——忠诚教育演讲稿

有人说教师是人类灵魂的工程师。的确，我们教师在任何时候都不能忘记，自己肩负着培养和塑造祖国新一代的神圣使命。而这是教师的基本职能和教师职业的根本任务，它必需通过我们的言传身教来实现。伟大的人民教育家陶行知对此概括得恰到好处：“教育就是教人做好人，教人做好国民。”教育是爱的共鸣，是心和心的呼应，它表现了教师对祖国、对人民、对党的忠诚，也体现了教师的人格和应承担的社会责任。热爱学生是教师的天职，它蕴藏了教师对自己所从事的神圣事业的执着追求，教师崇高的事业和宽广的胸怀。因此，热爱学生不仅是教育工作的需要，也是现代教师风貌的一个体现，更是发扬中华民族传统道德的需要。对学生的爱，既是敬业精神的核心，又是教师的高尚品德，教师只有具备了爱岗敬业精神，才能热爱学生，言传身教，无私奉献，为祖国培养更多的“四有新人”。

正是基于对教育事业的热爱、追求，在十多年的教师生涯中，我一直秉着“热爱学生，热爱本职工作”的原则，辛勤耕耘，默默奉献。

1994年秋，我有幸被聘任为一名小学代课教师，从此便与教育结下了不解之缘。每当看到一群群天真活泼的小孩子，一种强烈的责任感便从心底油然而生，我很快爱上了这份“太阳底下最光辉的职业”。我从事教书育人的工作，至今已有十五个春秋。至今我仍然记得我的那些可爱的学生以及他们幼稚背后的温暖。当我站在讲台上，从孩子们的眼睛里，我看出了他们对我的尊重，看出了他们对知识的渴望。

虽经几经周折，但仍没改变我当好一名优秀人民教师的决心，代课教师一干就是十一年。这期间，我教过语文、数学、科学，无论何时，不管学校安排我教什么，我都愿意，不懂就学，一旦接受任务，我下定决心一定要干好，并且为之而拼搏、进取。正是这样一股劲，在不同科目的教学中，我都取得了优秀的成绩，因此受到领导和同事的一致好评。代课期间我被推举并评为优秀教师，这就是对我的工作最好的肯定和鼓励！我当老师的信念也更加坚定了！2005年，我的愿望终于实现了——正式成为一名光荣的人民教师！我心头多年的期望终于实现了，献身教育的劲头也更足了。

时间如白驹过隙，转眼我从事教育工作已经十五年了。这十五年的教学经验告诉我：爱岗敬业，既是教师为人民服务的宗旨，具有高度政治责任感和职业责任感的具体而集中的体现，也是实现教师自身价值、追求人生幸福的最现实最可靠的途径。马克思在青年时代就说过：“在选择职业时，我们应当遵守的主要指针是人类的幸福和我们自身的完善。”教师职业恰恰是这两个目标完美结合起来的职业。一方面，教师立足本职岗位，为祖国为人民精心培养大批合格人才，把奉献祖国，造福人民的事业做得实实在在。另一方面，教师在平凡的岗位上撒播着爱心，收获着希望，就能享受和平而又充实的人生幸福。

1996年我第一次担任小学毕业班的班主任。面对当时有名的“乱班”，我倾注了全部的爱心。我坚信灵魂是可以重新塑造的，于是每天放学后，第一件事就是家访，不是去这个今天没来上学的学生家，就是去那个今天犯了错的学生家，与家长一起共同研究教育的方法。

晚上，我认真的备课、批改作业，忙得不亦乐乎。工作的压力和劳累，一个多月后，我病倒了，学生们得知后，十多名学生代表，瞒着学校领导，冒着烈日，跑到了两三里路以外我的家，他们手捧着点心来到我的床前，望着他们那晒得通红的脸，我感动极了。而就是这种情感激励着我在后来的教师生涯中克服了一个又一个困难，使我决心做一名好老师，培养一批又一批学生。那一张张获奖证书，是对我最好的回报。世人都说老师清贫，我认为老师是世界上最富有的人，当我的学生把他考上重点初中，考上高校的消息告诉我时；当我听到奋战在各行各业的学生取得好成绩时；当我看到逢年过节成群结队的学生来家做客的身影时；当他们把心里话向我倾诉时；我就感到我拥有了整个世界，感到我是世界上最幸福的人„„

我之所以安心从教，矢志不移，其精神和动力就源于我所从事事业是最崇高的事业。我所得到的财富是世界上最宝贵的财富，我把生命融入了我的事业中，它支撑着我忘了清贫，甩掉个人私心杂念，在追求世界上最美好的东西的旅途中，不断超越自我，突破自我，使我在事业上不仅有了良好的开端，不仅酢出事业的甜蜜，而且还将激励我在从教的生涯中划圆满的句号，无怨无悔。

十五年来，我时时处处严格要求自己，用爱心感染学生，我深信“身教胜于言教”。在教学方面，我始终不懈地追求着，十多年的教学实践是我不断探索的过程，我始终不满足自己的教学水平，锲而不舍地追求更高的治学境界。总之，我热爱我所从事的事业，愿把我的一生都献给教育事业。

《教育法》规定，教师要 “忠于党的教育事业”。这标志着忠诚于教育事业，已经是全社会对教育者的共同要求；同时也标志着这已经是教师们的共同意识。忠诚于教育事业，是全体教师的职业向心力，也是一名高尚小学教师的师德的核心。刘延东最近在四川与优秀教师代表见面时强调，百年大计，教育为本；教育大计，教师为本。她提出“忠诚、勤学、敬业、修养、创新”十个字，与教师们共勉。将“忠诚”列于首位，这是由教育业在全国各行业的重要地位所决定的。

从事教育事业光荣，当小学老师更光荣。在目前社会主义初级阶段，当人民教师艰苦，特别是当一名小学教师更加艰苦、清苦，但却是很神圣的事情。“人有腰缠万贯，我有桃李三千”，这是作为教师特有的人生追求与人生乐趣。每位有杰出贡献的小学教师都有强烈的事业心，对教学工作有着浓厚的爱心。他们就是凭着这种事业心和这颗爱心去克服重重困难，去征服种种偏见的。

众所周知，教育事业是文明传播的主要渠道，是理想与社会进步的主要驱动力，每一个民族、每一个社会，道德传承、文化继承、历史传播主要靠教育来实现，这是教育的独有特征。党的教育方针明确提出：必须坚持用教育为社会进步服务，为人民服务，与生产劳动和社会实践活动相结合，创造“四有”新人，培养出德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。这对广大教师和教育工作者而言，使命光荣，责任重大。所以，只有“对党忠诚，坚定信念，始终 忠于人民的教育事业，忠于教师的光荣职责”，我们才能不负众望，不辱使命。不然，失去“忠诚”，违背了党的教育方针，再好的教育方法，都不会有好的效果，甚至走向反面。

每一名教师和教育工作者能否做到“忠诚”，最关键看他对自己工作的热爱程度和工作效果。一个真正把教育事业当作造福社会、创造社会价值的平台，当作人生目标的追求、实现人生价值观的生存方法的教师和教育工作者，肯定会自觉执行忠诚党的教育事业的义务，并且在“修养、创新、勤学、敬业”上下功夫。有道是“天下攘攘，为利而往，天下熙熙，为利而来。”当一名人民教师，虽然头上的光环不少，但利不多。这就要求我们当教师的要耐得住清苦，耐得住寂寞，不为利所动，不为名所惑，不为权所屈，只求工作上的贡献，不要去看重付出后的报酬。

在思想上崇尚、遵守师德，在行为上，体现师德，只有在社会实践中进行道德修养，才能真正认识善和恶，才能体验到加强道德修养的紧迫性。只有在实践中，才能依靠自己的师德标准去潜移默化的影响每一位学生，从而在教书育人中感受一份愉悦，一份成功。在良好的师德中体现自我的存在，实现自我价值。

教师的素质直接影响着学生的学风和学校的校风，教师的形象直接关系着学生素质的培养。师者为师亦为范，“学高为师，德高为范。”走上三尺讲台，教书育人；走下三尺讲台，为人师表。教师不仅是社会主义精神文明的建设者和传播者，更是莘莘学子们的道德基因的转接者。因此，师德 ,不是简单的说教，而是一种精神体现，一种深厚的知识内涵和文化品位的体现！师德需要培养，需要教育，更需要的是——每位教师的自我修养！用自身的榜样作用和人格魅力，让学生佩服，从而仿效。“桃李不言，下自成蹊。”相信合格的教师才能塑造出合格的学生。

作为一名教师，认真学习“三个代表”的要求，以高度的政治责任和崇高的历史使命感，发扬优良师风，弘扬崇高师德。加强师德建设，提升自身素质。教师的责任是教育学生，然而学生的思想品德在很大程度主要不是教出来的，而是感染出来的。教学中依赖的是富有感染力的课堂气氛以及教师的人格力量和起表率作用的言行举止。推进教育教学的融合管理的根本保证，是有一支思想过硬、品德高尚、为人师表的教师队伍。这支队伍要全员有意识、人人有责任，人人都要成为学生心目中的道德权威。教育是心灵与心灵的交流，对学生道

也许大家从小就有一个迷惑，火药是我们中国的四大发明之一，在中国的历史里，中国很早就有了火药。为什么到了清朝中国却受列强火炮和火枪的攻击？而我们的中国却没有强有力的火炮和火枪还击的他们？依旧骑着老马，穿着破盔甲用刀、枪、剑还击列强？为什么，我们发明的火药传入了别的国家，怎么会在别人那里得到了发展和壮大，而在我们中国就不行？

这个问题困扰了大家很长时间，也是一个我们自己很难解答的问题。因为我们中国自古就自认为自己是一个文明大国，文明古国，地大物博，人口众多。我们认为我们的中国是一天朝上国，是所有国家的国。所以我们就自傲，就少了一点忧患意识，少了在文化、科技、经济发展上的上进心。在很多时候我们中国就自以为是的驻足不前，或者沉迷在自我为中心的陶醉中。导致了我们自己，我们国家和我们民族的落后。

而那些西方落后的小国家，却恰恰相反。因为他们不但国家小的可怜，有些国家还不如我们一个市大，而且土壤贫瘠，山地众多，矿产资源匮乏。导致了他们国家的贫穷落后和他们国家的人员稀少。在这种环境压力的逼迫下，他们在自然不自然中就拥有了忧患意识，有了生存和富强的忧患意识。这些典型的国家就是日本、韩国等小国家。为了在这个强者生存的世界里能够活下来，他们就不得不努力的发展自己和奋斗。一方面他们想尽方法，利用自己身边的天然资源，充分地利用和发展他们。另一方面，他们努力使用自己的智慧和头脑，靠科技和技术发展自己的国家。而且还大幅度地、全方面地利用和学习别人的先进之处，并使之得到最大的发挥。正是因为如此，他们总是在努力的发展自己；正是如此他们虽然弱小，却很强大；正是如此我们的火药和科技在别的国家得到了很好的发展；正是如此我们受到了炮火的摧残。

说完了这些，再说说我们自己。我们很好，我们身边的设备很好，我们的安全工作很好。这就是我们员工的意识，缺乏安全的，没有忧患的意识。这就是我们车间很多员工的意识，是一个很危险的意识。意味着什么？大家知道吗？意味着我们要落后，意味着我们要吃安全的苦头，意味着我们要在以后的工作里找我们失败的原因，总结失败的教训。

正是因为这样的意识，这样的没有安全忧患的意识。我们的员工在做工作时，不但自己粗心大意，为了图省事，为了偷懒，不按我们车间和我们公司的安全操作规程操作。还在遇到自己身边同事违章操作时，不吭声，不说话。原因吗，很简单。一是因为自己也是总这样违章操作的，怎会好意思说别人。二是怕得罪人，对自己有没有什么好处，为什么要说，为什么要落坏呢？没有好处的事情自己才不会做呢？三是事不关己，高高挂起。

正是在这种思想观念下，正是在这种没有忧患的思想观念下。我们虽然天天在喊安全的口号，虽然在做无休止的安全培训，虽然在开无休止的安全会议，却没有得到我们所期望的安全效果。因此我们在以后的工作中不但要坚持我们先前的安全工作，还要让我们的职工拥有安全忧患，有安全忧患的意识，有顾全大局的忧患意识。使我们的职工不但可以在自己工作的时候，时时刻刻地考虑到安全，能够正确地安全操作。还可以在遇到别人违章操作时，能够积极地、主动地、勇敢地站出来制止别人违章操作。只有这样，我们车间，我们个人的安全工作才能很好地开展起来，我们的安全工作才能很好地在我们车间运行，我 们的安全才能很好地与我们相伴。

我们要抓安全工作，我们要抓员工的安全和忧患意识。使我们车间的每一名员工都是我们车间的安全员和安全大使，在我们车间里很好地实施和落实我们的安全工作，监督好我们自己和别人做好我们车间的安全工作。

忠诚党的教育事业

树立和落实科学发展观是一个不断探索、不断创新、不断跃升、不断形成共识和合力的过程。作为一名教育工作者，在学习的过程中，认识到教育系统落实科学发展观就是要树立科学教育发展观，深化对科学教育发展观的理论基础、深刻内涵、基本要求和指导意义的认识，坚持以人为本，做到统筹兼顾，推动教育全面协调可持续发展。如何在本职岗位践行科学发展观，以下谈谈我的个人心得：

1、充分发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用，确保学习实践科学发展观活动各项要求落到实处。一是要认真学习贯彻落实各级党委的文件精神，牢牢把握学习实践活动的正确方向；二是要充分认识学习实践活动的重大意义，切实增强责任感和使命感；三是要加强组织领导，采取有力措施，确保学习实践活动取得实效。号召全体党员干部要以饱满的政治热情、良好的精神状态和扎实的工作作风，高质量、高标准地开展学习实践活动，真正做到以科学发展观武装头脑、指导实践。

2、在学生管理中，要抱着一切为了学生，为了一切学生，为了学生的一切的态度。平时多关心学生，不仅关心他们的学习，还要关心他们的思想和生活，不仅关心优生，更要关心后进生，积极寻找他们身上的闪光点，发挥他们的长处，纠正不足，使他们也成为社会的有用之人。要注重教书育人，加强学生和思想道德教育。以理想信念教育为核心，以品德教育和政治教育为重点，根据学生的心理特征和时代特点，加强学科学中斩德育渗透，要努力成为学生思想工作的高手，成为学生思想成长方面的导师。

3、在教学管理中，要加强对现代教育理论的学习，努力提高自己管理水平。解决在实际工作中因循守旧和墨守成规的老问题，解放思想，创新工作思路和方法；解决在工作中怕事，有事推委，问题上交的问题，努力树立脚踏实地，认真负责的工作作风，提高解决矛盾和突发问题的能力。加强对日常教学工作的检查力度，保证良好的教学秩序。针对我校教师的动手能力普遍不高、严重影响学生技能培养的问题，制定措施确实提高专业课教师的实际动手能力。不断进行教育教学改革，高度重视实践和实训教学环节，强化学生的实践能力，提高学生的实际动手能力。

4、在工作中要吃苦在前，享受在后。要求别人做到的，自己应首先做到，要用自己的信念、理想给他人以潜移默化的感染。要努力提高自己的业务水平，掌握先进的教学技术，力争做先进教育生产力的代表。要加强业务学习，掌握本学科最前沿的研究成果，增强科研意识和改革意识，积极参与教育改革，在实践中提高自己的教育教学能力。要增强创新意识，在工作和实践中与同进成长，在学生的前面，主动进行教育教学改革，成为教改的先行者、示范者。

总而言之，通过学习，我进一步坚定了共产主义的信念，明确努力的方向，感受到时代和社会赋予我们的重任。今后要在科学发展观的指引下，围绕学校中心工作，积极投身于“突出践行科学发展观”的学习教育活动中去，忠诚党的教育事业，充分发挥先锋模范作用，以实施素质教育为宗旨，以推进课程改革为载体，端正教育思想，丰富专业知识，提高管理水平。要进一步深刻领会和把握科学发展观的科学内涵和精神实质，确实增强贯彻落实科学发展观的自觉性和坚定性，把科学发展观落实到具体行动上、渗透到实际工作中。

尊敬的青村镇各位领导、各位来宾：

大家好！在这金凤送爽，秋色宜人的教师节来临之际，大家能够欢聚一堂、共庆佳节，我感到非常高兴。

所话说“十年树木，百年树人。”说明教书育人是一个辛苦而又漫长的过程，国家把“百年大计，教育为本。”作为兴国战略的大计，充分说明了国家对教育的重视。

作为奉贤区第一所农民工子女学校即现在的民办清溪小学，自1993年开办以来，在青村镇人民政府、党委、镇教办的领导和关心下，逐步改善和完善办学条件，加强师资队伍建设，青溪小学得到了健康快速发展。在此，我代表青溪小学的来自全国各地的农民工子女和教师向在座的各位领导表示衷心的感谢：“谢谢大家，你们辛苦了。”

为了使我们民办小学教师在教育教学方面进一步提升，镇教办安排当地学校每学期派教师前来指导和帮助，进行结对帮扶和课堂研讨，使我们民办小学的教育教学水平有了进一步提高。可以说，民办小学的没一点进步都凝聚着在座各位领导的汗水和广博的爱心，作为民办学校一员，我深感自豪和荣幸。“天水碧，然就浦江秋色；德艺馨，再普育人新篇。”新的一学期教育教学工作又开始了，在今天的教师节座谈会上，我们豪情满怀，追求卓越，将继续教师职责，弘扬奉献精神，加强师德修养，争做时代楷模。

现在，小学已经全面使用上海教材，在教材转轨过程中，我们的教师也渴望能够得到镇领导和本地教师的帮助，将你们的经验及时传授过来，让我们少走一段弯路，让我们的老师尽快转入本地教育教学轨道。据说奉贤区之所以叫“奉贤”，是因为孔子学生在此讲学，人们为了表示纪念，就叫做“奉贤”对贤人表示尊敬，我们渴望领导以后多多派贤人到民办学校传道、授业、解惑。

说实话，我们的教师就像一个个优秀的演员，他们同时演绎着教师、保姆、勤务员、多种角色。我们知道，三尺讲台，关系未来。忆往昔，我们的教师在普通平凡的岗位上“俯首甘为孺子牛”毫无怨言；展未来，他们将一如既往地发扬甘于平凡，乐于奉献的传统，勤勤恳恳做园丁，兢兢业业育桃李。我们相信，在镇领导的关心呵护下，青溪学校的明天会更好！
