400-800字,可以《我最喜欢的经典作品》《我心中的美好家园》《我爱古琴(围棋、书法、国画、武术……)》《让我感动的……诗(词、曲、古文、革命圣地、共产党人、历史故事、历史人物等)》等为题;
丙组:作文要求600-1000字,可以《照亮生命的红星》《给孔子的一封信》《古人不远:我最喜欢的历史人物》《道不远人:不能不孝敬父母(感恩社会、诚信待人、学会忠恕等)的(几个)理由》等为题。
所有参赛作文都可以结合本次大赛的作文主题自定题目。所有参赛者均可为参赛作文自配插图,作文一旦获奖,配图可作为文集出版时的插图优先选用。
3.参赛方式:参赛者需将作品(作文和配图)上传至本次大赛官方网站http://jiaoyu.139.com,具体方式见网站说明。
每人参赛作品数量不限,但参赛者获奖只以获得最高奖项等次为准,不重复得奖。本次大赛不接受纸制版本作文投稿。
4.评比规则:比赛成绩由网络投票(权重5%)、手机短信投票(权重15%)和专家评审(权重80%)三项成绩综合确定。所有参赛作品上传至网站,经审核后,即在网上进行公开展示,并开始接受网络和手机短信投票(投票规则详见网站说明)。
三、奖项设置
本次大赛面向参赛者、指导教师和全国基层学校分别设置奖项,分设“省级奖”和“全国奖”两个级别。
(一)省级奖
1.参赛者奖:每个组别设一等奖10名,二等奖20名,三等奖30名。参赛作品数在20万份以上的省份,每个奖项可增加10个名额。
获奖者均可获得由教育部语用司颁发的证书一份,奖品一份。
获得一、二等奖的作品推荐参加全国奖评选。
2.指导教师奖:获奖作品的指导教师(1名)均获得优秀指导教师奖。
优秀指导教师获得由教育部语用司颁发的证书一份。
(二)全国奖
1.参赛者奖:每个组别设一等奖10名,二等奖20名,三等奖30名,优秀奖50名。
全国一、二、三等奖获奖作品将入选作品文集,由出版社正式结集出版。
获奖者可获得由教育部语用司颁发的证书一份,优秀文集一本。
2.获奖者指导教师(1名)均获得优秀指导教师奖。优秀指导教师可获得由教育部语用司颁发的证书一份,优秀文集一本。
3.学校奖项:获奖作品数量(含省级奖和全国奖)排名前50名的学校和参赛作文数量排名前50名的学校,获得优秀组织奖(两项不重复获奖)。
4.特等奖:各组获得全国一等奖的选手,将受大赛组委会邀请,参加“中华诵•2011全国中小学生口语作文大赛”,现场角逐全国作文大赛特等奖。
特等奖获奖者将获得由国家语言文字工作委员会颁发的获奖证书一份及由大赛组委会提供的奖品一份。
特等奖比赛规则及时间安排等事项另行通知。

1.本届大赛由我司主办,中华书局•阳光润智文化公司承办。本赛事得到了天津、山西、内蒙、辽宁、吉林、福建、江西、海南、云南、贵州、西藏、甘肃、宁夏、青海、新疆等省移动公司的大力支持,在以上地区本赛事可冠名为“中国移动校讯通杯”或“校讯通杯”。其他省(区、市)语委办可自行与当地中国移动分公司洽谈合作事宜,如需冠名须再向我司报批。文化部中华儿童文化艺术促进会、中国教育报、中国少年报、语言文字报、中华活页文选、中国教育新闻网、中国教育在线、新浪网、搜狐网、腾讯网等媒体单位对本赛事予以支持协助。
请各级语言文字工作部门予以高度重视,充分认识大赛对促进经典诵读行动开展的推动作用,做好组织宣传工作,扩大活动影响力,保障活动规模和效果。
