一、指导思想:

二、工作重点:

全面落实素质教育的各项要求,学理念、练内功、求发展,积极探索课改精神,更新教育观念,以质量为中心,全面稳步地提高我校英语教育教学质量。

三、具体工作:

1、研究集体备课。

集体备课要定时间,有效率,内容切实落实。不仅备课堂教学,每天的练习, 考试都要做到教学内容相对一致,有针对性,让学生有收获,抓主题和重点。集体备课还要研究中考,把握中考方向,研究题型,做到早抓、多落实、多检验、找漏洞。

2、了解学生,心中有数。各班都有不同层次的学生,要求老师们做到对学生的学习状况了如指掌,了解学生的弱点,有针对性地加以指导,注重面对面地的辅导。

3、针对中考题型,有目的、有针对性地有效练习,对学生进行解题方法和技巧的辅导,英语学科和其他学科有些差异,同样的意思,1

2010---2011学年第一学期伊始,本学期我担任了我校九年级两个班(共计83人)的英语教育教学任务,由于班级人数较多,学生的基础参差不齐,英语学习习惯较好,但是学习方法还欠缺,随着年级的上升,英语学习的难度逐渐加大,针对学生素质及心理特点,为了圆满的完成教学任务,特制定以下教学计划。

一、教学目的在本学期的教学中,要求培养学生学习英语的自信心,侧重于学习能力的提高;在初一初二学识的基础上,让学生更加明确初三英语知识的整体与局部的关系,理清思路;不断提高用英语获取信息、处理信息、分析和解决问题的能力;加强学生语感的培养,通过各种任务和活动,多种手段的运用,提高学生综合运用英语语言的能力,广泛地与他人进行交流,开展多项课题探究活动。通过阅读,培养学生的文化意识和跨文化交际能力,更深层次地了解西方文化历史,对比中西文化差异,去粗取精,择善而从之,使一切服务于中考。

二、教学方法

根据新课标新理念的任务型教学特点,在教学过程中以大量真实生活任务为依托,以课题探究为形式,倡导学生的主体性,教师参与的新型课堂教学;在教学过程中应该尽可能运用多种教学媒体优化教学,鼓励学生积极参与合作探究学习,逐步培养学生的实践能力和创新意思。多向兄弟学校的名师请教学习,不断更新自己的教育教学新理念,以便更好地服务于今后的教学。

三、教材分析

人教版新目标九年级英语,从教材组织及学习形式上看,实质上是对初一初二课本知识的一个回顾重复和加深;从语言能力层次上看,其难度是更上一层楼。全册共计15个单元,每个单元在原来section A和section B的基础上加大了对阅读的训练,侧重了对学生信息扑捉能力的考查。根据这两个班学生学习上课的实际情况我计划本学期完成前10个单元的学习,下学期完成后5个单元的学习。

四、教学措施

九年级英语内容丰富多样,对学生的能力要求很高,根据这些特点,我主要采取一下措施:

1)狠抓教学常规,经常检查学生课堂笔记,尤其作业的完成情况,充分利用晚自习多进行个别辅导,培养他们良好的学习行为习惯。

2)以落实书本知识为主,对知识重难点精讲精练。

3)多组织单元测试,定期进行质量分析,发现问题,及时采取措施。

4)认真批改作业,加强作业讲评,少一些批评多给予一些鼓励信心。

5)注重培养学生学英语的方法和好习惯,多读;多听;多练;多说。

6)提高课堂教学效率,让学生学有所得学有所获。

总而言之,以上所有的准备都将服务于2011年的中考,我坚信有了学校校领导的重视和英明领导,有了教导处的精心安排与指导,有了我们英语教研组的全全支持和不断努力专研,辛勤的耕耘定会结出丰硕的果实。

一、指导思想:

4、多层次召开学生会议,谈形势,提要求,多鼓励,调动学生学习及复习积极性。指导学生根据自己的学习现状合理定位,明确初三学年各阶段的学习目标和任务,指导学生合理地制定学习计划和措施,教育学生端正学习态度,教给学生学习方法,引导学生开展良性竞争,帮助学生清除思想上、心理上和学习上的障碍。

5、认真抓好每一次考试,及时召开质量分析会,及时诊断,及时反思,及时研究制定调控方案,并在教学中及时解决。

6、认真抓好体育训练,力争体育会考取得好成绩

二、德育工作:

1.狠抓学生的日常管理.注重对学生进行思想教育.开展理想、信念教育活动。抓学生的思想教育,以“勤奋创造奇迹,成功来自努力”、“知识改变命运、奋斗成就未来”激励学生,促使他们树立信心,鼓足勇气,最后冲刺。

2.帮助学生根据自己的学习现状,制定出短期和长期目标,树立良好的人生观、价值观。

3.召开学习经验交流会,指导学法,帮助学生提高复习效率。

4、关注后进生,我们初三年级的教师要在情感教育上多下功夫,要对后进生做到有爱心、细心、耐心;在教育教学上,提问优先,作业批改优先,表扬奖励优先;要善于挖掘他们的闪光点,扶植起步点,把握反复点,促进飞跃点;对待后进生不歧视,从而有效地保证后进生提高,我们不放弃任何一名学生。

5、加强对学生的心理疏导工作,关注学生的心理变化,帮助学生正确认识自我,摆正自己的位置,从而使他们能够确立正确的奋斗目标,和前进方向。

五、各月工作安排

九月份

1、配合学校组织好开学典礼总结表彰上学期三好、优干、标兵等

2、班级开展喜迎教师节板报(墙报)宣传和迎国庆板报评选等活动。

3、制定年级、班主任工作计划、制定班规。(第三周上交电子版B5宋体小4号)

4、抓年级行为规范。前两周各班级自查和自我管理,以后按年级的制度执行相关要求。

5、建立年级“个别生”档案;成立纪律委员会并做好相关的工作。

6、配合学校做好校秋季运动会(9月30日)年级和各班级的组织和策划工作,做好学生的动员和安全教育的相关工作

7、在第一周进行“冲刺初三誓师大会”。

8、第二周召开年级家长会。

9、配合学校做好医疗保险录入工作。

十月份

1、做好年级学生期中考前动员,考纪教育;增强学生做人的诚信素养。

2、配合学校做好 “行为规范示范”班(卫生免查)的申报工作

3、组织年级的月考,及时做好教学和学习方法的总结。

十一月份

1、召开区第一次统练得分析会,学生会,家长会。

2、法制教育广播讲座

3、继续狠抓行为规范的管理。

十二月份

1、安排年级的月考,做好学生学习方法的交流工作,及时进行引导。

2、召开学生家长会。

3、召开学生会,再次进行冲刺初三动员

一月份

1、组织好区第二次统练

2、开好成绩分析会和家长会

3、各班评选并上报三好学生、优秀干部、学习标兵、进步生名单

4、假期安全教育
