第一篇：中英文书信格式

书信格式：

称谓

顶格书写，单独成行，后面加上冒号。一般称呼之下可以加上一句问候语，比如“您好”。问候语也好单独成行，空两格写起。

正文

正文要另起一行，空两格开始。

结尾

一般要写表示祝愿的话。对长辈可用“安康”、“长寿”等。对同事、朋友、平辈可以用“幸福”、“愉快”或只写“敬礼”。对晚辈可以写一些勉励的话，如“进步”、“工作好”等。结尾的祝愿语如“此致”、“致”、“祝”等一般紧接在正文后，不用加标点，然后转一行顶格或空两格写祝词，如“安康”、“敬礼”等

署名与日期

须另起一行，靠后署名，署名后留下2至4个空格。时间一般也须另起一行，写在署名之下。

给长辈的信的基本格式和写法

给长辈的信的内容主要包括称呼、正文、结尾、署名四部分组成。

(一)称呼

称呼是在书信内页第一行顶格书写上长辈的称呼，这种称呼是按辈份称的。如祖父、父亲、伯父等。还可以在称呼前加上“尊敬的”、“亲爱的”等亲呢的称呼。

(二)正文

正文在称呼下一行，空两格处写起，再转行时顶格，一般正文包括下列一些内容：其一，向长辈表示问候。单独成行。

其二，另起段。询问家里的情况。若是复信，则可先说明何时收到长辈来信，再谈其它一些 事情。

其三，谈自己的事情，主要针对长辈关心的事情谈。

其四，可写些有何希望、要求或再联系的事项。

(三)结尾

结尾一般要写些表示祝愿或敬意的话。可以在正文写完后，紧接写“此致”，转一行顶格或 空两格再写“敬礼”。

不写“此致”，只是另起一行空两格写“敬礼”、“平安”、“祝×××”等敬辞也可以。

(四)署名

署名写在结尾右下方后半行的地方。可加上自己的身份。如：儿、外孙等，不必写姓。名字 后边或名字下一行署上发信日期。

英文书信格式：

A 信头（Heading）

信头包括写信人地址和写信日期，通常写在信笺的右上角。在比较熟识的朋友之间的通信，写信人的地址常可略去。本课的信头就只写了写信日期，而没有写信人的地址。日期通常有下列两种定法：

（a）月、日、年：如August 15, 200__

（b）日、月、年：如15th august, 200__

地址的写法通常是由小到大，如：门牌号、街道名、市（县）名、省名、国名（邮政编码通常写在城市名之后）。这同中文书信的地址写法完全相反。地址可以写1～3行，日期写在地址的下方（见信笺格式）。

B 称呼（Salutation）

称呼指写信人对收信人的称呼，如Dear Xiaojun，写在信头的下方和信笺的左边。称呼一般用Dear…或My dear…开头，称呼后一般用逗号。

C 正文（Body）

这是书信的主体部分，即写信人要表达的内容。正文要求文字通顺，层次分明，表意清楚。可以手书，也可以打写。

D 结束语（Complimentary Close）

它是书信结尾的恭维话，相当于文中书信最后的“祝好”、“致礼”之类的话语。本课书信中的“Best wishes”（致以最好的祝愿）就是结束语。

E 签名（Signature）

签名通常签在结束语下方的中间偏右的位置，如本课信中的Charlie。签名应是亲笔书写，即使是打写机打出的信件，最后仍需亲笔签名。在签名的上方可根据写信人和收信人的关系写上Sincerely yours/Yours sincerely（用于长辈或朋友之间），或Respectfully yours/Yours respectfully（用于对长辈或上级）。

第二篇：书信

写给朋友的信

这是一封道歉信，写的时候要遵循道考(试大歉信的一般模式：开篇直奔主题，然后说明原因，最后提出可能的补救措施。第一段，对晚交论文及对此造成的后果表示歉意；第二段，说明理由（可信的理由，而不是随便应付老师的借口）；第三段，表示尽快完成论文。

书信寄思绪 安全藏心中

——职工家属 潘琳 六月，火红的太阳、炙热的心扉。六月，我们常想到安全月。

茶余饭后，一个人徘徊在甜城湖边，总会想起自已的丈夫，在这个六月，他和所有电力公司的一线员工一样，汗洒现场、攀登着高高的铁塔，一处一处的检修，心系着单位的电网安全。当前，我省正在开展“实现伟大中国梦 建设美丽繁荣和谐四川”主题教育，各机关、各单位纷纷响应，一系列主题活动，如雨后春笋有序开展。

“中国梦、国网情”，作为半个电业人，丈夫的工作是我的大部分，丈夫的安全则是我的全部。

每一场风雨，电力人总是冲锋在前。

每一次灾难，总伴着牺牲，从煤矿企业瓦斯爆炸到公交车自燃，从芦山地震到台风肆虐......安全是命根，唯有个人心系安全，才有全家生命财产安全。
