2013 2nd International Conference on Wireless Networks and Information Systems(ICWNIS 2013)will be held on January 15-16, 2013, Taipei, Taiwan.All accepted papers will be published by Advances Science Letters(ISSN: 1936-6612)– American Scientific Publishers Which will be indexed by SCI.You are invited to submit papers in all areas of wireless communications, networks, mobile computing and applications and information systems.为了提高学术交流的质量，所有投稿论文必须经过严格评审。录用后，论文（约150篇）将全部发表在SCI期刊，指标有限，征完即止。出版时间为组委会提交至期刊社5-6个月左右(具体时间由出版社决定），送检由期刊社负责。

本次大会仅接收该领域最新成果，拒绝低水平重复、无创新、已发表、一稿多投的论文，中文已发表论文需要扩充30%以上的研究内容。一经发现作者学术不端行为，大会将其列入黑名单，并将视情况通知其所在单位和相关出版机构。
