(一)控制演讲时间
1)逆反心理――超过一定限度(时间的长度)时,人对某一对象的兴奋状态会专为抑制
状态,即“超限逆反”。
2)演讲的类型:
A 交际性演讲:尽量简短,几分钟
B 鼓动性演讲:富于情绪性,最好不超过一个半小时
C 传授性演讲:主要是传递信息,最长一个小时左右
D 说服性演讲:富于逻辑和情绪感染力,最好不超过一个半小时
(二)适当的幽默
1)幽默的意义:A 有助于引起注意B 有助于说服人C 有助于调节关系
2)不当或过多的幽默:A 会淡化主题B 有损演讲者的形象 C
3)运用幽默应注意场合:交际性演讲不妨多用,而传授或鼓动性演讲尽量不用或少用

英语演讲的技巧——口头表达

每一位杰出的演讲者都要经过严格的训练,其中一项训练是表述能力的训练。
表述能力,它包含口头表述(vocal rendering)和体态语言(body language)两个方面,指的演讲者借助有声和无声的手段达到良好的演讲效果的能力。
演讲者的口头表述的训练重点是发声(voice projection)和吐字(articulation)。发声和吐字是有声语言表达的重要载体。动听的声音和标准的吐字发音是练好有声语言表达的重要环节。通常所说的“字正腔圆”指的就是这两个方面。
在发声训练上要注意以下几个要素:
1.音色。要具备良好的嗓音条件,圆润清亮是最理想的,尖细或嘶哑的声音让人听了不舒服。
2.音高。音高即声音的高低,有高、中、低之分。高音具有高亢、明亮的特点,多用来表示惊疑、欢乐、赞叹等情感;中音比较丰富充实,多用来表示平和舒缓的感情;低音则比较低沉、宽厚,多用来表示沉郁、压抑悲哀之情。对演讲者来说,适中的音高是最理想的,但是准确地把握高音、中音、低音的运用规律可以恰如其分地传情达意。
3.音量。音量的大小由发音时振动用力的大小来决定。一般来说,演讲时语音要响亮,送音有力。不能大到声嘶力竭,也不能小到无法听清。
4.语调。语调指声音高低升降的变化,一般是和句子的语气紧密结合的,其中以结尾的升降变化最为重要。语调是口语表达的重要手段,它能辅助语言表情达意。语调的选择和运用,必须切合思想内容,符合语言环境,考虑现场效果。演讲者应准确地掌握演讲的内容和情感,恰当地运用语调,做到贴切、自然。
5.语速。演讲速度要避免太快和太慢两个极端。太快,一则听众难以跟上,时间长了容易使听众对讲话逐渐失去兴趣,不愿继续倾听;二则也使人产生怀疑,认为演讲者太紧张,因为人们胆怯紧张时往往语速较快。当然也不能太慢。太慢就显得拉腔拖调,犹豫不决,听众也会因为听得很累而失去耐心。演讲者必须保持心态平和,语速适中。
6.停顿。停顿不只是演讲者在生理上正常换气的需要,也是表情达意的需要。演讲时要连贯流畅,适当停顿。停顿得当,不仅可以清晰地显示语意,而且可以调节语言节奏,给听众留下回味的余地。停顿不当,旺旺影响语意的表达。
7.变化。同样一句话,由于语调轻重、高低长短、急缓抑扬等的不同变化,在不同语境里,可以表达出种种不同的思想感情。利用音高、音量、语调、语速等的变化可表示强调或引起听众特别注意,避免单调乏味,能更准确地表达思想感情,加强演讲效果,保持听众的注意力。
吐字强调的是口齿清楚、发音准确。吐字的技巧不仅关系到音节的清晰度,而且关系到声音的圆润、饱满。要吐字清楚,首先要熟练地掌握常用词语的标准音。其次,要力求克服发音含糊、吐字不清的毛病。平时多练习绕口令有助于练好吐字的基本功。
另外,如果演讲者是通过麦克风传递声音时,要注意“麦克风礼仪”(microphone
manners)。演讲者的嘴巴应与麦克风之间保持一定的距离以把握适当的音量,防止音效失真和出现气爆杂音(pop noise),要注意不能对着麦克风喘粗气、吸鼻子、咳嗽或大声翻阅资料。

观察与表达
【活动目的】
观察和表达能力训练。
【活动材料】
玩具或一些观察力考验图(可由教师或者学生自行购买)等。
【适用范围】
小学一至三年级。
【活动步骤】
1、教师将班上学生分为4~6个小组,选取一批能够考察观察力的材料由易到难排列,在班上展开竞赛。如:找出玩具上的不同颜色;观察两组数字有何不同;观察多组数字,让学生标出相同与两组的组号;比较图形的异同;比较字母或符号的异同。竞赛规则以小组用时短为胜。教师视情况自定题目的数量。
2、赛后进行组间评比,让成绩最好的小组交流他们观察的技巧。
3、一般来说,竞赛成绩较好的学生,其观察方法也是有章法和技巧的。在小组向全班交流经验时,教师要指导学生说话的完整性和条理性。
4、对竞赛胜利的小组和表达优秀的小组,教师可给予适当的精神奖励,如小红花等。
5、最后教师可以对学生提出养成细心观察好习惯的期望结束本活动。
【活动过程及注意事项】
培养观察力是开发智力的重要方面,小学生在机体发育、各种教学、日常生活、专门训练等条件和因素的影响下,观察力将稳步提高。但良好的观察力不是靠一次、两次的观察训练就能培养的,这种训练可以让学生之间或其家长帮助长期训练。交流时要让学生借鉴自己观察时采用的方法,有顺序的表达:什么先说,接着说什么,什么最后说。为强化学生观察和表达的能力,教师还可以要求学生记观察日记。教会学生如何写观察日记,并且要求他们养成记日记的习惯。
