外语系0706 xx 光阴荏苒，一个月的实习将要划上圆满的句号。曾记得，当初带着“师者,传道授业解惑也！”、“教师是人类灵魂的工程师。”这样的目标和骄傲,我开始了我的教师实习之旅,近一个多月的时间里,教学理论一点点转化为教学实践,模拟教学变为真正面对面的教学,尽管生涩、但也正在慢慢地成熟起来。在这段日子里，我以一名实习教师的身份去生活，去学习，留下了我大学期间最令人难忘的一段时光。现在回首走过的路程，我感慨颇多。下面就将这点点滴滴做个总结。

一、准备阶段 8月30日—9月8日为前期准备阶段。在这阶段，我们九中实习组的全体成员在实习指导老师曹老师的带领下积极认真地准备着：熟悉教材、备课、试讲及评课。在这期间，实习组的每一个成员都在认真努力地对待每一个环节，以便自己在教学上更进一步，以全新的面貌进入实习学校。9月8日下午，我们实习组在曹老师的带领下来到了九中。而我就在那天的下午来到了七年级131班，担任他们的实习班主任兼实习英语老师，开始了真正的实习生活。

二、班主任实习阶段

从班主任实习的开始，我就坚持以一名真正的班主任标准严格要求自己，坚持每天早到晚归。最初的几天，我基本上是想原任班主任何老师了解班上的基本情况，学生的学习情况等，并利用随堂听课的时间老师点名回答、课间与学生聊天的机会及批改作业将学生与其名字对上号。记住学生的名字，不仅是拉近师生间关系的一种捷径，更是一种尊重。为了记住学生的名字，我可是用尽各种办法，功夫不负有心人，我很快地就记住了他们的名字。经过最初的几天，学生们慢慢的和我熟悉起来。有什么事情，也会跑到办公室告诉我，请求我的帮助。每天的做操集会、眼保健操、小结课、大扫除等，我都第一时间与学生待在一起组织、监督，让我们班显得特别的整齐、守纪律。每天大大小小的活动都与学生们待在一起，我们的关系越来越亲密，他们把我当自己的姐姐。而在我的眼中，天真可爱的他们就如自己的弟弟妹妹一般。

三、教学实习阶段

在九中开始实习后，我每天都穿梭在七年级的各个教师里，抓住每一次听课的机会，学习、借鉴不同老师的教学方法。在这段期间，熟悉课本，根据听课摸索适合自己的上课方式，并虚心向何老师请教上课的一些方法及技巧。

难以忘记初为人师的第一节课，星期三的第二节课，第一次踏上讲台，虽然

课前准备得比较充分，但是还是有些紧张，但同学们完美积极的配合，让我这节课顺利成功的完成了。课后曹老师认真的给我点评，让我知道了哪些不足。在接下来的每一节课，我都用心的准备教案，向原任英语老师请教，何老师老师看过以后，很认真地为我指出教案中的缺陷，还有一些要注意的问题及建议，对我的教案给以了很高的评价并鼓励我，这让我更加有信心。还有我坚持上课之前先试讲。每次在上课的前一晚，我一定会现在宿舍先试讲，请室友听课并指出我的不足，这样我能及时的更正，第二天就能表现完美了。除了精心准备课以外，我还认真仔细地批改了每一份作业，记录下他们的易错点，并通过作业反馈学生掌握的情况，调整教学进度。更进一步在课余和课后帮他们补习。看到学生在慢慢的进步，虽然有些疲惫，但心里却十分的欢快。

四、总结 在这些天的实习中，我受益匪浅，让我有机会将理论与实践有机地结合起来。站在教育最前线，面对双双求知的眼睛，心中倍感任重而道远。教然后而知困，给学生一滴水，需要老师拥有一水库都不为过。今后我一定要更加勤奋学习，做一位优秀园丁，把祖国花朵浇灌得更加艳丽。
