Part1: 工作动机、个人愿望

1、问题:请给我们谈谈你自己的一些情况

点评:企业以此来判断是否应该聘用你。通过你的谈论,可以看出你想的是如何为公司效力还是那些会影响工作的个人问题。当然,还可以知道你的一些背景。

2、问题:你是哪年出生的?你是哪所大学毕业的?等等

点评:这类问题至为关键的是要针对每个问题简洁明了的回答,不可拖泥带水,也 不必再加什么说明。完全不必再画蛇添足的说“我属X,今年XX岁”之类的话。至于专业等或许主考官接下来的问题就是针对此而言的,故而不必迫不及待和盘托出。

9、问题:你对我们公司有多少了解?

点评:此问是为了了解应聘者自我管理能力、自我调节、自我完善的能力。

3、问题:请谈谈你的优点。

点评:以上回答要有具体实例来证明你的说法。优点除了你的工作技能、具有的各类证书和实践经验外,主试者要想听的优点不见得是你最突出的优点,而应该是和你应聘的那份工作相关的优点,从中找出雇佣你的理由,同时可以知道你对自己的了解程度,看看你对自己有没有自信,以及你到底适合不适合这份工作。因此,你要精确地描述,不可泛泛说些无意义的话,例如,适应力强,具有幽默感,合群等等。

1、问题:你有能力胜任应聘的职位吗?

点评:掌握好谦虚的度,实在是一个大有学问的问题。中国的传统教育总是教导人们处事要谦虚,这方面的古训很多,“满招损,谦受益”;久而久之。一方面想出人头地,一方面又

自觉不自觉的受这种思想的左右,不敢大胆的发表自己的意见,礼让过头,贬低自己。这种虚伪的过谦,特别在应聘外企中很不合时宜。往往弊大于利,适得其反。作为一个企业,理所当然的选择自信敬业的人。

一、在读单词的时,许多小学生发音不准确,发音不到位,容易吞音、拖音,这样会影响听力以及在语音题是一个障碍,容易把双元音与单元音混淆,长短音发得不够到位。

建议:小学生模仿发音,老师在教语音的时候,要把发音规则说得清楚,学生多听多说,养成良好的发音习惯。

二、小学生对单词熟记程度不高,有时候记单词今天记住了,明天就忘记了,有些小学生说记单词或许不断读,没有方法去记,很容易忘记了。

建议:对于记单词,要有一套方法,记单词要边读边写,根据音标来记单词,同时也要中文意思,有利于理解,或者通过唱歌方式把单词记住,这样牢记单词。

三、有不少小学生反映语法题比较难,时态、语态、从句以及其他语法知识点,在运用的过程很容易混淆,不知道如何分析句子,未能灵活运用。

建议:首先要分析句子结构,主谓宾是什么,词性是什么,动词变形,反义疑问句使用等这些知识点归纳。

四、怎样让学生对英语感兴趣,我们知道兴趣是最好的老师,让学生知道学什么,如何学,学得怎样?

建议:我们可以通过让学生看一些在学习英语这方面有点成就,让他们觉得学习英语有意思,主动学习,我们不能给孩子过大压力,了解学生个性和优势。

五、不能过重以分数评价一个学生的好坏,这对学生的心理造成很大影响,学生的分数只能代表学生在某一段学习的情况,不能作为评价标准。

建议:我们应该公平对待,一视同仁,每个人都有自己闪亮点,让学生自信心增加。
