In Bible, the story about Joseph narrates a tribe they only believe one God;they receive much mock and discriminate.Protagonist Joseph is a young and beautiful man.He is upright, sincere with everybody, and he has 12 brothers, Benjamin and he are a smallest.Joseph receives bully of his older brothers.One day, when they graze in mount, his brothers throw down him in pit.This pit dark and has snake, Joseph straight shout: help!Brothers!Help!But his brothers not the only one to help him, and sell him to Egyptian, then Joseph become a slave.And his brothers tell father Joseph is died.After that, Joseph disappears with his tribe.Maybe in that, he knows what the “adamancy” is.His master feels he is a special slave, gives brainwork to him.Then mater finds Joseph’s ability, he elect Joseph’s in the Egypt palace.At first the leader think Joseph only is a slave, but Joseph uses his thinking and ability let him feel surprised.But the leader thinks that’s not enough.Joseph shows his ability again.At last, the leader respects him and gives a power to him.After that, Joseph start manage about social and government, then he meet his brother, his brother find a problem by themselves.According many things, Joseph reunites with his family and tribe.Joseph can success the reason is his faith, this is very important for everybody.I believe when he want to give up, he will miss his god and purpose, that’s amazing, I believe this story is really, it doesn’t appear God, the God live in heat of everybody.So I think, your God is not most important one, the best thing is you need believe myself.Never give up ,keep going, your purpose won’t close to you, you need for your purpose to struggle.

道格牧师：恩，我个人认为是存在一定危险的。因为里面的好些内容都依着个人偏见翻译过来的。今天晚上，我的一个朋友告诉我，他的妻子曾读过一阵子新版圣经，但她并不满意；所以她想重新学习老版的圣经了。
但是，我最喜欢的版本是最接近于拉丁标准版的雅各王版和新雅各王版。我对这些也做过很多研究，我听到过两方面的争论。
让我来解释一下这种现象。雅各王版圣经的版权是公开的。出版商为了出售拥有自己版权的圣经来赚钱，并防止盗版，必须要在原来的版本上做一些改动以成为新的版本，这样他们就有了自己的版权并去销售获利。

但是借着每个版本的圣经，上帝都在作工。我也看到很多读这些版本圣经的人也都认识并信靠了上帝。因为你问我喜欢哪种版本，我就发表了一下个人观点。

Thoughts about the Bible The Bible is God's holy Word.It is God's message to us, and it is the most important book in the entire world.The Bible is the classic works in Christianity, and it provides the British literature with inexhaustible materials.So the Bible has deep influence on British literature.British writers use stories of the Bible by three main methods.First, they quote persons names or stories of the Bible as the characters names or plots of the creations from the Bible directly.Sometimes they make some changes on the original stories.Sometimes they quote stories directly from the Bible as the writing materials.Second, they make use of symbolic meaning of the Bible by some technical such as simile, metaphor and symbolism, so that the stories could exert a great influence on contrasting with the new products.Third, the Bible influences British literature on styles and artistic characteristics.The books retell most of the narratives of the Bible in 411 stories.The books have been marketed in the United States for many years by placing the first volume, which covers the first part of the book of Genesis, in doctor's offices with postage prepaid post cards included for readers to order the set or ask for more information.Originally written in English, the books have been translated into French and Spanish, and a new revision has been made based on the New International Version(NIV)translation of the Bible.As the Holy Bible of the Christianity, its own has strong artistic charm and great aesthetic value, making it as the source of British literary works creation.The Bible records the merits, the faults and evil of the world, reflects the ancient feelings, implorations and ideals, explores the mystery relationships among God, people and the universe, and studies the philosophy of the relationships between people and people, people and the universe, human destiny and life values.British literary works all embody the Bible in all aspects.Therefore, the understanding of the Bible will further our understanding of British literature, will deepen our appreciation of British culture and ideology, and will make us learn, research and appreciate the British literary works better.I've learnt a story from the Bible about Esau and his brother Jacob.They are twins.However, they are so different in temperament: Esau is rough and honest , and Jacob ideceives.One day, Jacob cooks a stew.At this moment, Esau returns from hunting, very exhausted and thirsty, so he asks for it.But Jacob insists that Esau sell his birthright to him and swear an oath.And finally Esau does as Jacob says.As we can see , Esau sells his right as the firstborn just for a mess of pottage.It is Esau not Jacob who has the right to inherit what his father owns.At such a low price, he sells it.He keeps his eyes only on immediate needs , without considerating long-term interests , which should be a lesson for all of us.Esau's story and lessons also apply to people like you and me , who are living in a complex modern society.We are faced with too much temptation.In such cases, you are likely to be conqured and probably do something stupid.How to avoid this? What you can do ,from my point of view , is to keep your reason, stay cool-headed, think over and figure out a solution which can balance immediate interests and long-term interests.The Bible is the story of man's complete ruin in sin and God's perfect salvation in Christ.The Bible is God's love letter to us, telling us that, even though we have turned away from God and broken His commandments, God loves us with all His heart and He wants us to come back to Him.The most precious truth in all the Bible is that the Son of God loved us so much that he left heaven and became a man so that He could die on the cross for our sins.We are not saved by what we do for God, but by what God has done for us in the person of His Son.The Bible says，“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”，“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved...” “What has come into being in him was life, and the life was the light of all people.The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it.” The Bible is the most important book in the world because it tells us how to be saved.God gave us this wonderful book that we might know the truth about ourselves, about sin, about Satan, about God, and about salvation.From beginning to end, the Bible has one great theme — the Person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ.The books of the Bible fall into five main groups: The Old Testament gives us the history of Abraham and his descendants who became the nation of Israel.The great theme of the Old Testament is a promised Savior.Isaiah wrote, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” The Gospels tell us that the promised Savior has come.They tell us about the Lord Jesus Christ and what He said and did.The Acts tell about the coming of the Holy Spirit, the beginning of the Church, and the preaching of the gospel — the “good news” that Christ died for our sins and rose again to be our living Savior.The Epistles explain the gospel and tell us how we can be saved and how to live the Christian life.The Revelation tells us how all things will end.Wouldn't it be wonderful if we had someone who knew all about God to teach us His wonderful book? Well, there is Someone like that.He is the Holy Spirit.The moment we take Christ as our Savior, the Holy Spirit comes to live in us.He lives in every believer, and He teaches us the things of God.

Among the bible stories, in my opinion, Moses’ story is the most attractive and moving.It’s mainly about the Hebrew hero Moses and his great contributions to his people.Moses was a newborn son of a Hebrew woman.At that time, the king of Egypt gave orders to kill all Hebrew newborn boys and broke Israelites’ spirit by heavy labor because he was afraid of that those
powerful Israelites may become the masters of Egypt.The little boy was protected well by his mother for 3 months but she could conceal no longer.So the mother laid the baby in a basket and put the basket among the reeds by the bank of the Nile.The baby was adopted by Pharaoh’s daughter and he became the prince of Egypt.The name Moses was given by pharaoh’s daughter.Moses grew up.One day, he went to his Hebrew people and saw one was punished by an Egyptian.He killed the Egyptian and hid his body in the sand.But this was known by Pharaoh and he wanted to put Moses to death.So Moses made good in his escape and settled in the land of
Midian where he got married and God gave him the mission of leading Israelites out of Egypt.Moses and his brother Aaron went to Pharaoh and asked him to set those Israelites free and Pharaoh refused.Moses turned his staff into a serpent as God told him.But Pharaoh was very obstinate and didn’t listen to Moses and Aaron.Then Moses changed the water of the Nile into blood and Pharaoh was obdurate as before.Moses had to perform other signs such as the disasters of frogs, maggots, flies and grasshoppers, blights, murrain, disaster of hail and darkness, which still couldn’t persuade Pharaoh.At last, God killed all the first-borns in Egypt
including the first-born of Pharaoh and this made Pharaoh come to terms.When the king of Egypt was told that the Israelites had slipped away, he was seized with remorse.He took his troops to pursue Israelites and he nearly caught up with them by the sea.With God’s help Moses made the waters tear apart so that those Israelites went through the sea on the dry ground.But when Pharaoh’s troops arrived Moses made the water return to its accustomed place and all Pharaoh’s army were inundated.No one survived.This was Israelites’ great success.I like this story most because it presents the adamant people’s strong spirit of looking forward to freedom.Thought the Israelites were weak, they didn’t give in to the powerful king of Egypt.And the main hero was Moses who had strong will to save his people.He understood that the Egyptians were cruel and selfish.He gave up his happy life as a prince of Egypt in the palace and returned to his people.This is why God chose him to perform his miracles.Moses was the loyal follower of God and presented as the representative to deliver God’s ideas.Israelites showed
high admiration to him and he was worthy of it because of his great contributions to his people.
