“安博杯”第十一届全国创新英语大赛复赛考试细则

为了规范第十一届全国创新英语大赛的复赛考试工作，建立公开、公平、公正的考试制度，保证第十一届全国创新英语大赛考试质量，根据组委会相关规定，制定本办法。

一、复赛场地查看

1.时间：2012年7月14日下午15:00~17:00

2.地点：各赛区考点

二、考试时间：2012年7月15日

（一）听力、作文考试时间 2012年7月15日上午8：30-9：50。

8：00――8：15核对证件 选手进入考场

8：15――8：20宣读比赛准则

8：25――8：30发放答题纸

8：30――9：50听力、作文笔试

9：50――10：30休息，下午进行口语比赛的选手离场

（二）口语考试时间 2012年7月15日上午10：30-12：30，下午13:30-18：00。

10：10A组口语比赛的选手进入侯考区

10：30――12：30A组口语比赛时间

13：10B组口语比赛的选手进入候考区

13：30――15：30B组口语比赛时间

15：40C组口语比赛的选手进入候考区

16：00――18：00C组口语比赛时间

三、复赛选手参加考试必带材料：

1．准考证；

2．身份证（无身份证选手可以使用临时身份证或者附有盖章照片的户籍证明）；

3．准考证必须和身份证同时使用才有效（无身份证选手请参考以上第2条）；

4．准考证以大赛报名系统显示为准，禁止擅自修改，一经发现，取消考试资格；

5．钢笔或签字笔（黑色或蓝色）、2B铅笔（听力比赛使用）、橡皮。

四、听力考试

（一）考试办法

1.听力考试时间为20分钟。

2.听力试题由试题命题组命制，考试当天要求在全体选手监督下拆封试卷和听力资料。

3.考试结束后，由监考老师当场装订并密封试卷。

（二）听力评审

1.复赛听力评分办法：复赛结束后，全国各地的试卷汇总到北京赛区，统一阅卷评分。

2.所有试卷阅卷老师无法看见学生的考号、姓名等个人信息

3.听力成绩占总体复赛成绩的20%。

五、作文考试

（一）考试办法

1.现场限时作文一篇（时间60分钟，字数不少于300字）。

2.复赛作文题目由参与本次大赛的部分高校分别命制并组成题库，考试当天由北京主考区考生家长当场随机抽取一道题目；北京主赛区抽题结束，组委会连线全国其他15个考点告知考试作文题目。

3.考试结束后，由监考老师当场装订并密封试卷。

（二）作文评审

1.复赛作文评委：复赛评委由参与本次大赛的部分高校选派的英语教学专家、教师组成。

2.复赛作文评分办法：复赛结束后，全国各地的试卷汇总到北京赛区，统一阅卷评分。

3.阅卷分为A、B组，每组设一个评卷组组长，组长由著名高校的英语专家担任，组长负责把控作文的阅卷标准、阅卷进度。作文由A、B组老师各阅1遍，取平均分为考生的最终成绩。

4.如果同一份试卷，A、B组阅卷分数相差5分（不包括5分）以上，将由复审专家进行复审。

5.所有试卷阅卷老师无法看见学生的考号、姓名等个人信息。

6.作文成绩占总体复赛成绩的60%。

六、口语考试

（一）、比赛办法

1.口语试题由参与本次大赛的部分高校分别命制口语题库。

2.分赛区所有选手由组委会事先由电脑程序自动生成口语比赛顺序，选手准考证上可看到自己的进场侯考时间。

3.参加口语比赛的选手应在规定时间，在指定的考场外等待考试，按照顺序依次进场考试。

4.选手进入口语考场后，将准考证交给考场工作人员，由选手本人在考试机器上输入自己的准考证号，进入系统后，选手确认个人信息无误后，开始考试。

（二）、口语评审

1.复赛口语评委：复赛口语评委由参与本次大赛的部分高校选派的英语教学专家、教师组成。

2.全国创新英语大赛组委会对本次考试全程录音。

3.复赛口语评分办法：复赛结束后，由评委老师根据选手口语考试录音。每一个选手的录音由两个考官进行打分，取两个考官的平均分复核确定最终成绩。

4.口语考试占复赛总体成绩的20%。

（三）、口语题型

口语比赛题型分为：自我介绍和话题陈述。

各占10分。

自我介绍：考生有10秒的时间阅读考试要求，在系统提示可以陈述之后，考生有60秒的陈述时间，自我介绍内容包括：

My name is„

My number is„

I have a dream„

话题陈述：系统随机抽题，选手有30秒的准备时间，在系统提示可以陈述之后，有90秒的陈述时间。

七、评分和奖项：

1.选手复赛成绩为：20%的听力成绩+20%的口语成绩+60%的作文成绩。

2.大赛复赛获奖者均可获得参加此项大赛自主招生高校相应的自主招生等优惠条件。

3.复赛结果请于8月初登陆创新英语网（）、腾讯网、新浪网查询。

八、考场纪律要求

1.考生进入考场，只准带必需的文具，如钢笔、签字笔、铅笔、橡皮等，不可携带任何书籍、纸张、笔记本、电子词典、字典等任何作弊材料及工具。手机等通讯工具必须关闭，否则立即取消考试资格。

2.禁止家长跟随考生进入考区，家长可在考区之外等候考生。

3.笔试开考前15分钟（即8：15）之后，考生不得进入考场考试。

4.考试时间内如有特殊情况经监考同意后可暂时离开考场，但必须有监考人员陪同。除此之外，离开考室均须交卷并不得返回续考。

5.听力、作文考试时，考生答题一律用黑、蓝色钢笔或签字笔书写。考生答卷时，要先在试卷指定位置填写姓名、考号。凡姓名、考号漏填或字迹模糊不清、无法辨认的，该试卷一律作废。

6.考试结束时间一到，考生必须立即停止答卷，并将试卷背面朝上放置在课桌上。不准将试卷和分发的稿纸带走，提前交卷的考生不得在考场附近逗留、谈论。

7.考生在考试时不准偷看他人的答卷或有意让人抄袭，不准交头接耳。凡有作弊行为的考生，一律取消考试资格。

8.严禁考生作弊，如发现冒名顶替、代考等作弊现象，当即取消其参赛资格，并通知考生所在中学。

9.有下列行径者，考官可以当场取消考试资格：

（1）由他人冒名顶替考试的；

（2）扰乱考场秩序的；

（3）在试卷卷面非署名处署名或作标记对评卷人员进行提示的；

（4）不尊重监考和主考，扰乱考试，情节严重的。

阅读能力测试（1）

1、作者通过通过宾夕法尼亚大学近期的一项实验发现：人们不愿关注那种那种泛泛的信息，他们更有可能会捐钱给某一特定受害者。即人类相比于关注社会性的贫穷问题，更愿意关注个人性的贫困问题。

2、人们在面对贫穷等问题时第一反应是慷慨，但由于自己能力有限而所需捐款数额巨大，而往往觉得自己的捐款起不到什么帮助。

3、人们总是会对捐款的最终去处产生担忧，因此人们总是怀疑捐款的安全性和真实性。

4、人们的想法过于极端，会觉得捐款毫无用处或觉得捐款就可以解决一切问题或者其他。

5、人们总是只注重捐款，而不注重提高贫穷地区人们的整体素质。

6、人们总是去思考如何解决贫穷，但由于实施起来难度太大，总是不去做。

7、人们总是夸大捐款的作用，不去帮贫困地区人们提高积极性和生产力，不能从根本上解决贫穷问题。

贫穷与富有是相对的，两者有着密不可分。在我看来，未来世界将会更加“贫穷”，但最终会趋于稳定。全世界都存在贫富差距，并普遍认同意大利经济学家创立的基尼系数，并将0.4设为警戒线。我没有读过资本论，但有幸涉猎了一些经济学。如果资本家可以通过做生意赚取2000万人民币的话，他可能只需要拿出500万来给工人开工资。剩余的1500万就被资本家给剥削掉了。而这个世界上有着许许多多的资本家，也就是说这个世界的大部分财富掌握在这少部分人手中。那些贫穷的人因为教育资源的匮乏和趋于饱和的市场等问题就难以有为。而原来的那些资本家与他们的后代可以凭借先前的资本进行越来越大的“剥削”。长此以往，越来越多的财富会聚集在越来越少的人身上，而基尼系数也就会越来越大。但过大的贫富差距如果不在体制或规则上进行制约，社会必会以动荡乃至崩溃的方式来强令其调整。所以我想未来世界相比现在会再“贫穷”一些，不过终将趋于稳定。创新作文写作

Quite a few people take it for granted that telephone has taken the place of letters.Even some hold the opinion that we don't need letters anymore.On the other hand, some prefer to write rather than make a phone call.In my view, I'm in favor of the former.Of course, writing can organize one's thoughts more logically.By writing they express themselves more easily.But writing a letter takes a lot of time and sometimes it makes one so eager to receive his letter that he may get worried.Besides, it will cost us a lot of money if we want to write to a friend far from us.As we all know, as a convenient way to making a phone call gets more and more popular.The following reasons can account for my argument.First, the telephone provides us a quick way to get connected tothe person who we want to contact.A good example is that it takes us only a few minutes to call an ambulance by phone.Second, by making a call, we can listen to the speaker's voice on the line as if we are talking face to face, which, I believe, can strengthen the relationship between each other.Third, it suits the world's fast current on economy and life style.If we wrote instead of making a phone call, we would lose chances or right time to earn money or to develop our companies.Last but not least, with the development of Internet, the Internet telephone is more popular, which costs a little.All in all, I still hold the opinion that writing must be set aside(建议用make way)for making a phone call, because the former doesn't suit our fast steps at all.What we need is a much cheaper and fast way for daily life.（302）
