二.发言稿的写作技巧与方法指导
发言稿是生活中一种常见的应用文体，是参加会议的人为了在会议上表达自己的意见、看法、进行思想汇报或工作情况汇报而事先准备好的文稿。英文开幕词、闭幕词、欢迎词、欢送词、告别格式词和演讲稿是正式社交场合最常见的发言稿。（1）格式;
发言稿一般由称呼语、正文和结束语三部分组成。发言稿的开头和结尾一般有固定的格式。例如：

发言稿写作指导

目的：
1、让学生学会写发言稿，体会发言稿在生活中的作用。
2、继续引导学生练习把自己的意思表达具体清楚，把句子写通顺。
准备：情境录像、课件。
教学过程：
一、了解“发言稿”。
1、今天我们学习写发言稿，其实我们平时经常接触到发言稿，例如，每星期的国旗下讲话，开学典礼上校长发言，新生入队时新生代表的发言等等。
2、怎样才能写好发言稿呢？
（1）根据不同场合的不同要求，切合具体的需要、具体的情境。
（2）明确发言的目的。
例如：班里要改选班干部，你打算竞选生活委员，在这个场合发言，你的主要目的是希望通过你的发言，得到大家的认可、支持，让大家主动投你的票；又如“六一”联欢会上，要你代表全班同学作个简短的发言，在这个场合发言，其主要目的是代表大家祝贺同学们节日快乐，在发言稿中要尽量表达出自己祝福之情，要使同学们从你的发言中受到情绪的感染。
（3）写清发言的内容。即你要让听者从你的发言中知道什么，受到怎样的情感感染。
在我们明确发言的目的之后，要把发言的内容认真地考虑清楚。如，竞选的发言稿，一要讲清楚为什么竞选这个岗位，即可以是因为自己喜欢这个岗位，也可以是想通过这个岗位锻炼自己的能力；二是讲清楚在担任这个岗位上自己拥有的优势，如竞选文艺班委，可以讲自己从小就在文艺上具有天分，并且一直在坚持学习钢琴、舞蹈，钢琴技能已达到国家六级；三是讲清楚竞选成功后该怎样为同学服务，即写清楚自己的打算，具体的做法。又如要写在联欢会上的发言，则要在发言稿中写参加联欢会的心情和感受，希望联欢会给大家带来快乐和幸福，并预祝联欢会取得成功。所写的语言要热情洋溢，表达出欢乐的心情和向上的情绪。
3、这次我们要写慰问生病老师的发言稿。让我们来看看事情的来龙去脉吧。
二、创设情境，引导写作。
1、情景一后，联系我们这个班的实际情况，你们猜会出现什么状况？
师：就像你们所说的，的确出现了一些不好的现象，请看情景二。
2、情景二后，遇到这种情况，我们也要像他们那样劝他，帮助他。再看情景三。
3、情景三中，除了这样的劝说，你遇到扫地不认真的同学，还会怎么劝告。
4、情景四中，结合自己的实际，回忆往事，有没有老师关心你、教导你的事？互相交流。情景四后，我们来看看班干部们是怎么说的。
5、课件——情景五：在这近一个月里，同学们团结一致，互相帮助，共同进步，维护良好的班风。课件：老师生病住院了，而你被同学们选为代表探望老师，请你写一个发言稿。
6、看了情景，你知道这份发言稿的对像是谁？发言的目的是什么？我们应该写什么内容呢？（随机板书）
（1）师指导：先慰问老师的身体状况，以示关心。
（2）师指导：我们可以根据自己班的实际情况，想象当班主任休假期间的近一个月里，同学们的学习、纪律情况是怎么样的，平时老师特别关注的那几个同学的情况，还可以写一写发生了哪些大事，例如班里搞了什么活动，谁获奖了，等等，由于老师是病着的，可以多选高兴的事情写，让老师开心。
（3）师指导：接着你还可以回顾往事，感谢老师的恩情，表达相念之情。
（4）师指导：最后表达同学们对老师的祝福，祝愿老师早日康复。
7、在写的时候，我们也要注意格式。（板书格式）
8、生写作。
