本学期据学校安排我任教的是高一英语、高二计算机班的计算机英语,一学期的工作眨眼就结束了,为了总结自己的得与失,现将本学期的工作总结如下:

一、学校制度执行情况

平时积极参加全校教职工、职高部会议,认真学习会议精神,关心国内外大事,注重政治理论的学习。配合本组里搞好教研活动。每周按时参加升旗仪式和例会,并且认真做好笔记,从不缺勤。工作上服从安排,人际关系融洽。

二、教育教学情况

1、潜心钻研,认真备课。

我们高一的学生特别是酒店班、生物班的大部分学生英语基础依然非常薄弱,甚至完全失去了学习英语的兴趣与信心,所以在备课的时候我尽量利用各种资料、多媒体、游戏、情景模拟、歌曲等让课堂形式多样,能够吸引学生的眼球,让那些听不懂的学生参与到课堂中来,在我的努力钻研下取得了一定的效果。同时对课本相关的而学生感兴趣的背景知识也适当的拓展开来,比如讲到unit7 Can I speak to WangYang这个单元是有关于运动类的,阅读部分又提到了奥运志愿者,所以我让学生分组分任务去查找关于奥运会历史、北京奥运会、伦敦奥运会等的资料,整合之后报告给全班同学,一来所有学生都参与进来了,二来增长同学们的知识储备。

高二的学生普遍学习态度很好而且有一定的英语基础,老师布置的任务都会尽可能的去完成,所以我对他们严格要求,结合课本特点(生词特别多),同学生探讨学习的方法,特别是记忆单词的方法。

2、以生为本,微笑上课。每节课我都要求我自己微笑上课,这样可以更有亲和力,给学生自信,也更好的互动交流;同时自己的心情也不会坏,保持头脑清醒、有条理,也能提高教学效率。

3、虚心学习,坚持听课,特别是坚持听吴芳老师的课,向她学习探讨教学的方法方式,努力探索适合自己的教学模式。同时,也不断参与初中部的公开课、示范课的听课、评课,认真总结经验,取长补短,努力提高自己的业务水平。

三、自身学习情况

为了提高自己的素质和业务水平,我不断给自己“充电”。

一方面,借助网络的资源,每天坚持进入“沪江英语”网站阅读一些文章,参与一些学习节目,学习到很多新单词、新知识,并且能够获取很多新信息。另一方面,积极参加学校组织的培训,积极去初中部听公开课、示范课,并认真记笔记写体会,向优秀的老师借鉴好的经验。

注重基础,测试的题型坚持依据于课本,重点考察学生的基础知识和运用语言的能力,试卷的难度中等。

二、试卷的分析

学生卷面比较整洁,学生对单词和句型的掌握运用情况比较扎实。学生能够严格按照要求答题,无错答题和漏题的情况。

听力部分:

听力部分共有6大题,占整个卷面分数的50%。

I、第1题为听音选单词。主要是考察学生对各单元单词的记忆和辨别情况,学生的正确率比较高,极个别学生因粗心而丢分。比如,第10题个别学生对单词twelve,twenty搞混,大意地将它选错。

2、第2题,听音排序。考察学生对单元let’s do的熟悉程度,这道题的正确率也不错,学生失分的不多。

3、第3题,听一听,选出听到的句子。主要是考察学生的单词和句子的认读情况。这道题的得分率较高。

3、第3题,选答句。此题的目的还是考察学生对情景句的运用能力。平时读的很多,也练了很多,所以做的也还可以。

二、改进措施

2、词汇和句子的认读仍是学习英语的关键,加大力度辅助学生认读和书写课文。

3、加强与家长的沟通。绝对不能松懈学生对课文单词和句子的认读书写背默任务。这就需要同家长配合好对学生课后朗读的严格监督,教师抓好检查工作,家长做好监督工作。这一点非常重要。

4、关注弱势群体,组成帮扶小组。帮助他们形成良好的学习习惯,增加他们学习的自信心,使他们尽快把成绩搞上来。

2)通过阅读了解不同人的不同爱好,从而让学生处理好孩子的兴趣爱好与学习的关系。确立教学目标的依据: 根据英语教学大纲规定及本课在教材中的地位和作用,通过听, 说, 读, 写的训练, 使学生掌握英语交际会话, 激发学生学习兴趣打下基础.此外, 我国现阶段英语教学的素质教育包括思想素质教育, 目标语素质教育, 潜在外语能力的培养, 非智力因素四个方面的培养。对职业高中学生来说, 更强调知识的实用性与社会的接轨。在教学目标的设定中,还要考虑学生学习的可操作性及其精神的陶冶。

三、教学重难点

1. 教学重点通过谈论爱好训练学生的听、说、读、写能力,表达兴趣爱好以及对兴趣爱好的评析。

1)能够用英语口头描述自己的爱好及他人的爱好,并且用英语写出来。

2)教育过程中注意德育因素的渗透,让技能训练和德育培养共同实施。

确立教学重点和难点的依据: 首先必须要在学生掌握基本词汇及语法的基础上, 才能达到全面的教学目标的实现。根据现阶段英语素质教育的要求, 及本单元对话在教材中所处的地位和作用。同时根据中职学生的特点, 强调知识的实践性, 社会的实用性, 让学生能够学以致用。

四.教学策略选择与设计及学法指导

1、采用任务型教学,创设真实的情境:对教材进行整和,以贴近学生生活的情境贯穿课堂每一个教学环节。

2.教学过程中创设真实的任务:面向全体学生,为学生提供展示自己的机会。使学生成为整个过程的中心。

3、根据学生的兴趣爱好设计活动,让学生在用英语解决问题的同时锻炼自己的口语交际能力。

4、注重形成性评价,为学生“可持续学习”奠定基础,让学生拥有成就感。

教学与活动策略:

本课在教学策略上主要采用交际法,情境教学法和任务型教学法等几种教学手段。在活动策略上主要采用自主学习策略和小组活动策略两种方法。关键是让学生如何有效的跟随真实的语言情境一步一步的完成各个环节的教学任务。

1.说教法: 根据职高生以及职高英语教学的特点,采用逐步降低难度,由易到难,循序渐进的方式,展开以学生为主体,教师为导向的教学双边活动。

在整个教学中,结合教材内容,我使用了任务型教学教学方法,让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、自编和展示等活动方式,感受成功,总结所学。根据教学内容和课堂教学形象化、艺术化和交际化的理念,巩固词汇与句型,并用形象化的语言和动作充分体现语言的表演艺术,激发学生学习的兴趣,引导学生表演、竞争、总结所学语言。在重难点环节中,运用视听法,情景交际法,使难点知识有声有色;在操练运用环节中为学生提供真实的语境,使学生的交流更真实、更形象化、具体化、活动化,使所学语言知识得到升华,运用语言的能力的到提高。在最后的作业环节中布置写爱好的信,以此总结巩固本节课所学。同时,在教学过程中,多角度的对学生评价,从而使学生在快乐中运用英语,在快乐中体悟语言,在竞争与合作中体验集体的凝聚力。

2.说学法:

首先,让学生在融洽的气氛中,用热情和爱心感染他们,激励他们,用丰富的评价方式鼓励他们。在这种学习氛围中,学生创造性的学习,变被动学习为主动学习。

其次,学生在竞赛、表演等师生互动中能合作学习,充分体现了同学们自主学习的能力。在小组活动环节中优生能带动学困生进行合作交流。通过感知、体验,实践、参与和合作的方式,让学生在愉快的氛围中学习。在合作交流有目的的学习过程中,“不求人人成功,但求人人参与”。

最后,优美的、丰富的评价语言与有效地竞赛,给学生美的感受、也激发了学习兴趣与语言实践的热情。学生在最后的活动中能正确、自如运用所学语言进行交流。在此活动中每个学生都展示了自我、发现了自我,找到了自信!

五..教学手段

主要体现现代化教学手段, 以多媒体辅助教学, 增强了课堂的直观性和趣味性, 加大了课堂的容量,也提高了教学的效果。

六.教学程序

总教学思路:创设问题情景----教学展示目标-----教学目标导学-----语言交流实践-----纠正反馈-----课堂总结

1启发诱导,创设问题情景(warming up)5分钟(复习谈论自己的爱好。教师再抽一列的学生进行链式对话。)

为了激发学生的学习兴趣, 引起注意,拉近师生的距离, 这节课展示出:不同的学生有不同的爱好。大部分同学都有对自己有益的爱好,如:collecting stamps,dancing,swimming,riding bicycles,flying kites等等这些爱好能拓展我们的视野、增长我们的见识。其实在学习之余,我们可以做更多有意义的事情。如: Reading books,Plantingflowers,Doing houseworks,Helping mother,„等。从中陶冶情操并感受帮助别人的快乐。

设计意图:本人将对话前的热身部分扩展开来,然后创设问题情景, 调动学生积极性, 多开口, 培养学生主动探究知识的能力, 形成一种开放, 探究,平等和合作的一种教学氛围。将学生导入篇章学习,激发学生对篇章的喜爱,同时对不同的兴趣爱好作简单评述,将生词教学放入适当语境之中,训练学生对生词的猜测技能,也为后续的篇章教学扫除词汇障碍。2设疑激趣, 展示教学目标(lead-in)8分钟

本部分是此堂课的重点之一, 教师根据看图说话设疑激趣, 此时展示图片, 从而达到教学目的。

设计意图: 引入本课的第一部分,和有关兴趣,爱好有关的练习。通过提问,了解学生的兴趣和爱好,既能提高学生求学的兴趣,同时拓展到其他人的爱好,并引出相对应的词组,为下一步的学习作好准备。

3目标导学, 利用视听, 掌握新知.(brief introduction)15分钟

提出问题,让学生带着问题听段落,对段落内容有初步的了解。此部分是本课的难点,因此本人要着重讲解Reading A第一段落。先展示这些重难点句型,让学生掌握。再通录音让学生了解Reading A的大意,充分掌握重难点知识,以至熟练运用。

I.Listen to the text and answer the two questions

【设计意图】:通过top-down式的阅读,让学生对全文有一总体印象,并注意培养学生在阅读过程中掌握浏览、跳读等阅读技巧。

II.Scanning and skimming:

1).Ask the students to read loudly by themselves 2).Ask and answer in groups

3).Finish the exercises.4).Check the answers with the whole class.【设计意图】:学生打开书,通过学生自己读和两人一组,相互问答,加深段落的理解,并且在朗读的过程中深化本课句型,学会相互配合,相互合作。使每一名学生都有参与的机会。通过小组展示,检查优异。小组活动后,根据内容,完成练习题,第二次阅读篇章,旨在使学生掌握篇章的细节信息,并通过练习题来检查学生对篇章的初步理解程度。

III.复述Reading A第一段落。【设计意图】通过对课文内容的复述,进一步对课文内容和语言点的巩固,并使语言点的运用落实在篇章之中,使运用更具意义。语言交流实践, 纠正反馈(practice)8分钟

学生在掌握以上句型后,教师在课堂上根据今天所学的主题搞一个调查活动,再以汇报的形式在课堂上展示出来, 从而检测学生的学习情况, 反馈教学目标.学生可以多人一组, 分别担任采访人,同时在表演过程中引入竞争机制, 拟订一个评分细则,选出表现较好的同学.这样能让全班同学参与其中, 又能让学生发现自己的不足和其他同学的优点。学生自由组合成3~5人小组,围坐一圈,相互提问,并把答案记录在表格中。

评分细则: 语言规范,表达正确5分 生动,流畅,逻辑性强3分 自然大方,有新意2分

【设计意图】:通过小组活动,完成这一任务,利用教材资源,就学生真实的情况开展讨论,对兴趣爱好作再认识,提高语言运用的真实性,也为完成模块任务作好铺垫。让学生运用有关“兴趣爱好”句型,在用中巩固。非单调地反复,而是有意义地使用,体现“做中学”的理念。通过让学生口头报告自已好友这一活动,让学生产生有意义的输出,并使语言的运用最终落实于篇章之中。

5课堂总结2分钟

【设计意图】:在进行了训练之后,学生要能够明确地知道今天所学的重点是什么,除了有思想教育的感情目标,也有知识目标,这是本课的一个主线。

6作业布置2分钟(1)Recite the new words and sentences and Reading Awe learned today.(2)Write a letter to your English teacher about your hobbies.(3)Let students preview the rest of Reading A,课堂总体评价和思考以上教学过程设计, 严格按照现阶段我国英语素质教育要求,强调课程从学生的学习兴趣, 生活经验和认知水平出发, 倡导体验, 实践, 参与, 合作和交流的学习方式和任务型教学途径, 发展学生的综合语言运用能力, 使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度, 主动思维和大胆实践, 自主学习能力的过程。整个过程, 我们遵循开放, 探究,平等和合作的教学理念, 从创设情景问题, 讲授新知到反馈练习, 全课总结,能作到息息相同,环环相扣,特别是新授过程, 包括了“新授,练习, 再新授, 再练习”等多个环节, 能有效的调动学生思考, 表达, 既重视知识的形成过程, 也注重了学生的思维发展过程。通过我和学生的共同努力配合, 这堂课一定能实现我所确定的教学目标, 并突破教学重难点。
