我有个非常好的朋友叫潘梅思远，他长着圆圆的脑袋，白净的脸上嵌着一双闪闪发亮的眼睛。他特别喜欢笑，每次一有开心的事情，就露出一口洁白的牙齿。

潘梅思远不但性格非常开朗，也爱帮助人，不管谁遇到了困难，他都会主动去帮助，所以大家都非常喜欢他。我俩的关系尤其好，经常在一起玩，可以说是形影不离、亲密无间。

记得一次体育课上，老师让我们练长跑。我从小体弱多病，所以没跑多远就腿脚发软，又不小心踩到了一粒石子儿，结果摔了一跤，还扭伤了脚。我痛得眼泪当场流了下来。潘梅思远看见了，连忙跑过来，扶着我到操场旁边的紫藤架下休息，还从口袋里拿出一张餐巾纸，帮我擦掉眼泪，还像个小大人似的安慰我说：“别哭了，休息一下就好了。”听了他的话，我的脚仿佛好了很多。我感激地对他说：“谢谢你！潘梅思远。你去玩吧，我已经不太痛了。”可是他依然坐在我的旁边，还说：“我也有点累了，就让我在这里陪陪你吧。”顿时，一股暖流涌上我的心头„„

平日里，潘梅思远对我就像自己的亲兄弟，处处照顾着我，于是，我也就特别希望能有机会报答他。机会终于来了！

有一次，潘梅思远忘记带铅笔盒，没办法写作业了。我看见他着急的样子，对他说：“潘梅思远，我带了好几支水笔了，借给你一支。”潘梅思远连忙说：“谢谢你！你真是我的救星呀。”我说：“谁叫咱们是好朋友，好朋友就是要互相帮助的呀。” 他听了，马上露出一口洁白的牙齿，笑了„„看着他那灿烂的笑容，我暗自庆幸有这样的好朋友。
