众所周知,教学管理是学校的中心工作。如何使教学工作与时俱进,推陈出新?新课程改革是势在必行的。在教改的春风中,县教育局、学校带领广大教师认真学习洋思学校和杜朗口学校的先进教学理念和经验。我们结合新课程改革精神,在教学管理上引入了精细化日清管理理念,形成了我校自我完善和持续发展的日清管理机制,促进了学校教学常规的落实和教学质量的提高。特别是日清、周清工作的有序开展,更成为新课程改革中一片绚丽的色彩。下面将我校的日清周清工作做以总结。

一、“清”的观念要明确

观念的转变是改革的前提。老子曾说过:“天下难事,必做于易;天下大事,必做与细。”我校有计划有步骤地重点培育全体教职工精细化日清管理意识,再由教师培养学生的日清管理意识,都要树立一种理念,即日事日毕、日清日高。相应的则有周学周毕,周清周高。对于教师,首先是抓好校内培训,通过反复宣传、查找问题、理清思路、交流经验来加强对教师精细化日清管理意识的培养。其次是加强学习,鼓励教师借助网络、报刊等手段不断学习内化。对于学生则明确目标、让学生思想重视。我们给学生进行了系统的思想教育,使学生高度重视,端正学习态度。让学生在心里认识到:不学习不行,学习不好不行、学习不进步不行,学习不达标不行。创设一种浓厚的学习氛围,为四清落实扫清障碍。

二、“清”的准备要充分

1、“清”的内容的准备。“清”的知识一定要是重点,要求学生必会的。教师要把握准,必须更加细致地备课,对每一处知识都要做到全面了解,明确重难点。如何让学生将你准确确定的知识重点听懂、理解、记住呢?教师们在教法学法上多研究探索。也就要求加大教研力度,尤其要发挥年级集体备课的作用,让每一位教师都准确把握教材,心里明确:哪些地方学生可以自己学会,哪些地方可以通过学生合作交流突破,哪些地方应该提示学生在自学时留心,还有哪些地方有困难,教师应该如何用简短语言引导点拨,让学生自学收到预期效果。这样,就确保了:学生自学充分、学习效果显著、教师主导地位明确、检测反馈时间充足。

只有这样,每天的日清工作才能有序进行:课堂上重点突出并透彻地讲解、教师对日清任务的布置、“师带兵”“兵教兵”直至清完。

也只有日清工作进行得顺利,周清工作才能出色完成。因为周清是对一周内所学知识的检测,也是对一周日清工作的验收。所以,教师要对一周的日清工作做到胸中有数,特别是清时有困难的周清时要必考。

2、“清”的其它工作,如每次“清”的试卷、黑板或题签,再如,“清”前的拉单桌都千万不要在清前仓皇准备,一定要提前准备,使日清周清工作有序进行。同时,教师还以督促学生提前做好“清”的充分准备,如复习要充分、工具要齐全等。

三、“清”的形式常规化 “日清”主要体现在数学、语文、英语三科,其它学科教师如果有任务要完成,也可以布置“日清”内容。根据任务的确定,授课当天利用一切可利用的时间由学科教师清各学习小组(主要根据数学、语文、英语三科的互帮互助原则,组成的4—6人的小组)的组长,组长再清本组内学习较好的同学,已清的同学与组长共同清组内其他同学。总而言之,已被清完的同学都可以成为清的执行者,他也有了再巩固的机会。对于实在有困难的学生,要由组长负责第二日清完。

“周清”语文和数学借助周测反馈,教师将一周所学汇总一周以来日清的情况,出一套周清试题,侧重于基础性。学生答题时必须用铅笔完成,以备答错的再清时可擦掉直接清;英语以清单词短语和《英语辅导报》为主要内容,单词短语板示在小黑板上,学生将题抄在《英语辅导报》的空白处后,再完成测试内容。每周五下午数语外三科每科40分钟,测完后,就周清试题辅导讲解,学生都理解后,引导他们再清,直至全会为止(学习有困难的酌情处理)。

“清”的内容和形式确定后,学生的复习和答题准备都形成定式,自然会做好充分的准备,学习效率大大提高。

四、“清”的督促多样化

教师和学生是日清工作的重心,要做到“日清”“周清”,单凭说教、宣传是不行的,看似轰轰烈烈,实则苍白无力,必须抓住班级这个切入点,实行重心下移,充分发挥班级的核心作用,不求大而全,只求小而实,做到日清制度化,操作数据化,目标激励化,落到实处,才能真正起到清的作用。考虑到这一点,我校领导首先想到,企业间没有竞争就无法生存,人之间没有竞争就不会有进步,班级之间没有竞争,就没有生机与活力。竞争产生压力、压力产生动力。基于此,从去年开始,决定在班级管理中引入日清模式的竞争机制,盯住一个“赛”字抓住班级学习成绩周清,以“合作互助小组”为基本竞赛单位,以“周周争红旗”为竞赛展示阵地,开展班内对手赛班级擂台赛通过引入竞争机制,创建可行的运行机制,让人人参与,激活每一个学生,每一个班级,每一个年级,最终使学校日清日高蒸蒸日上,达到人人有人清,事事有人清,时时有人清。

五、再清工作的灵活性

对于日清、周清有困难的学生,也就是不过关的学生,分学科,以学习小组为单位,优差生合理编排,给学生指定帮扶对象,明确帮扶要求。学生间都建立了一对一的帮辅对子,优等生可以利用课上、课下一切可利用的时间,对未“清”的学生再进行二次或三次清,直到清完为止。同时,任课教师也特别关注学困生,无论是从思想上,还是从学习上,都多与之沟通重视学生间帮扶。在这一环节的进行中,调动了学生学习的积极性,让优秀的学生在不断的讲解中提高,让后进生在同学的帮助下进步。同时对于优秀学生培养,还要从良好习惯养成抓起。“每天进步一点点。”让其找回自信,在自己的起点上不断进步。现在我校以形成良好的学困生转化态势,日清、周清成为一个既定的目标,已内化为一种学习习惯,学生学习自觉主动,“清”

周清工作阶段总结

周清工作已开展两周,各位任课教师工作积极主动,从选题、设计考案、考试到评卷、讲评、二清,所有管理工作井然有序。学生高度重视周清工作,学习热情得到有效调动。周清工作是一种管理文化:

一 强化四种意识。强化双基意识,做好选题和试卷的设计工作。提倡“低起点、小刻度”科学合理设计考案。立足本周,宁浅勿深。强化科研意识。做好考案的校本化研究。试卷构成,试题来源,导学功能,反思功能等都应列入考虑之内。强化务本意识。做好一清把关和跟踪辅导工作。抓好能够调动学生学习积极性的所胡细节。强化服务意识。做好周清制度下的学习方法的指导工作。说到底,周清工作是一种服务。

二 考案研究的相关思考。改变“考”的冷面孔。周清不能打破师生的和谐关系,否则与现代教育导向大相径庭。教师是学生学习活动的组织者,是学生学习生活的领路人。所以考案中应增设激励性提示语,让学生在教师温情的期待中完成本周学习任务的检测。“开放作业”设计如何考虑选取进周清试卷?这是科研工作与周清工作的结合点。学生在周清测试中角色的转变研究。考与被考永远是一种矛盾,学生始终处于被考的被动地位,他们的学习积极性不可能和到最大限度的调动。可以考虑让学生试着把开放作业和整理的习题转化加工为考案。激励学生自主设计考案,设计过程即学习,设计过程即创造。以前我们很多学科的归纳型开放作业,为此打下了很好的基础。考案学案化。考案若能引导学生学习探索归纳总结,那么这样的学案就有了很好的导学功能。洋思的“先考后教械式就有这样的风格。考案的反思栏设计。“考”不是学习活动的终结,更应该成为学习活动的延伸和升华。指导学生完成高质量的阶段总结。6 作业质量的严格管理。堂堂清是周清可行性的大前提。加强作业质量的管理是教学常规管理工作之一,更是周清工作对教学工作提出的客观要求。
