我认真选读了邓小平同志的《一靠理想二靠纪律才能团结起来》这篇文章,文章虽然篇幅不长,但意义深远,我结合自己的实际来谈谈我读完后的感想。
“我们正在建设具有中国特色的社会主义社会。,教育全国人民做到有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律。这四条里面,理想和纪律特别重要。我们一定要经常教育我们的人民,尤其是我们的青年,要有理想。为什么我们过去能在非常困难的情况下奋斗出来,战胜千难万险使革命胜利呢?就是因为我们有理想,有马克思主义信念,有共产主义信念”——邓小平。随着改革的不断深入,中国开始融入世界经济的潮流,改革开放在各个领域都取得了显著的成就。社会的进步物质文明和精神文明的极大丰富,那充满欲望与贪婪的雾都里到处都可以看到少男少女的影子,他们在彷徨、在沉迷、在堕落„„而在当我问到那些少那边少女的理想时,都会支支吾吾的说不出来。因为在他们的脑袋里只有理想这个词语而已,并没有把它扩展开来,试问一个没有理想的年轻人他还能做什么、还会做什么,就像行尸坐肉一样在一天一天的岁月中混吃混喝慢慢地等待生命的终结吗?难以想象在这样一个环境下如何实现具有中国特色的社会主义。都说青年人是祖国发展的希望,但是现在的青年人都在做什么呢?
因此我们需要理想。它不只是个词语那么简单,它是有内容的,它是我们的航标,是我们奋斗的动力。有了理想,还要有纪律才能实
现。纪律和自由是对立统一的关系,两者是不可分的,缺一不可。在这样的雾都里我们不可能会一帆风顺,它隐藏着许许多多的诱惑,因此我们还必须具有一定的自律性。它就像一口警钟在时时刻刻提醒着你,让你不再迷恋征途中的那些安逸,快速的奔向终点。
树立正确的理想信念,是事业取得成功的基础。什么是理想信念,理想信念是人们对未来的向往和追求,以及对一种理论的真实性和一种实践行为的正确性的确认,它一旦形成,就会成为支配和左右人们活动的持久的精神动机。毛泽东同志说过:“中华民族有光复旧物的决心,有自立于世界民族之林的能力。”有理想,就是指对马克思主义和共产主义的坚定信仰,对党和人民事业的科学信念。中国共产党人的理想信念,是中华民族五千年文化传统的延续和升华,是对马克思主义理论的真实性和在党领导下的社会主义实践的正确性的一种确认。这样的理想信念是中国革命和建设获得胜利的强大精神动力和根本保证。无数革命先烈在战争年代之所以抛头颅、洒热血,靠的就是对社会主义的向往和忠诚,虽然他们未必能够看到社会主义的实现,但却坚信社会主义是合乎社会发展规律的美好事业,坚信在党的领导下这一事业一定会取得胜利。邓小平同志多次用自己的切身体验来说明这个问题:“为什么我们能在非常困难的情况下奋斗出来,战胜千难万险使革命胜利呢?就是因为我们有理想,有马克思主义信念,有共产主义信念。”坚定的理想信念,还是我们维护国家独立和安全的保证。“人们信念,从而激励人们同心同德,合力奋斗,争取共同利益的实现。没有这样的信念,就没有凝聚力。没有这样的信念,就没有一切”
