Education

毕业实习是每个大学生必须拥有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益匪浅，也打开了视野，增长了见识，为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础。

由于我所在工作的地方是边疆一带，所以我刚开始的工作非常忙，感觉很累。很耗时间，第一天腰酸背痛的。但是过了几天就稍有点习惯了，每天学习很多知识。刚步入工作岗位，才发现自己有很多都不懂的。有空闲的时候就会看一些与专业相关的书，我现在上班近两个月了，在这短短一个多月中，曾有几次想过干完一个月不干了。也许我是刚开始工作，有时受不了经理给的“气”，自己心里很不舒服，就想辞职再重新换个工作得了。但静下心来仔细想想，再换个工作也是的，在别人手底下工作不都是这样么?刚开始。就应该踏踏实实的干自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然，想念以后干什么都会干不的。我现在的工作，相比其他人来说待遇挺不错的了，也不是和其他人比，工作也不是很难，很容易进入工作，关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。由于经验少，我现在这方面还有欠缺。

现在才明白，在校做一名学生，是多么的啊!早晚要工作，早晚要步入社会，早晚要面对这些避免不了的事。所以，现在我很珍惜学习的机会，多学一点总比没有学的，花同样的时间，还不如多学，对以后择业会有很大的帮助。

两个月的实习期很快就过去了，美的东西总是稍纵即失。

“千里之行，始于足下”，这短暂而又充实的实习，我认为对我走向社会起到了一个桥梁的作用，过渡的作用，是人生的一段重要的经历，也是一个重要步骤，对将来走上工作岗位也有着很大帮助。向他人虚心求教，遵守组织纪律和单位规章制度，与人明交往等一些做人处世的基本原则都要在实际生活中认真的贯彻，的习惯也要在实际生活中不断培养。这一段时间所学到的经验和知识是我一生中的一笔宝贵财富。事无大小，自己都倾力而为，在这过程中不仅培养了自己认真负责的工作态度，也培养了自己的耐心和韧劲

我在实习的过程中，既有收获的喜悦，也有一些遗憾。也许是实习日子短的关系，但时通过实习，加深了我对专业知识基本的理解，丰富了我的用运能力，使我对日常管理工作有了一定的感性和理性认识。认识到要做日常管理工作，既要注重管理理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。

这次实习也让我深刻了解到，在工作中和同事保持良的关系是很重要的。做事首先要学做人，要明白做人的道理，如何与人相处是现代社会的做人的一个最基本的问题。对于自己这样一个即将步入社会的人来说，需要学习的东西很多，他们就是最的老师，正所谓“三人行，必有我师”，我们可以向他们学习很多知识、道理。

此次我们的翻译原是lucky in love，大约37张的英材料，分组进行翻译，每组大概有四五人，每个人都有一项艰巨的任务。我想老师的安排不仅是想提高我们的翻译水平，也想培养大家的合作能力吧！

lucky in love，这本书我粗略的看了一下，以我现在的水平，说实话看不太懂。我想原因是词汇的缺乏，语法掌握不够牢靠，还有就是对西方化了解不多。我被分配到翻译第七章，这是个相当严峻的任务。刚开始我就不知道小说说的什么？只是大概知道与爱有关，毕竟题目是《幸运的爱》吧。不了解开头讲的什么就从中途看起，确实很难，所以我想上查一些有关小说的主要内容，我想或许是老师给我们的有一大考验吧，上并没有关于这本书的太多内容，所以我还是一知半解。只能硬着头皮往下翻了，问题很多呀！先是词汇，有太多的词汇我部认识，要借助字典和络，但问题是当你把意思套入句中翻译时，你会觉得不那么准确，此时你就要想它的意译了。这是一个比较难的地方。还有就是句中的形容词与名词太混了，分不清这也给翻译带来了很大的困难。我觉得最难得是句型的分析。我在这块本来就很薄弱，句中的倒装句和从句过多，导致我无从下手。我的先分析句型，在查单词意思，最后在整合，所以浪费了很多的时间。而且当你把所翻译的，在读读，却又发现不通。看很是恼火啊！

花了很多时间也没翻译多少，有一段时间我都想放弃了，后来我们一组的翻译开头的同学翻译结束后，交了稿，我看了一下，对章的内容有一个大概的了解了。我发现还是讨论一下对各个人的翻译比较。果然效果不错，知道大概的内容之后，我的翻译比较顺畅了，虽然还是有不懂得地方，但明显少了很多，而且速度也快了不少，慢慢地也上了轨道。通过这次翻译，我学到了很多，我深刻的了解到了我有很多的不足，所以下一个阶段我要做很多的准备来迎接专业四级，首先，我要扩充自己的词汇量，加大课外英的阅读量，其次要系统的复习一下语法知识，多了解一下不同语境下地对话。还要，多看看外国的电影，初步定为50部，不仅要学习里面的英，更要了解其中的化。最后就是全面复习各种技能：听力、写作、语法、口语等。知道了我的这些不足之后，我会更加的努力弥补!争取达到一个全新的高度！

大二的下学，我的职责是俄语翻译，翻译一些资料。实习的目的是增加社会实践经验，迅速将翻译理论知识应用到实践当中，并加强使用计算机和翻译工具的能力。

翻译实践的过程中，我总结了4种必备的翻译工具：一是灵格斯翻译工具，里面可安装简明俄汉词典、新俄汉词典、大俄汉词典、俄汉实用工业技术词典；二是百度搜索工具；三是google搜索工具；四是яндех搜索工具——专业的俄搜索工具。翻译的具体步骤可如下：首先可以现在灵格斯里查询不懂的单词或词组，寻找最符合原的解释。当然这只是最基本的做法，但是由于缺少专业的科技词典，在灵格斯往往是查询不出所需的单词或语义。于是，求助于google和яндех则是很有必要的。按照我自己的经验来说，我采取同时在google和яндех搜索的做法，并对同种搜索工具搜索结果进行比较。它们有着各自的优缺点。google的优点是打开俄页面的同时可以同时打开另外一个翻译页面，即google可以自动把页面从来源语俄语翻译成汉语，而缺点是经常发生翻译错误，翻译的可信度是50%。яндех的优点是用俄语词组和句子解释俄语词汇，意义更准确，更贴近原，而缺点就是有时用于释义的词汇过于深奥，过于专业，相当于用更专业的词汇解释专业词汇，即难上加难。所以我认为最后就需要用到百度工具了。结合google和яндех的参考翻译，用百度搜索翻译过的专业词汇，查看是否有相同或相近的专业用语，之后才确定出最准确的译法。

自己校对，虚心地向本专业的老师和材料学院的老师请教。首先进行的自己去校对。原以为会限于“当局者迷”之说而不懂查看、修改自己的译。但认真看完一遍译之后才知道自己的眼睛还算是锐利的，检查出不少错误。比如最明显的一处是有一个句子翻译得不通顺，如果是一个没看过原的人肯定是看不懂得。还有专业术语的译错。但错的最离谱的是编辑排版上的错误。于是我反复对照原和译之后，及时把发现的错误都改了过来。之后我找到了材料学院的一个同学，她的专业能力一直都是优异，她无疑是能够帮我校对的帮手。我让她帮我看我的译，查找出不符合材料专业方面的词汇或句子，并提出相关问题和相应地译法建议，之后我根据她的意见参照原，采用了其中可取的建议。最后我就需要找本专业老师的对我进行针对性的指导了。我把之前摘录在本子上的疑点。难点句一一请教老师，比如应该怎样正确分析句子的结构，何种情况下采用拆分语义翻译，何时应该直译。老师讲得很详细很耐心，似乎想把自身积累下来的翻译经验全部都传授给我了。此行确实受益匪浅，越来越明白到做一个合格的翻译工作者不容易，要想做一个优秀的翻译工作者则是更难了，必须同时具有高水平的语言能力和某一领域的专业知识。

经过几天的翻译工作，心里感触良多，收获也颇多，细细梳理了第一次真正的翻译生涯，总结出了几点体会。

1、翻译的工作性质需要我们仔细、认真并且耐心。翻译是一项慢中出细活的工作，要坐得住，稳得住，要一丝不苟地对待，字字斟酌，句句思量，严格遵守“信、雅、达”的翻译标准，力求把译翻译得通顺准确，忠实原。

2、俄语和其他学科知识的积累。毫无疑问，要想成为一个出色的翻译工作者，就必须同时具有高水平的语言能力和某一领域的专业知识。这一次的翻译实践大大拓宽了我的视野，积累了不少专业的俄语词汇，也逐渐认清科技俄语章的翻译特点。

3、计算机操作能力提高，尤其是俄语打字的水平。现在翻译章无不需要借助于电脑，翻译的过程中直接考验了一个人的打字水平，现在我的俄打字速度已经相当快了，即使没有俄键盘照样能熟练打字。

4、增加了做一个合格翻译工作者的信心。第一次真正的翻译实践就得到了褒奖，大大增加了我的信心。我相信自己的能力，对自己的翻译生涯充满了热切的期待。也许我不是天才，不能一下子就成为优秀的翻译者，但我愿意先从一个合格的翻译者做起，从合格到优秀，一直努力，一直在进步，这才是我一生所应该追求的梦想。

总而言之，实习是我通向职业之路的踏脚板，翻译助我通往人生的成功之路。
