同学们，大家好，今天我演讲的题目是微笑曾经看到一个故事，一位杂志编辑社的老板外谈生意时，总是带着他的名片，这名片，只有几行字：你微笑，世界也微笑；每当他递出自己的名片时，总能看到对方会心的微笑。可谁能想到曾经的他因为不苟言笑，以致以前的印刷厂破产。职场之中有很多秘不外传的“创业诀窍”，而微笑则是公开的，通用的。微笑，是最好的名片。中国有句古话：笑一笑，十年少；笑容的好处不置可否，经常保持笑容，脸部肌肉也会得到放松，很多时候我们疲惫的神态也会缓解。对于我们自己而言，我们会喜欢一个整天绷着脸没有神情的自己吗？答案是肯定不喜欢的，我们自己都不喜欢，又怎么可以要求别人来接受这样的我们呢？保持一颗爱笑的心，那样活出来的我们才是最有魅力的我们。笑容也可以拉近与朋友的距离，不成熟的我们难免会和身边的人有些磕磕碰碰，矛盾是避免不了的，但可以将矛盾带来的损失减少到最小。某天，你发现身边的人突然与你疏远了，刻意的回避你。纳闷的你肯定一直会想到底你和他怎么了？不要着急，见到他的时候对他笑一笑，没有什么坎是过不去的。一笑泯恩仇，鲁迅先生早就教给我们了。现代医学认为微笑可以增加肺呼吸功能，也能清洁呼吸道，经常微笑，还能延年益

寿，每天笑一笑，生活也就变得多姿多彩。与此相反，如果你对生活哭，它也会对你哭，生活就是一面镜子。心态决定生活，整天抱怨的人心态差，把坏情绪传递给别人，而对生活乐观的人传递喜悦，他们自己也会得到别人的欢迎。

笑对他人吧，用微笑介绍自己；笑对生活吧，用微笑越过困难；笑对世界吧，让世界和我们一起微笑。

人民网评：航天英雄凯旋，向中国故事的讲述者致敬！载着光荣的使命与成就，迎着国人的牵挂与祝福，景海鹏、刘旺和刘洋回到了祖国的怀抱。三名航天英雄凯旋，人们有理由欢呼，更有理由奉上感谢与敬意。这次飞天，航天英雄不辱使命，顺利完成手控交会对接任务，这标志着我国全面掌握了空间交会对接技术，航天英雄为我国载人航天事业的发展作出了突出贡献，每个人都应该与有荣焉，充满自豪之情。从首位女航天员进入太空，到手控交会对接，再到太空驻留13天??这次飞天，航天英雄创造了中国载人航天多项新记录。辉煌记录的背后，是无数航天人的奋进，是综合国力的不断强盛。蓦然回首，一个个航天记录被打破，从“神一”到“神九”，从无人到有人，从一人到多人，从一天到数天，中国航天人用坚实的脚印留下了传奇，用自信的姿态讲述着美妙的中国故事。

“可上九天揽月，可下五洋捉鳖”，如果说三名航天员讲述的是关于飞天的中国故事，那么还有三个人讲述的是关于探海的中国故事。6月3日，中国“蛟龙”出征，执行探索深海的任务，6月27日11时47分，中国“蛟龙”刷新了新的“中国深度”——下潜7062米。担负突破7000米深度重任的首席潜航员、“蛟龙”主任设计师，是33岁的叶聪，另外两名潜航员分别是刘开周、杨波。航天员，潜航员，一个是飞向渺渺太空，一个是驶向茫茫深海，方向迥异，却有着共同的使命，同样的风采，他们都是中国故事的美丽讲述者。

中国载人航天路线图正在扎实推进，为之制定的三步走战略是：发射载人飞船、实现交会对接、建造空间站。可以确定的是，交会对接的完成，离我国2020年左右建造空间站又近了一步，这为我国成为航天强国奠定了基础。而“蛟龙”下潜至7000米，标志着我国具备了载人到达全球99％以上海洋深处进行作业的能力，标志着“蛟龙”载人潜水器集成技术的成熟，也标志着我国深海潜水器成为海洋科学考察的前沿与制高点之一，这同样为我国成为海洋强国打造了稳固的阶梯。如果说上天书写了中国梦想的高度，那么入海书则写了中国梦想的深度。无论是深度还是高度，其背后都是中国发展的速度和力度，都是让中国人过得更幸福、行走得更踏实的尺度。

必须提及的是，无论上天还是入海，根本目的是为了和平，为了民生，为了人类的福祉。正如国防部新闻发言人耿雁生28日表示，中国的载人航天和载人深潜均用于和平目的。一个细节是，研究发现，航天领域每投入1元，将会产生7元至12元的回报。比如，我国1100多种新型材料中有80％是在空间技术的牵引下研制完成的，已有近2000项空间技术成果应用于国民经济各部门，在卫星通讯导航、气象预报、防灾减灾、食品生产等方面服务于社会生产和人民生活。

中国人飞天和潜海的梦想不会停止，探索梦想的高度和深度也不会画上句号。怀揣着梦想，清醒、自信而坚定地走下去，讲述出更美妙的中国故事，这是国人的愿望，也是国人更有尊严的归宿。
