I think we should from the following five aspects of develop high emotional intelligence ：

1、Get in touch with your emotions.Ask yourself what you are feeling, then try to put names and labels on those feelings.Some forms of meditation can help you in this regard as they make it easier to see and recognize specific feelings.2、Control yourself, but not in a bad way;simply monitor yourself and don't react.Excuse yourself from a potentially explosive situation.Take a walk, breathe deep, count to 10 backwards.Make a rule not to respond to the “button pushers” until much later after you've cooled down.Talk slowly, and if the situation demands immediate attention, keep your voice at a natural level and pitch.3、See the Big Picture and think about your impact on other people.Consider how your words and actions will affect your neighbors, co-workers, family members or organization.Think before pushing the button on that email or complaining about someone verbally.Consider the ramifications and ripple affects of your emotions.4、Honor the concept of teamwork, and try to be an encouraging team member at work, at home and in your community.Support your supervisor or spouse.Protect a child from a bully.Become a vital link on any formal or informal team, and exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence.5、Give yourself time and be patient.It took time to learn impatience or emotional reactions, and it will take time to unravel them and build better behaviors.Don't be discouraged, though;it can be done.21.我对工作的态度What will you do if you retire from your work? 你会做什么，如果你退出了你的工作？

Most people think that work is just a means of earning money.As a result, they get no satisfaction or happiness from their job.But personally, I think work should be a source of happiness and pride rather than a punishment or a burden.By working, we put what we studied into real practice, and we realize our individual value as well as social value.If we fail in some cases, we can gain some experiences and insights.And when we succeed, our dreams become true and we obtain a sense of achievement.Moreover, we feel our life full and meaningful while working.In short, without work, life will be empty and meaningless.And I think the best way is to find a job which is relevant to our major and which is we are interested in.in this case we have passion to fulfill it and easily get successful.But whatever we are doing, we should cultivate a positive attention towards it.

听研究生讲座有感

晚上去多功能厅听大四的学长学姐们讲考研、保研经验了，收获了一点东西,下面和大家分享下。

收获分为三个方面，首先是考研、保研常识。

开始准备考研的时间是大三的第二个学期，考试时间是当年的11月份上旬。在准备之前要先知道自己考研的原因：不要只是跟潮流，心血来潮、稀里糊涂的就决定了；不要只是为了躲避一时的就业压力，要知道，这是懦夫的行为；更不要只是为了这个称号高人一等而获得的虚荣。其次要知道自己是要考本专业还是跨专业，如果是跨专业，又是考哪个专业，读研究生是个很漫长的过程，如果选的是自己不喜欢的专业，那也是件痛苦的事情，切忌换来换去，犹豫不决，因为你没有这么多的精力，也没有这么多的时间。接着你要考虑自己要去哪所学校：是本校，还是自己梦寐以求的大学，还是看中了那座城市。一位学姐说的很对：“选择真的很重要，选择会决定你的命运。”

接下来就是准备考试了。首先要有具体的复习计划，比如决定花两个月进行第一轮复习、确定学科的具体复习进度和目标实现。可能你会觉得可怕：千军万马齐上阵，只为研究生那座独木桥。但是真正到了走进考场的那一天，你会发现你的对手少了不只是一点点，所以说心态很重要。一位学姐说：“在准备的时候心里很平静，几个月下来，宿舍只有自己一个人，上图书馆的四楼自习也只有自己一个人，没有研友，也正是习惯了这平淡、不断重复、枯燥、宁静的备考生活，所以进考场的时候没啥好紧张的了。”另外一位学姐竟将自己的专业书看了11遍，这只是专业课考试这一方面，她所做的努力我们可想而知了。所以说，坚持很重要，要有毅力。当然了，找适合自己的研友也很重要，有了共同的目标，互帮互助，一起来度过这段不平凡的日子。对于英语更是要每天坚持，切忌三天打鱼两天晒网，但如果选择考小语种的话会少很多竞争对手的。考试完成之后，还有很多很多的工作„准备保研的同学，要注意综合素质的提高，最好从大一就开始积累资本，这是一个累积的过程。要注意的细节还有很多，对于这些，百度吧。

收获的第二方面则是心理方面了。听了学姐、学长们的考研经历，我有种无地自容的感觉。学长、学姐们为了考研，每天早上7:30等图书馆开门、上自习，除了中午吃饭、小睡半小时外，其余时间都在那里学习，直到晚上的10点多，也就是闭馆时间了。他们抵制了无数的诱惑。一学姐还感慨道：每天早起真的很难，耐住寂寞也真的很难，但只要心态摆正了，也就习惯了，也就没什么了。要想取得不同寻常人的成就，就要付出不同于寻常人的努力。

不过好遗憾，学长、学姐们没有讲他们考研的原因，也没有讲他们将怎样度过研究生生活以及以后的大概发展方向。对于这些我们每个人都有自己的想法，或许把这些想明白了，就知道了要不要考研或保研了„

收获的第三个方面就是我觉得有一点需要我们注意：在疯狂学习的同时，要不忘提高自己的其他能力。一学长面对台下的观众竟然还表示紧张，不知说啥，说自己还没遇到过这种场面。要知道他已经大四了，该进入社会了。有的学姐这方面能力也不怎么样，当然这只是一部分人了。坐在最右边的那个学姐就很牛X，很淡定，很喜欢她。

Nowadays, advertisements can be found everywhere in a big city such as Shanghai.They shout at us from the television screen and radio loudspeakers, wave to us from every page of the newspaper, signal to us from the roadside billboards all day and flash message to us in coloured lights all night.Faced with a flood of advertisements, some people wonder whether it is necessary to have such huge sums spent on advertising.They often cite in illustration of it in attractive, but false and deceptive advertisements to which many consumers fall victim.They suggest that since advertising is an entirely unproductive industry and may even harm the customers' interest, why don't we stop advertising and use the money to reduce the price of goods?
