敲门砖是什么?
怎样才能向用人单位提供一份免费的样品,使他们对你有个全面的了解呢?方法如下:
1.你所工作的领域最需要什么技能?不要仅仅局限在自己的范围内。回顾一下工作中的成绩,总结辅佐老板的经验,探讨一下获利的最佳方式。没必要把这些写入个人简历,因为帮助了前任老板并不等于你能帮助未来的顶头上司。你需要把这些历史性的东西包装起来,向他她传达这样一个信息:我可以为你做这些事。
2.了解未来顾主的需求。销售人员不会盲目地送出任何礼物,他们知道自己要获得什么。介绍自己的优势也不能盲目乐观,你需要了解未来公司面临的各种问题以及可能的挑战。不妨阅读有关该企业文化的资料,跟踪一些新闻报道,掌握一些行业信息,你甚至可以直接给人事部打电话,联络其竞争对手,这样获得的信息可能更加全面,更有指导意义。

点评:每个合格的员工都应具备这种基本素质,否则怎样推进企业的事业发展?
2.“销售能力强,市场经验丰富,掌握充分的交流技巧,保证完成公司的项目任务”
点评:说了半天也没指明自己能为公司做点什么,失败!
3.“由于善于同人打交道,我能为任何公司带来巨大的价值。”
点评:这种说法太笼统了,根本没有点到招聘者需求的要害。人际交往能力是所有职位对员工的基本要求。

第三篇:应聘的敲门砖—写好简历的准则
HR筛选简历的硬性规定
对应聘职位的认识。根据招聘广告,你得分析出企业对这个职位的基本要求。如事业部招一个秘书,其中一条基本要求就是日语2级(或3级),在招聘广告中写得清清楚楚。制作简历要知己知彼。求职者制作简历之前,先问自己几个问题:→自己期望的职位是什么?→这个职位需要具备哪些相关技能?→自己具备哪些才能使得自己能胜任这个岗位?→自己有哪些潜质有助于今后职业生涯的发展和提高?最终应该重点描述求职目标所需要的能力和经历,其他的经历可一笔带过,不必花费过多笔墨。

1.简洁。简单明了,通常我能忍受的简历是2张A4纸。最反感的情况是,简历中有一大堆与本次职位无关的内容。
2.有感情。一份只是简洁的简历是不够的,还要用心。因为一份用心制作的简历,是有感情的,这可以在文字捕捉到。那种“给我一个舞台,我能还你一个未来”激情话,建议少写,都“审美疲劳”了。朴实的情感比任何毫无意义的口号都有用。
3.对我们公司的了解程度。你是新人没关系,但千万别是自以为是的新人。曾经有人在简历中把我们公司夸成世界500强,一看就知道这个人并不了解我们公司。如果一个人连他口口声声想要加入的公司都不了解,我并不认为他适合公司。
4.简历是否给我留下某些印象。对我来说,你是陌生人,简历是我认识你的唯一途径。当我一下子看完你的简历,没有任何印象时,我会把机会留给下一位求职者。
HR不希望收到的几种简历
1、空洞、缺乏事实和数字支持的简历。如写了很多长处,做事认真,能吃苦耐劳,具有团队精神、创新精神,适应能力强,沟通能力强„„等等。这些空洞的词句HR是比较反感的。与其写这些,还不如写你做过什么学生工作,组织了什么活动,取得了什么成绩,兼职销售过多少产品、拿过什么奖学金等一些事实和数据。
2、花了很多笔墨介绍学校、专业,列出专业课而没有成绩,很少写到个人。这样的简历只适合从来没有照过大学生的单位。对于绝大多数企业HR,他们关心的是应聘者你个人的特点和能力。
3、散文式的简历。简历象一篇散文或记叙文,看起来很费力,找不出重点,诗情画意的词很多,表示态度的词很多,而事实和数字很少,条理不清楚。
4、装帧精美但内容毫无新意。也许彩色打印,精美的印刷可以让人从一堆简历中拿出来看一眼,但如果内容不合要求,也要扔到一边,并让人觉得应聘者名不副实。况且精美装帧的简历一份成本也比较高。
5、千篇一律、比较模糊的复印件。让人觉得对应聘企业和岗位并不重视,你的简历也很难得到HR的重视。
资深HR看简历有八大习惯
一、没有必要拆看超过三页纸的打印版简历,及超过三个P的PPT版简历。除非信里附有巧克力(友情提醒:夹现金违法,否则没收),除非PPT里有清凉照。简历印得像五星级餐馆的菜牌,请问您是要我点菜还是来耍宝?
二、能看电子版就不要用打印版。有些字比较漂亮,或设计能力比较强的应聘者,或喜欢寄纸稿,没有用,你不知道,传统媒体要被新媒体取代了吗?人事经理们一看到需要仔细阅读的纸稿就头大,一收到很厚很重的简历就很想往纸篓里扔,因为这种简历看上去比较珍贵,人事们还要另受良心折磨,所以更有可能假装没收到,直接不看。
三、应聘者介绍自己的情况是必需的,但不至于每个人都说自己是班长或学生组织头目吧?现在的校园真的到了每个学生都有一个社会组织头衔的地步了?我不相信!
四、有应聘者声称自己的实习生涯获得了诸如雅虎杨致远或比尔·盖茨未退学前的能力,并且声称“贵单位”若录用自己,则“必大展宏图”。遇到这种应聘者,本人本能的动作是:丢!简历应声而落纸篓。
五、哪怕这世上最不体面的工作,它都需要技术含量。所以,麻烦应聘者们在简历里直接说明,你能干什么,你最擅长哪种能力。
六、本公司不实行“人才高消费”政策,文员就是文员,工程师就是工程师,你有一个初级的准入能力就行了,不会全部要求你英语六级计算机国家二级。所以,有才有能者,不必担心。“简历不造假,典型一大傻”?你才是一大傻呢!
七、所有有过度谦卑或钻营语气的简历一律不看。
八、如果一定要加入清凉写真,麻烦换张明星的,我想大多数人事经理都喜欢明星照。
