怎样让田径教学变得生动？请举例说明

答：田径课一直是较不受学生欢迎的教学内容，但是他又是体育课不可或缺的主要教学模块。随着社会的发展，人民经济水平的提高，导致现在的孩子体质越来越差，锻炼的机会越来越少。还有受一些新兴体育项目的影响，导致了现在学生排斥田径运动的现状，尤其的女生，随年龄的增长，高中女生的懒惰性越来越大。所以提高学生的体能，是现在体育与健康课程比较重要的任务。而想要提高学生的体能，主要靠体育与健康课上的锻炼是不够的，必须要让学生对运动产生兴趣，尤其是要让学生喜欢运动，这样才能从根本上解决问题，为学生终身体育打下基础。

在体能锻炼中，最重要的教学模块就是田径课，那么怎样才能让学生喜欢上田径课呢？

田径课之所以不受学生欢迎的最主要的问题就是，课堂内容枯燥，而且比较累。现在的学生比较喜欢刺激的、新鲜的事物，在体育项目的选择上也是一样，不喜欢的运动，就不认真的对待，而田径课堂又较枯燥，总是重复一样的练习。例如长跑课，总是重复一样的练习，今天跑多少圈，多少公里。时间长了，学生也就更加的排斥这样的课了。但是如果把长跑课的教学方法改变一下，就会有不一样的效果了。首先在课前，要给学生介绍一些，比较知名的长跑运动员，或者给学生讲一个关于马拉松的传说，这样先把学生的兴趣提起来。其次，就是教学方法上了，可以打破传统的练习方法，可以通过折返跑练习或者游戏，来增加学生对跑的兴趣，不用重复跑圈，每次折返的距离都不一样，尤其再带一点竞争性，那效果就更好了。还有可以通过场地的布置和音乐的组合，让学生增加新鲜感和节奏感。如：可以把学生分为四组，然后每组发一条长丝带（这丝带可以用没用的条幅撕成。我们学校是塑胶场地，如果是土场地或者水泥地，就用白灰或粉笔就行），然后让每组同学在规定的范围内用丝带摆出一个多边形，摆好后回到自己的组，之后教师组织每组学生，站在自己组丝带的起点处，当教师的音乐（音乐一定要选择一些节奏感强的音乐，例如：运动员进行曲等）响起后，学生按顺序由丝带起点开始，沿本组图形外沿奔跑，注意要跟上音乐的节奏，这样一组练习后，可以互换场地，每次练习都有新鲜感。再次，还可以在练习休息的空闲时间，给学生讲解一些有关于田径方面的常识，或者身体锻炼的注意事项及优点等等。这样慢慢的，我相信学生就会喜欢上田径课的。

我们如何在新课程的目标下开展田径教学？这就要求我们必须先适应新课程。课程领域目标要学生“获得和应用运动基础知识，掌握和运用运动技能”，“淡化技术”。要克服困难，认真钻研新课程，把田径各项技术教学与学生的发展与培养学生的情感、态度、价值观等结合起来，让学生学会学习，养成终身体育能力。

一、运用具有较强感染力的语言，是趣味化教学的首要基本点。

课堂教学离不开语言，积极且富有感染力、号召力的语言，能使学生学习情绪高涨、主动活跃。例如，在准备活动的节奏健身操中，采用一句广为知的“大家一起来，每天5分钟。”同样，幽默风趣的语言，也可以增强课堂教学的趣味，使学生在看似说笑打趣中进行严肃认真的思考，从中受到启迪与教育。

二、通过改变常规的教学组织形式，可以有效激发学生的兴趣。

改变组织形式，也就创造了另一种教学情境，进而激发学生学习的兴趣，使学生在最佳的情绪背景中得以锻炼。

由于学生的身体素质条件各不相同，好的学生往往总是充当领头羊，而身体素质较差的学生常为“望洋兴叹”，“成功”的乐趣对于他们来说总是那么遥远，可望不可及，有时也表现为逃避与失意的情绪。因此，在体育教学过程中，教师应根据学生的体质状况、体育基础和承受能力，采用以区别对待和鼓励手段为主，通过降低要求、标准或制定一个适宜的教学努力目标，使每个学生都会有机会体验运动的乐趣与成功的喜悦。例如，在耐久跑的教学中，我们采用“成功”体验的计时跑，距离一般为800至1000米，先确定一个主题“谁都有机会取胜”，再根据分体（或分组）学生以往的成绩平均分析，取一个相对合理的成绩中间值，作为“成功标志点”，然后开始计时跑，最后以最接近“成功标志点”的成绩来判断谁是最终的胜利者，并及时给予表扬与鼓励。这样，就使似乎简单枯燥的耐久跑教学练习变成有趣的活动，既调动“差”生练习的积极性，又培养了“好”生的速度感。

四、根据不同年段学生的心理特点与课的内容、教学目标，采用教学比赛式游戏，能够很好地激发学生积极参与的兴趣与热情。

激发学生学习兴趣是教师主导作用的表现，学生学习兴趣高涨是学生主体作用的表现。例如，短跑的途中跑教学，我们采用接力跑比赛的游戏形式来开展教学，通过“三要领体验式比赛”的四个步骤进行教学比赛。首先，进行双手兹有后屈接力跑比赛，比赛结束后教师再讲解手臂摆动的作用及正确的摆臂技术；其次，进行直腿接力跑比赛，完成比赛后，教师再讲解屈膝折叠大小腿在跑步时的作用及正确的折叠送髋技术；再次，进行必须用后脚跟先着地的接力跑比赛，结束比赛后，教师再讲解快速跑时的脚着地要领及作用；最后，进行完整技术体验的接力跑比赛，比赛后教师再次小结短跑的途中跑的技术要领。这样，既调动了学生的练习积极性，巩固教学成果，又活跃了课堂气氛，使学生体验了运动的乐趣。

体育教学的任何途径都要作用于学生的情感。在田径趣味性的教学过程中，教师应从学生学习的兴趣情感着手，利用情感的调节作用和动力作用，通过教学方法与手段的优化创新来调动和日夜发学生的非智力因素，以帮助学生达到最佳的学习心理状态，并在学习与锻炼的过程，使学生充分体验运动的“快乐”。最终使学生在锻炼中获得快乐，在快乐中取得进步，进而有力地促进学生身心健康的全面发展。
