周末拓展训练心得体会
7月21日、22日，利用周未时间，我局和县委宣传部组成联合团队在栾川养子沟进行了为期两天的拓展训练。此时正是一年中温度最高的时节，也是最磨砺人意志的时候。没有时间看养子沟美丽的风景，也没有时间听樊梨花动人的养子故事，全身心投入到了拓展训练当中。
两天时间里，进行了队列展示、驿站传书、信任背摔、篝火晚会、穿越生死网、领袖风采、激情节拍、翻越生死墙等十几项活动。
项目的总体设计非常科学。其一，项目设计上的渐进特点。正式项目之前
都有一二小时的热身项目，通过喊口号做游戏把队员们的身体与激情点燃，在无所顾虑的心态中开始正式项目的训练。项目结束后，全体队员进行心得分享，队员们讲过之后，教练做总结。其二，项目设计的重点在于提高团队意识。体验团队的巨大力量，增强团队成员的责任心与参与意识，树立相互配合、相互支持的群体意识。其三，团队之外的自我挑战。拓展项目都有一定的难度，需要队员克服困难，向自己的能力极限挑战，才能顺利完成任务，项目完成以后，队员们能够发自内心的体会到胜利的喜悦与自豪感，获得极大的心理满足。
通过拓展训练让我们认识到了自身的潜能，增强了自信心和完成各项任务的决心；克服了心理上的惰性，磨练了战胜各种困难的意志，特别是对当前正在开展的集中治理庸懒散软活动有着非同寻常的意义；启发了我们的想象力与创造力，提高了解决问题的能力；认识到了集体的作用；领会到了领导与同
志之间团结、相互支持的重要性。
这里介绍几个重点训练项目。
队列展示。两队选出队长、政委之后，在他们的带领下，喊队名、队呼，唱队歌，力求响亮、统一。进行向左转、向右转、向后转，立正、稍息，向左看齐、向右看齐等队列训练。熟练后，两队pk。通过这样的训练，增强了队员们对自己队伍的热爱与信心，提高了战胜对方的勇气与决心。
驿站传书。全体队员分成四排坐定，每一排要选出自己的皇帝和守边大臣，培训师会把一些数字交给每排最后的守边大臣，要求在最短时间内把这个信息传到最前边的皇帝手中，再转交给培训师。时间和准确率都是至关重要的。比赛总共进行四轮，信息传递过程当中有很多不准使用的动作。这个项目让我们认识到了沟通的重要性，认识到了制度和规则不断修正的必要性。
信任背摔。一个队员站在1.6米高的高台上，一群队友每两人一组分6组
在台下交手相接。高台上的队友问：我准备好了，你们准备好了吗？台下做人床的队友答：我们准备好了，请相信我们，我们永远支持你！嗵！台上的队友直挺挺仰面而下。这个项目培养了同事之间相互信任的意识，加强了同事之间的感情交流。
穿越生死网。培训师在两棵树之间用绳子织起一道有十七、八个大小形状不等的洞口，这就是生死网。网上有几千伏的高压电，一触即亡，后有敌人追击，必须在规定时间内，在不碰触到网的情况下全部穿过，并且每个洞口不能穿越两次。接到任务后，我们的队长充分发挥大家的智慧，制定穿越计划，共同协作，大部分队员被抬着面朝上两面接力从网洞里送了过去。这项活动让我们认识到了团队合作的力量，靠个人无论如何是不能通过的。
领袖风采。将全体队员分为两队成圆形站立，从1到50报数，比哪一组的时间快，时间慢的队的队长和政委要接
受俯卧撑惩罚。分四轮进行，一至四轮慢队队长、政委做俯卧撑的数量分别为10、20、40、80个。我所在的长缨队只慢了一次，队长、政委做俯卧撑20个，其余130个俯卧撑全被蛟龙队领走。开始的时候，因俯卧撑数量少，队长、政委还能承担，队员们并未太多感受，但随着惩罚数量的增加，队长、政委承担不了那么多的俯卧撑而在用尽全力坚持时，队员们的感情受到了很大的冲击，有的对员把脚伸在队长、政委的膝盖下，有的对员把脚伸在队长、政委的脚后面，力图能有些许的帮助，很多队员为自己失误造成队长、政委付出如此代价的行为而内疚，眼中蓄满了泪水。这个项目让我们领悟了领导和同志之间信任、理解与合作的重要性，同事、上、下级之间要消除隔阂，多一些理解和认同，每个人都要做好自己应做的每件小事，为自己负起完全责任，不能让领导为自己的错误行为买单。
翻越生死墙。一堵4.2米的高墙，不得借助任何外力，36位队员必须在一定时间内全部翻越。面对快有3人高度的高墙，教练命令一下，我们全部进入战斗状态。搭人梯，一层不够，搭二层。站在人梯最下方的有领导、有同志，踩在人梯膝盖与肩膀上的有胖的、有高的，有的队员还踩到了人梯的脖子上、头上，但搭人梯的队友个个咬紧牙关，没有人喊疼，没有人喊累，下边人梯高高撑起，上边队友死死攥住，汗水打湿了墙壁。一个队友过去了，又一个队友过去了，36位队友全过去了。最后两个队友，没有了人梯支撑，一个被送到半墙上被上方的队友拉住后，另一个队友抓住悬在半墙上的队友的脚脖，上方队友齐发力、一声喊全部拉了过去。我们创造了一个奇迹，36位队友只用了8分26秒全部翻越，比去年30位队友用时19分跨越了一大步。这个项目给我们的感悟是，当死亡来临之即，唯有抱着对队友生命极大的尊重，抱着不惧自我牺牲的伟大精神才能做得到。
这是一次集体力量的大比拼，离开队友，我们寸步难行；看起来不能战胜的，有了队友的共同努力，一切不在话下。
拓展训练心得体会
3月21日，这是一个阳光明媚的日子，今天我很荣幸的参与了汤台铁路公司组织的一个拓展训练项目。户外拓展把我们每个人的脸都印刻得红彤彤的，可拓展训练给我的感受还真是不少。从来没有像这次这样，陌生的人走到一起，就那么相信彼此了，一起协作完成教练“变态”好玩的任务。有种青春飞扬的感觉，觉得青春不再是风中飘摇的蒲公英，我们有力量可以去把握，可以决定我们飞舞的方向，不再受命运的摆布！在汗水，欢笑，游戏，讨论，尝试，分享中，我们沸腾了天空，热闹了草地，感染了春虫。
通过这次的拓展训练，我又一次认识到了团结的重要性。这一点非常重要。一个团队能够实现最终的结果，目标必

其次，尊重、沟通、分享共赢：“你有一个想法，我有一个想法，我们两个人在一起交流，每个人都会有两个想法。”这是一个很简单而经典的理念。在整个团队合作当中，彼此的沟通和分享对于团队的融合和信任非常重要。有的时候，自己觉得应该是那么回事，并且认为别人也应该明白是那么回事，但真正到最后，谁都不明白是怎么回事。所以沟通是彼此信任和目标一致的重要工具。经常和你的上司沟通，经常和你的下属沟通，经常和你的家人沟通，沟通无极限，这种畅通的信息流是事情完成 的重要部分。钻石很美，夺目璀璨。可是在一个团队中，需要的不是我们闪亮的每一个面，我们需要排列，组合，寻找到各自最好的一面，才能组成一件传世的珠宝。就在这次的拓展训练中，我们开始慢慢的发现自己，认识自己，开发自己。这只是个开始，时间太短暂，但世界广大，我们还有很多的机会去体会，不远的一天我们一定找到自己的位置！
这次活动，虽然充满艰辛，但是带给我们的还有无限的快乐和勇气！从哪里跌倒，就要从哪里站起来！只要我们敢迈出第一步，那就没有任何困难能阻挡我们！虽然只是短短的一天培训，但是，我们很多人都从不认识到认识，给我们增添了一笔宝贵的友谊财富，一起活动一起说笑，很难得很难忘。当我们的手紧牵的时候，我们就是同舟共济的兄弟；当我们的心紧连的那刻，我们就是惺惺相惜的家人。特别是毕业墙，我相信很久之后我们会忘了很多，但是不

拓展训练心得体会

前几天，我们参加了由市委组织部和市妇联联合组织的女大学生村干部能力建设培训班，此次培训我们一共进行了三天，虽然时间不是很长，但是确使我终身都受益匪浅。
我们这一次的培训是这样来安排的，第一天主要是以讲座的形式来进行培训，领导特别安排邀请了全国著名的心里专家来给我们上课。听了他们声情并茂的讲座，的确让我们对自己的人生观，价值观，道德观有了更深一步的了
解。
作为新时期的女性我们已经逐渐成为社会的一部分，在现如今的年代，女性能成半边天已经不仅仅是挂在口头上的话了，我们正在用自己的实际行动来践行这句话。现在，在这竞争日益激烈的现实社会中，更是给了我们巨大的压力，因此，也需要我们具有良好的心理素质去对待工作。
接下来，讲座结束后我们一行一百多人都怀着激动的心情踏上了开往杨树沟的汽车，开始了我们为期两天的拓展训练，尽管这两天天公并不作美，但是却丝毫没有影响我们的热情，通过两天来的训练，我们的大脑真正的体会到了一种前所未有的思维模式。
这两天由于天一直在下雨，所以我们的各项活动基本上都是以游戏的形式在室内进行的。第一天早上我们在教练的指引下分成了五个小团队，有五个不同的教练对我们来训练，各个小团队选出一名队长和副队长，并且每位成员要
给自己取一个代号，在这两天里我们不
分年龄，不论经验，不分职位高低，总之一句话，团结一致的完成各个任务。
我被分在了第五个小组，每个小组都有着相同的任务，只是顺序不同而已，我们开展的大致有以下几个活动：目标市场，盲阵，驿站传书，七巧板，红黑博弈，以及最后的生命之旅，还有当天晚上的杀人游戏。
我先来给大家谈谈我对前五个活动的体会吧，这五个活动中每一次我们都被分成了几个小分队来进行游戏，从最初的目标市场我们各小队彼此的不信任甚至还有敌对的情绪，只想自己要赢得心态，结果使我们这两个小队都输得很惨，后来我们对活动进行总结，并且调整了自己的心态，以至于在最后的红黑博弈中我们团队取得了共赢，但是我们却忽略了很多的问题。首先，在四个活动中我们的团队意识和个人在团队中的作用发挥的不强，要想成为一个优秀的团队，我们必须要有一个明确的目标，有了目标才会有前进的动力和方向；另外，还要有一个强有力的领导核心，这样才能让大家紧紧地团结在一起，工作才能有明确的分工，才能各司其职，劲往一处使；再者，做事情要有计划，有打算，行动以前脑子里要有一个完整的思路，只有这样才能少做或者不做无用功，从而达到事半而功倍的效果；其次，就是要有强烈的责任心和合作意识，只有精诚团结才能取得1+1﹥2的效果，最后就是要相互学习，取长补短，在工作中要互相帮助，互相沟通。
其次就是从头到尾我们始终把这几个活动仅仅当成几个游戏来
玩，从没有由次来联想到自己的人生。尤其是在红黑博弈中，虽然我们都是游戏的赢家，但是在真正的生活中我们会这样一成不变的对待自己的父母，朋友，亲人吗？哪怕是在巨大的利益驱使之下呢？还能始终如一的对他们出红牌吗？相信此时的你一定在犹豫了吧！或许我们对他们不止一次的出了黑牌
吧！
虽然我的人生只走过了短短的27年，我走过了童年，经历了青年，正在向中年迈进，这一路走来或许我们认为自己很不容易，但是我们只是被自己蒙蔽了双眼，看不到给予我们生命，抚养我们长大的父母，是不是一直在背后的支持者我们；看不到帮助我们的亲人们，正是有了他们的帮助我们如今才能一路前行；看不到给予我们友谊的朋友，正是有了他们的存在我们的生活工作才更加的有意义……..可是我们却蒙蔽了双眼，走到今天，他们始终默默的被我们踩在脚下，被我们所漠视，甚至被我们认为是理所应当，从来不认为你应该说：”“我爱你们，谢谢你们”，或许，我们回报给他们的只是埋怨。如果有一天他们一个个都离你而去，不再回来了，你想过没有？从来就没有吧！那就请你从这一刻开始，沉下心来好好想想吧！
那一刻我真的觉的自己真正长大了，训练的时间虽短，但是我的心里受
到了一次真正的洗礼，是进一步推动我全力以赴作好各项工作的动力。
拓展训练心得体会
清明节前，我局利用两天时间，在龙门山对全局人员进行了拓展训练，收获很大。这次不同于以往的各种旅游，科学的体验式训练，让我学到更多，体会更深，是我人生中一次重要经历。甚至我很想让我的亲朋好友也能参加一下这类活动，太震撼了。
拓展活动给我们营造了一个特殊的环境气氛：优美却陌生的环境，熟悉却难得交心的同伴，严格干练的教练员，紧张活泼的训练科目??彻底打破了平时老套的生活，全是新鲜。开营仪式上，穿军装、解职务、销姓名、改年龄、取代号、选队长、配政委、绘队旗、编队歌??我们全新地融入进两天的生活中，大家都一样，普普通通一分子，团队中的一成员。回头想一下，本质不正是如此，人生如戏，角色不同，只是剧情的安排，没必要太在乎自己，每个人只是
整体之一。正如范局长所说，“一滴水只有溶入大海，才能波澜壮阔。一个人的小小聪明，只有加入集体才能成为大智慧、大能力。”
军姿队列科目，训练了我们团队的纪律性，令行禁止是一切活动的成败基础。
穿越铁丝网的科目，考验了我们团队的协作意识和统筹能力，谁先谁后，谁该怎么做？一切安排都是为了团队更好更快的完成任务。诚信背摔科目，激发了每个人心底的责任感，对团队的高度信赖和依靠，也是对每个人第一次心理挑战。我为团队尽全力，不让队友有闪失；我把生命交团队，团队保证我放心。责任与依赖不可分割，是付出与回报，奉献与索取，义务与权利的关系。
断桥飞渡科目，是对每个人第二次心理挑战，攀七八米高空，走两脚宽悬板，只身飞度“悬崖深渊”，迫使每个人挑战自我、突破极限、消除恐惧的深度
体验。面对工作难题，我们不妨鼓励一下自己，“我一定能成功”。
真人cs对战科目，考验了我们团队的纪律性、协作能力，苦干加巧干，勇敢加配合。虽是玩乐，意义深刻。游戏的结局是团队的胜败，对我们工作的评判不正是如此？服从团队，奉献自我，团队胜利才有我的价值。
重走人生路，用特别的方式让大家敞开心扉，唤醒沉寂多年的人性善良和纯真。学会承担、学会感恩、学会理解、学会相处。人生不易，每个人都经历过伤痛和孤独，或逃避或隐藏，不愿求人不会助人，总是在无奈中走不出，还假装无所谓。现实中所见所闻所感，不全是真，无谓的争斗无胜家，认得太清伤得太深，务要善待自己善待同伴。人生苦短，何不以至真至善、至诚至纯面对人生。“勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为。”笑得灿烂一些吧，从此把生活变得简单和轻松。
两天太短，感受太多，经营人生是
一门学问，不求此生辉煌几何，但求平安一生。既为质监一分子，我当尽心多出力，团队的成败靠大家，我们的价值，永远在团队的每一页精彩中。

拓展训练心得体会
短短几天的拓展训练已经结束，而内心依然为之澎湃，激情依然因其延续。
“项目已经结束、思考永不停步”，训练的完结，不是思考的停滞，将是思考的延续。通过本次训练，我知道了，在工作和集体生活中，我们都是团队中的一份子，要时刻拥有团队互助、协作的精神，都能认真对待工作中的每一项任务，竭尽全力去完成。通过这次拓展训练，让我深刻体会到了团队的力量是巨大的，成功属于团队的每一个成员，如果没有团队里每一个成员相互协作、共同努力，很多事情是难以完成的。
其次，困难是真实存在的，但是往往会在想象中扩大，战胜自己就是取得
成功的第一步！第三是多沟通、多分享，好的思路和想法可以在沟通交流中得以完善。第四是学会换位思考，对人多设身处地替他人着想，对事多换一个角度思考，多一份理解，多一份关爱。离开了拓展训练场，回到了更为广阔的工作环境，只要我们带着“四个凡事”和团队的精神，把每一件工作都当作是拓展训练中的一次挑战，就没有战胜不了的困难，就没有解决了的困难了。在现实社会中，在工作中，我们在提倡个性张扬的同时更多强调的应该是团结与合作，不管是部门内部，还是部门之间，只有精诚团结，每一个人把自己的全部身心交给自己的团队，才会创造1+1>2的可能，我们的工作才会一步步跃上更新的台阶。
通过这次拓展训练，感触良多，似乎还尚需时日仔细梳理，尚需在今后的工作中去更加深刻地体会。拓展训练不仅拓展了我们的体能和智力，更重要的是它改变了我们的某些思维模式和理
念，激发了我们早已沉睡的一些潜能。它把深奥的理论溶入一个个看似简单的活动中，让我们自己去思考，自己去领悟，自己去提炼。活动结束了，我的心却平静不了，给我留下的印象极深，想到了以后的工作、学习、生活，看来拓展训练中学到的东西不能仅仅当时记住，要运用在实际工作中，体会最深的有以下几点：
1、分层管理、明确领导极其重要。每个人的岗位职责确定之后，各司其职，有利于明确责任，发挥个体的主观能动性，使其既知道自己应该做什么，又思考怎样做好。在做集体拓展项目时，每个人开始尚能听着队长安排，仅说些意见，时间稍长，便按耐不住，跳将出来，指挥一下，影响了其他同志才智的发挥，也造成了局面的混乱。
2、做事要先做计划，再开展行动。这就是“磨刀不误砍柴工”的道理，做过电网项目时，大家先不急于过网，而是每个人找好自己的位置，充分论证，最
后一举通过。
3、应学会遇到问题换位思考。在工作中，不要为表面的现象所困扰，有些印象其实是主观的臆想，需要你的耐心和智慧，通过分析、判断，充分了解它的本质，通过组织、协调达到目标，通过沟通交流，才能建立多赢的局面
4、从失败中我们也得到教训和启示：在工作中，各单位之间需要
沟通和信息的共享，需要相互配合和协调，形成力量的整合才能完成共同的任务。
5、沟通和理解的重要，语言的沟通胜过任何肢体的表达，生活上、工作中如果我们能及时沟通，就会避免许多不必要的麻烦。
6、团队的意义，团队不仅仅是几个人，几十个人，甚至几百个人，几千个人站在一起，就能称为团队，而且在团队中还需要成员之间的团结，协作和默契。相互的信任等一系列诸多因素的集合，才能称为团队。一盘散沙的团队，将会是一事无成；而一个亲密无间的团队将会是无坚不摧的。
对于我来说拓展是在营造一种氛围，培养人们所说到的团对意识，同时也是对自己勇气的一种挑战。这次拓展训练让我的心胸变的更加宽阔。让我时刻提醒自己：相信自己，勇于把握机会。时时保持积极进取的人生态度和团队合作精神！拓展训练是结束了，我相信每一个人，都从拓展中得到了或多或少的启发，但我们是否能真正把拓展中的精神运用到实际工作中去，能真正把在拓展中得到的启示运用到生活中遇到的困难当中，还需要一个更长的磨练时间。我们要用拓展了的心灵、激情和意志重新面对崭新的每一天，面对每一项工作任务，我们将无往而不胜!

二、目标：激发热情，开发潜能，全员提高；夯实基础，提升能力，备战统考。
三、具体措施：
1、宣传发动，提高思想认识。通过召开备课组长会、班主任会、学生会、家长会及班会，使学生认识到，冬季是一年中学习的最好时光，特别是高三，干扰少，精力集中，也是提高学习成绩的黄金时期。要利用这一时期努力学习，搞好复习，同时也要培养严谨的学习态度，坚韧的学习毅力和科学的学习方法。要求学生全力以赴，拼时间、珍惜时间、凝神聚力，奋战一个冬季，力争在期末的全市统考中再创佳绩。
