态度:就是取得成果的想法、思路、心态及意愿度等。能力:就是取得成果的有效方法、策略及技巧等。
行动:将态度和能力变成结果的实施过程。
一、态度
一个人的品德、精神和灵魂如何,具体表现在做事的态度上。正所谓思维决定行动,良好的态度会激发好的能力,想出好的方法,再付诸行动,从而获得好的成果。
态度先于能力,而态度决定一切,那就是对于任何人和任何事情,态度是第一位要来考虑的因素。没有积极的态度,其他的都免谈。
每个人都会有一份责任,在不同时期的责任不一样,在家里你要对家人负责,在工作中你就要对工作负责。也正因为存在这样、那样的责任,我们才会对自己的行为有所约束。遇到问题便寻找各种借口,将本应由你承担的责任转嫁给社会或他人,那是极不负责任的表现。更为糟糕的是,一旦养成这样的习惯,那你的责任心将会随之烟消云散。一个没有责任心的人,是很难取得成功的。
其实,负责任也是相对应的,特别是在工作中,如果你对你的工作不负责任,那最终就是对你的薪水和前途不负责任。
