周记—包馄饨

2014年11月8日 雨

今天是周末，妈妈和我还有哥哥准备一起包馄饨吃

妈妈去买了馄饨皮、肉、包菜还有葱，肉已经是绞碎的，妈妈把包菜

和葱切得很碎很碎，把馄饨馅调好了我们就可以包混沌了。

妈妈教我和哥哥包馄饨，妈妈说：“先把馄饨馅放到皮的中间，再对

折馄饨皮，然后把两头捏紧，最后把皮翻过去就做好了。”我和哥哥按 照妈妈说的方法开始包起来。我一开始包的几个馄饨很难看，包着包着，妈妈说我包得越来越像样了。

我和哥哥学会了用妈妈教的方法包馄饨之后，就开始做奇形怪状的馄

饨了。我做了一个小房子形状的馄饨，哥哥做了一个糖果形状的馄饨，还有刺猬馄饨、怪兽馄饨„„

终于可以吃馄饨了。可能是我自己有包馄饨吧，我觉得今天的馄饨好 好吃啊！

第五篇：周记

一到八周

其实，这周也没有什么特别的事。从开学的第一周开始就这样一周一周的过来了，开始的时候会有很多事情不懂，比喻批改作业，因为我是教二年级的语文和四年级的英语。当我收到第一次作业的时候，那是一次语文课的生字抄写。我真的无从下手，这是我第一次接触小学生的作业本。他们的字呀，我一看见以一个看惯成人的字体的新老师来说，我的第一感觉就是他们在应付我。没有认真的对待我的作业。当时我真的好想全部都退回去叫他们重做了。写得东倒西歪的。

其他的老师听见我的感叹，就说：“有什么好奇怪的，二年级个个都是刚刚会写字，能写成就不错了。并不是故意这样的，你是刚刚接触，慢慢的就会习惯了。”我就说：“我都不知道要怎么改才好。”他们教我的是，只要没写错字的没写错笔顺的都对。写得不是太好看的可以慢慢的辅导，二年级的最重要就是不能错字的笔顺。因为二年级是认字阶段现在错了，那以后会养成习惯就会一直错下去了。在和他们接触一段时间后，我觉得小学生的想象不是一般的丰富。在批改过程中我会经常遇到让我无法下笔的。那时我只有请教那些老资格的老师了。

因为这里是农村，有很多地方是不能跟城镇内的相比的。在我还是学生的时候老师会让我们看很多人家教学成功视频，在那里面我觉得那些的小朋友都是很聪明的。那些小朋友的课外知识很丰富的。而

这里的小朋友给我的感觉就很无知，很多问题让我感到很无力。所以在我这里，教学是绝对不能学人家教学方式的。必须得有一套自己的又适合这里学生的教学方案才行。这是我对这一周对开学以来的总结。希望自己在以后的教学生涯中会学到更多。教学这一职业给我感受是，不仅仅是教学生学知识那么简单的，同时在学生和其他的老师身上我同样可以学到一些宝贵事情。所以我认为教与学是同时进行的相互紧密的连在一起的。

九到十周

第九周是进入期中考试的复习阶段，所有新课都在第八周的时候教完了。每课都按要求讲到中考的页码。第九周，主要的任务是从第一课开始复习，一直到复中考要求地方。为什么要复习？主要是帮助小学生加深记忆或是帮助他们记起一些遗忘知识。

大部分的小学生在学的时候是记住了知识，可是时间长就会忘记或记忆不全。就会出现有些记得有一些记不得的现象。所以考试前的复习也是很重要的。直接影响到学生的成绩和自己的教学成果。

复习的计划：以单元复习为主，归类复习为辅，渗透学生的思维训练。不让学生硬性抄写和机械记忆，陪养学生的复习的兴趣。让学生比较轻松的度过复习阶段。夯实语文基础知识，加强看拼音写词语和生字组词的训练。以课文为本，对每篇课文内容进行梳理概括，了解阅读的基本方法。对学生进行字词句的训练，并能根据句子表达的内容填出相应的词语。抓住《语文园地》的练习特点，以归类的形式激发学生复习语文的兴趣。

此外，在考试前我进行一次的模拟考试。这样就可以大概的知道这周复习的成果怎样了，也了解学生在复习中吸收如何。

作为一个代课老师，我知道自己有很多的地方做得不够好的。但我会尽我最大的努力做到最好。每一件事情我都会认真的去做，教师本来就是一个圣神的职业。尤其在小学生面前，我必须做好榜样。这样才能让我的教学在学生面前更有说服力。为人师表，就必须自身要做好。

十一到十二周

现在是中考后的新课阶段。一切都在正常的进行中。

在这周我发现我最大的收获是，在我刚来这里刚接手这一班时。这里有两个很差很差的学生，读到二年级连写自己的名字都不会的。有一个是因为懒，听其他老师和同班同学的反应是，他在一年级一年做作业的次数不超三次。无论你是怎么说怎么罚都是不做的。另外一个应该是发育晚了点的学生，说话不是很清楚，智力反应不够快。

他是老师认为辅不起来的学生。从第一次的作业以后，有一段时间里每次的作业我都会抓住他两的手，教他们写字。那时他们写得很满的，一节课下来其他的同学都做完了，他们还写到几行呢。我抓手的教了一段时间后，他们终于能把字写成了。慢慢的有一个写得越来越快了，也些得越好。当然写得好时有奖励的，每次进步了我都会在

班上赞扬的，进大步就奖一个字簿啦。现在我会经常说：“某某同学，你快做作业，做好了。我就奖你。”懒的，无论我用什么方法都不能让他坚持下去。

以后我还会继续努力的。做到更好的扶差培优。

十三周

这周算是我这学期以来最忙的一周了。这周所做的一切都是以下周的大检查为主的。上面下发了很多的工作和很多要求，有很多工作本来在开学的时候就应该下发落来的。可是他们偏偏就不是，现在他们来检查才要我们按要求做。这样不是很伤财吗？很多的老师都说领导没事找事做。

现在正时期末的冲刺阶段，现在走出这么多无谓的事情来。在很大的情度上影响了我们上课进度。就拿集体备课来说吧，这种方式的备课本来就不适合我们乡村教学的。现在弄到我们每天都要排出老师去其他的学校参见集体的备课，每天去的学校都不同，很多的都不知道怎么去。而自己的课程觉耽搁了。这是我素龙镇才有的。每天都要找老师来为排出的老师顶课。现在我们的老师可以说事怨声漫天的。

在这双重的压力下，这一周过得确实忙碌。现在我们是一边赶课一边赶工作。想抽点时间来辅导辅导学生都难啊！这样劳民伤财的集体备课真的希望他能取消了，主要是即使大家去了，无论是主备人还是去听的人都是带着应付式的心态去的。他们都不想去，但又怕扣工资才会去的。而在校的老师也希望自己能有些小的时间辅导自己的学生，而不是一有一节空闲的课就要用帮人家定课去了。

一周满课是三十节，自己本来就有二十来节了。现在好了，连老师喘喘气的时间都没有了。每天下来我是身心都疲劳。做老师真的是太辛苦了，回想以前自己的学生生涯，现在可是深深的体会了老师的伟大，真为以前的自己的感到羞愧呢。

无论怎么都好，努力加油吧！
