幸福原来如此简单
宜昌市宝塔河小学502班王思伊
今天，老师给我们布置得作文题是《幸福原来如此简单》，我觉得不会写，就给妈妈打电话求助，妈妈让我仔细想一想，其实幸福就在我身边，时刻与我相随！坐在书桌前，我百思不得其解，我幸福吗？我想到了吃饭时爸爸总是往我碗里夹菜，还让我喝不喜欢的酸奶；上学时妈妈总是唠叨着：看清楚了过马路，注意安全；婆婆、姨妈时常偷偷地（妈妈不允许）往我书包里塞零花钱，让我买喜欢的小玩具；还有我和小伙伴们时常相约去爬磨基山、去图书馆看书、去公园野餐等等，难道这就是幸福吗？哦，是的，这就是我简单的幸福！我恍然大悟。我想起了前几天妈妈的话，原来我也是妈妈的“小幸福”。
那天在家刚写完作业，妈妈就下班回来了。妈妈进门就躺在了沙发上休息，几分钟后妈妈挣扎着坐起来，问我：“饿了吧？我给你做饭去！”我还没来得及回答，妈妈就进了厨房。吃完晚饭，我画画，妈妈拿出工作包，又开始了忙碌的工作。前两天妈妈告诉我，她们单位要迎接上级领导的检查，会很忙，回来很晚。连续几天，即使回来的早一点，也会在家继续工作。家里很安静，只听见妈妈写字的沙沙声。突然，我想到妈妈今天上班穿的高跟鞋，忙了一天，脚肯定会不舒服。我便跑到卫生间拿过盆，给妈妈倒了一盆热水，端出去。“妈妈，你脚疼吗？泡泡脚吧！”妈妈从忙碌中抬起头，茫然的看着我，看到我手里端着的盆，才反应过来。妈妈接过盆放下，把脚放进去，舒服的吐了口气。我又拎了瓶热水，放在她边儿上，“妈妈，水凉了，你就加点儿！我画画去了。”妈妈一把抱住了我，亲了亲我的额头，说：“宝贝儿，妈妈有你真幸福啊！”
现在想起妈妈的夸奖，心里都还是暖洋洋的，心想：其实幸福离我们很近，也很简单，只要我们伸伸手！
我们院子里打扫卫生的曹奶奶，这几天总是怒容满面。我悄悄地问他们家张爷爷，张爷爷告诉我：对面那栋楼的住户总是有几家缺少公德心，喜欢从楼上往下丢垃圾、泼水，垃圾随风飞洒，满院子都是不说，有时曹奶奶还会被砸到，大声提醒了几次，收效甚微。真愁人！其实曹奶奶和所有的环卫工人一样，他们的幸福也很简单，只希望能有人体谅他们，尊重他们的劳动成果，只要我们上前一小步，则文明一大步！
上学后和小伙伴儿们讨论，其实我们每个人对幸福的想法都不一样：有人想让在外打工的父母能回来陪自己过生日；有人想拥有一个有爸爸和妈妈的家；有人想得到老师的一句夸奖；有人想找回丢失了的泰迪犬。小饭桌的爷爷也告诉我，他的幸福要求就是希望在外谋生的子女们都能平平安安，常回家看看！我终于明白了，我们想要的幸福是有爱相随，如此简单！

第四篇：聆听首师大王陆教授
聆听首师大王陆教授“基于真实性评估的教师专业发展COP”讲座有感

12月1日，在学校教科室石主任的带领下，我们去长沙听了一场关于“基于真实性评估的教师专业发展COP”的讲座，王陆简介：工学学士、教育学博士，首都师范大学教授，智能学习支持环境方向学术带头人。北京市面向信息化教师专业发展基地负责人，首都师范大学现代教育技术重点实验室主任。博士毕业于西北师范大学，师从我国电化教育的开拓者与奠基人南国农先生，研究方向为智能学习支持环境和e_Learning基本理论。
下面我来说说讲座的主要内容：
讲座总共分为四个部分：
一、基于真实性评估的教师专业发展是什么
这个部分主要解释了什么是真实性评估，以前听过诊断性评价、形成性评价、总结性评价，但没有听过真实性评价，真实性评估通俗的来说就是一种基于真实情境的评价方式，只有将教与学放到厉害关系的时候才能发挥作用，比如，我们将怎么评价老师上课？我们可以录像，然后用S-T表进行分析，得出评估表，然后又比较了教师1.0学习与教师2.0学习的区别。
二、基于真实性评估的教师专业发展要做什么
王老师将教师知识分为两种一种是学科取向的内容知识，一种是实践取向的默会知识，第一种知识是比较容易得到的，第二种知识是一种隐性知识，不容易得到。然后给我们列举了一些关于真实性评估的案例，强调为什么要获得实践取向的隐性知识，这个知识的获得是决定了我们教师专业化程度的一个指标，也是新手教师和成熟教师的重要区别，所以我们有必要做这个项目。
三、基于真实性评估的教师专业发展如何做
这是本次讲座的重点部分，主要介绍了COP，COP就是面向实践性知识创建教师社会网络，它其实是一个教师实践社区，它是由深圳巨龙科教高技术股份有限公司与首师大联合推行的一个基于网络的教师专业发展COP平台，但是很可惜我一直没有找到这个网址，好像只能对合作学校开放的这个平台，在这个平台上有很多的支持服务，总共有12类共4096种服务，这个平台主要的功能：首先，我们要对合作的学校进行改装，教室安装电子交互白板、摄像头、电脑等设备，这样一套设备价值大概在两万左右吧。然后，教师在上课之前按下开关按钮进行录像，在结束后按上传按钮，视频即可上传到这个平台上。最关键是，首师大的研究团队可以通过S-T软件和其他课堂分析软件对它进行分析，得到该节课的真实性评估，可以得出，这节课是什么教学模式、师生互动比有多少等等一些精确的数据，课后可以供教师进行反思。
四、我们的信念
最后谈到信念，认为隐性知识学习的几个要素，其中最重要的就是信念要素。
本次讲座的给我的印象最深的就是那个COP平台，但是很遗憾的是，在网络上没有找到，只找到了首师大王陆教授的研究团队网址http:///，给我印象深刻的还有就是真实性评估，王老师总是用中西医的方法来比喻对教师教学进行诊断，让我联想到了一个新的职业——教育诊断师，教育技术人可以利用适当的技术来诊断教育问题，我们也可以在网络上开设教育诊断室，因为，目前很多教师不能很好的知道自己的教学问题，可能他觉得一节课上的还不错，但是没有人告诉他的教学中存在的问题，我们可以通过中医的望闻听切来初步诊断出病症，还可以利用西医的精确诊断来给教师进行评估，形成真实性评估报告，教师通过自己的反思，最后治愈自己不足之处。

2012年，社区人民调解工作将围绕以人为本、科学发展的思路，坚持预防为主、防调结合的工作方针，努力化解一切民间矛盾纠纷，减少社会矛盾纠纷的激化，维护人民群众的合法权益，维护本地区的和谐稳定。
1、时刻把握时事动态。社区人民调解委员会不定期地组织全体调解工作人员学习各种政策、法律，掌握最新的时政动态，为调解工作的深入打好理论基础。为了更好地学习掌握新的调解工作方式方法，继续坚持开展每年二次的人民调解员培训工作。
2、坚持矛盾纠纷排查分析制度。坚持属地管理，谁主管谁负责的原则，明确职责，落实措施，着眼于早发现、早报告、早解决，把预防工作作为关键环节来抓，重点落实好三排查：即落实社区每半月的定期排查分析制度；落实特殊时期以及重大节假日其间的重点排查；落实对矛盾纠纷重点地区、重点人群、重点行业的重点排查。在做好正常排查调处工作的同时，特别要组织好重大事件的集中专项排查活动，防范和化解社会矛盾纠纷，维护社会稳定。
3、坚持报告制度。社区人民调解委员会定期上报每月调解报表和双周排查情况，社区人民调解委员会定期上报调解报表和分析情况。重、特大矛盾和紧急事件要做到特事特办，不得因工作失误造成无法换回的影响和损失。
4、坚持半月一次的人民调解工作例会制度，通过会议及时传达新的调解工作精神和新颁布的法律法规，学习和交流新的工作经验。
5、指导人民调解工作。社区人民调解委员会认真履行指导社区和单位人民调解工作的义务，在档案、资料等方面建立一整套的规范管理模式。
6、完善公调对接管理机制。特别是在2012年建立公安派出所人民调解工作室的档案资料的收集整理和归档工作。
7、建立一整套的人民调解工作考核机制。成立人民调解工作考核小组，拟定出台考核目标。要对各单位、公安人民调解工作室实行考核机制，做到平时与半年、全年考核相结合，做到公平、公正、公开，进一步规范人民调解工作行为，为适应《人民调解法》的出台做好准备。
8、提倡创新人民调解工作思路，在坚持原则的基础上想方设法地化解矛盾纠纷，并形成新的调解模式。
9、人民调解委员会在上、下半年完成调解信息各2条。要求信息质量高，有较强的交流性和研读性，禁止从网络上下载。
10、积极完成上级交办的各项任务。
11、争取走出去。学习其他调委会的工作经验，做到取长补短，不断地提高自身的调解水平。
