××年上级下达我校高一招生计划为个，教学班人，当年我校高一正取最低录取分数为分。应广大家长的要求，并征得上级领导批准在最低录取线下扩大招生人，总录取达人，扩招生中最低分数不足分，正取生中高分段学生极少，学生整体素质差，而且由教师不足扩大招生后仍按个班编排，班生规模达多人，教师负担大。从教师队伍看，现在任高中毕业班教师人，其中有人从未担任过高中毕业班教学工作，完全没有高中毕业班教学经验的新手超过半数，师资队伍明显薄弱。因此，今年的我校高中毕
