小升初英语学困生辅导计划
小升初前期的授课内容围绕以下三个方面展开:(1)复习课文中的重要单词,词汇及句子的用法,主要是跟着学校老师的进度查漏补缺,进行了巩固和强化。(2)重要语法知识点的学习,系统复习了课文经常出现的语法知识点。包括:一般将来时的用法;人称代词和物主代词的用法;一般疑问句的用法;助动词人称和数的变化;各种疑问词的用法总结等。
一些认真、勤奋的孩子,书本知识学得比较扎实,辅导时也很专心和投入。如果对单词、课文掌握得比较牢固,对学过的语法知识也应该大体可以运用。普遍的不足之处在于:(1)知识的广度和深度不够,例如词汇量仅限于PEP教材,小升初考试中是不够的需要扩充词汇量;(2)知识的综合运用能力欠缺,如句型转换一直是难点,还没有突破。(3)对很多语法规则存在模棱两可的问题,做题时容易混淆。
小升初前的最后一个学期是系统梳理知识要点、进行复习的关键时期,可以帮助孩子夯实基础,强化训练应试技巧,提升整体的英语水平,从而在小升初考试中做到胸有成竹。以下是针对毕业生的辅导计划:

家长如何辅导小升初孩子学英语
笔者作为培训学校的教师,职业习惯使然,爱观察爱思考,故总结把自己课堂上一些有益孩子进步的事情拿来分享!
小六班上有两大特点:
1、孩子、家长数目基本相当。
2、家长学得比孩子认真!其中,令我难忘的是,家长们往往在课上或课下对孩子进行二次辅导,原因的也很简单---自己孩子还不会学,看到孩子手忙口乱,看在眼里急在心中,加之不少家长英文水平较高,便越俎代疱,直接上阵。可是,这种做法是否可取呢?
经过多年教学实践及思考,笔者总结三点:
1、孩子需要自主学习!学习是孩子的任务,应该独立完成,有问题及时请教老师!家长最好起后勤支援作用,即使完全能教孩子,也面临着耐心、专业等诸多实际困难,且可以成倍增加孩子依赖心理,郑渊洁式的育子成功案例少之又少!
2、孩子需要培养习惯!家长帮孩子养成好习惯,如授人以渔,影响深远。上课认真听课,学会记笔记;下课及时复习,能够独立思考。好习惯既能提高成绩,又能培训性格,何乐而不为?
3、家长需要培养耐心!这种现象常见于父母毕业于顶极名校,想想自己学生时代那也是威风八面,自己的后代怎么这么差,面子住哪里搁啊!其实,我们想想看,小六英语的内容相当于家长们初高中的水平,孩子们年纪小,接受、理解能力毕竟有限,特别是英语,是个慢功夫的学科,所以还是那句老话”欲速则不达“!这方面不乏成功例证:笔者班上的小六学生,09年暑期班刚来时,基础薄弱、听不懂课、不敢发言,家长很是担心,也起了退课的念头。我便告诉家长,孩子的现状不是现在造成的,现在不追,初一处境同样被动。家长听后,估计也是半信半疑,但一直跟着我学过一年四期课,功会不负有心人,孩子进了RDF。
当然孩子各自情况不同,需要具体问题具体分析。
不过,仍希望以上三点对10年新小六学生家长有所启发,我就已满意足啦!
