2013年六年级毕业考试总结

毕业考试过去已经快一周时间了，说心里话，虽然因为他们的学习成绩差，部分学生也经常违反学校纪律，调皮捣蛋受到学校领导和个别教师的批评教育，给我带来了许多不利因素，但是他们懂事，听话，尊敬师长，热爱劳动，同学们之间的关系也很融洽，但是我他们留给我的点点滴滴。现在，他们毕业了，我也认真从各个方面对唯一遗憾的毕业考试成绩做了深刻的反思，现总结分析如下：

一、这学期刚开学，为了提高教学质量，六年级两个班，分成现在的三个班，由于当时学校教师紧缺，在无人接替六年级数学教学工作的时间，学校领导找我谈话，我接替了六二班数学教学工作。由于兼职（学区总务主任）琐事凌乱繁杂，学校安排总务处帮忙的老师也另有工作，所以感觉压力很大，初接班时心态不是很好，为后来的教学工作留下了心理隐患，这两年来，我带综合课，相比较轻松，没有数学这么有连贯性，不可能牵一发而动全身，正是由于这种心理因素的存在，影响我对这个班的信心，没有把自己调整到一个积极奋进的状态，没有形成一个良好的开头，导致一开始就落后于别人，起步就比较晚半拍，加之对学生不熟悉，对数学教学经验不足，花了大量时间来了解学生，熟悉教材，从时间上又落后与别的班级。

二、好胜心强，对挫折和失败的承受能力较弱，自我调整能力较弱。从学生时代开始，好胜心就一直左右着我，要求每门功课都要学好，拿第一。参加工作以来，更是这样，学校安排的各项工作都要想方设法积极努力，创新提前完成。但是面对挫折和失败的打击，有时

间自我一下子调整不过来，记得第一册单元测试还好，第一次模拟考试成绩很糟糕，平行班级里成绩相对低下，我就有灰心丧气的思想，后来与同级巩老师和王老师相互沟通，学习了他们的教学经验，掌握了一定的复习方法，才使我转变过来，继续踏踏实实做好复习工作。

三、对中等生监管力度不够，转化成效较低，纵观我的教学工作，我觉得最失败的就是对中等生的转化，由于我是第二学期的时间接到这个班的，没有太多的时间来个别，针对性很强地一对一的辅导，对班级学生，尤其是中等生的心理、家庭原因了解不够，总是站在同一个高度对他们进行教育，力求全面提高本班学生的平均水平，有时间因为一些原因，或是因为他们不交作业，上课不专心听讲，个别学生违反学校纪律，或是因为抄作业，过分地批评了他们，或是对他们采取不恰当的言行指责，导致他们对学习失去信心，这样以来，对学生首先失去了教育工作中的爱，对中等生的转化就无从谈起。对中等生的转化，是一个循序渐进的过程，而我没有足够的认识，也没有足够的时间，总是急切地希望学生能达到我所要求的一个高度，当学生无法做到时，我就焦虑，烦躁，有时甚至发火，将他们狠狠批评一顿，导致学生更加畏惧我，恐惧这门学科，到后期形成了学生怕我，而我更害怕学生的这种糟糕的学习现状，长期这样一来造成的后果是中等生的成绩一直原地踏步，个别出现滑坡现象。其实到现在以来，我才认识到，无论学生学习怎么样的差，他们都一如既往的尊敬我，一如既往的朴实，热爱劳动，尤其是班级里边学习较差的学生，更加热爱我们的学校，愿意为我们的学校奉献自己的辛勤与汗水，较之我们的个别老师有过之而无不及。不管是我安排的打扫卫生、整理库房、浇花剪草、搬运教学设备等等，他们的无私奉献行为让我感动，与他们相比，我对他们的爱是那么吝啬。

四、对教材挖掘不够，没有找到学生学习的兴趣点。由于多年来没有带过毕业班数学课，对教材各个章节的重难点了解几乎是没有，所以，在教学过程中，是摸着石头过河，边学边教，所幸，自己原来底子还是很好，在教学过程中没有出现知识性的错误，但是对个别知识点的讲解不是很到位，也没有抓住学生学习数学的兴趣点，未能激发学生学习的强烈欲望，导致刚开始接班时，课堂气氛不是很活跃，反而由于部分学生的捣乱，得花大量时间来严肃课堂纪律，所以教学进度有点慢，因此留给总复习的时间就很有限。所以对于一到五年级的复习工作只是蜻蜓点水似的，没有深入挖掘和巩固。

五、同班主任、同科目老师之间交流不够，对中等生和优等生的督促不够，由于时隔多年，很少带数学，尤其是毕业班的数学，没有足够的经验，进入总复习阶段以来，使我有点手忙脚乱，不知所措，总觉的学生这里没有把握好，哪里需要巩固，使整个复习过程很混乱，没有一个完整的体系，虽然进行了分层复习，有重点的讲解，但是处在不同学习水平的学生还是没有在现有基础上得到提高。

事已至此，说心里话，真的也付出了很多，每天都在认认真真的工作者，但是由于自己经验不足，加之兼职工作，有时间确实出现顾此失彼的现象，或者由于兼职工作中的有时的体力劳动，出现疲乏，导致心有余而力不足，上课力不从心的现象。更遗憾的是付出与收获

差距太大，这次失败是一个惨痛的教训，我负有不可推卸的责任，它将深深的印在我的记忆力，警示着我，前事不忘，后事之师，在今后的教育教学工作中，将以此为戒，理清工作中的主次关系和轻重缓急，争做成为一名成熟的小学教师。
