如果我遗失了证件怎么办？
如果你丢失了下列证件之一：含有效签证的护照，永久居民卡（枫叶卡），学习许可，工作许可，或加拿大公民身份与移民部签发的其它证件，请给我们发电子邮件，并提供下列信息：
-护照上使用的全名
-护照号码
-出生日期
-所丢失证件的号码（比如：永久居民卡号码，学习许可号码）
-申请时的档案号码（由一个英文字母和九位数字组成）
-何处受理的申请（比如：香港，北京）
-请解释证件丢失的详情；如果证件被盗，请提供警方证明的复印件
最为重要的是，请提供联系方式：电话，传真和电子邮件地址。
我是否可以在边境或机场获取签证？
不可以。你必须在登机前在加拿大使馆或领馆获得签证。
谁可以翻译我的文件?
文件的英文和中文翻译必须准确。文件需要由你本人或其他人代为翻译。不一定需要专业机构进行翻译。请注意所有的翻译件都须附有其原件或公证件。不可以只递交翻译件。可以由其他人帮助我递交申请或领取申请结果吗？
任何人都可以替朋友或亲戚递交申请。如果你委托第三方人士代为领取申请信函或结果，请仔细阅读下列说明。对于没有合格授权的代理人，我处将无法提供任何信息。
第三方人士只有在出示下列全部三项所需材料后才可以代替申请人领取信函和签证、撤签、或查询申请进展状况。
1.申请人身份证的复印件
2.代理人身份证原件和一份复印件

如果我的申请被拒签了，我需要等待一段时间再重新申请吗？
不需要。申请人可以在任何时间重新递交申请，提供他们新的或额外的信息和材料。
被拒签的申请人可以在任何时间递交新的申请，但需要能够提供他们之前申请时没有提供过的新的或额外的信息和材料。
我在加拿大期间生病或受伤了怎么办？
你需要承担自己的医疗费用。最好提前购买旅行者意外医疗保险。
我到加拿大以后是否可以申请新的临时居民签证？
不可以。申请加拿大临时居民访问签证必须在加拿大境外进行。
我的朋友、亲戚或生意上的伙伴被拒签了。我怎样做才可以为他们的申请提供帮助？我能知道拒签原因吗？
请记住，尽管你可以为朋友、亲戚、或商业伙伴的签证申请提供支持材料，但是签证官的决定是最终根据申请人的自身情况做出的，而不是基于你或其他任何人能够提供的私人的或经济上的担保。

我的申请被拒签了。对此我该怎么办?
被拒签的申请人都会得到书面的拒签原因说明。一旦你获得这些书面说明，你上诉的渠道便很有限了。
担保家庭成员的担保人和申请旅行证件返回加拿大的永久居民可以选择向移民及难民委员会（IRB）的移民上诉处（IAD）对拒签进行上诉。有关如何上诉的说明随拒签信一同提供。可以根据事实、法律、或公平性的因素进行上诉。
移民及难民委员会（IRB）不受理技术移民、商业移民、临时居民（访问者、学生、或工作者）的拒签上诉。我们建议这些类别的申请人在自身条件发生重大变化后再重新递交申请。

以下是申请美国旅游签证即B2签证常见的面试问题，签证官最容易问的问题和范例回答，并且会分析一下这个问题提出来的原因是什么，希望对申请美国旅游签证不管是个人申请还是跟团申请的朋友有所帮助。

Q1 ： 您去过美国吗 ?/ 您去此次美国作什麽 ?
A1 ： 我去过。上次抵达的时间和目的。/ 我没去过。这次去美国旅游 /商务/探亲(要说明亲属关系)/商务+旅游/旅游+办事(说明办什么事？)
评 述：这是最经常问到的问题，只要实话实话就好，不要担心自己的回答会给签证官什么样的印象，不要试图猜测签证官的想法，实话实说对你是最好的选择。因为东 西方思想有差异，面试的时候想的越多，聪明反被聪明误的可能越大。所以如果你是旅游，请说旅游。如果你有一天商务考察活动，请说明只有一天是商务考察，其 他时间是旅游。你们回答没有去过美国；来美国是和我一起过春节，并且是结婚三十周年纪念，所以正好去美国旅游~~~
Q2 ：您的职业？
A2 ：我从事某某工作。简单介绍公司的相关情况并时常提示签证官同步参阅您提供的资料。
评述：签证官问的问题可能是多种，不同角度，不同方式的。但是都离不开美国移民法的规定。如果问到这个问题，请用最简单的话来描述一下你的工作。不用担心太专业，签证官可能听不懂。这不是你应该担心的问题，因为使馆里有很多的专业翻译，签证官自会找人来处理沟通。这个问题，老爸自己回答；老妈我填的是办公室主任，工作性质就是组织开会，传达任务，组织活动，反正是个挂名头衔，老妈你想怎么回答都可以~~~
Q3： 您的行程安排及旅行日期？
A3 ： 参照具体出发日期回答并提及若干游览城市。商务的要具体说明拜访的单位，邀请人，联系人，哪些公干？
评述：任何真实的旅行都是有具体安排和预计出发日期的，所以在此奉劝那些有不良目的的人，假的就是假的，永远真不了。真的也假不了，所以请放心大胆的面对签证官的问题吧!
一月20号左右出发，到洛杉矶机场，然后女儿去洛杉矶接你们，在洛杉矶和拉斯维加维玩4到5天；然后飞到女儿学校——佛罗里达大学大学，和女儿一起过春节、参观学校3到4天；最后飞到纽约和华盛顿旅游一周左右。
Q4 ：您的家属为什么不与您同行？
A4 ：工作、学习等个人具体原因。
评 述：上面提到了中西方思想的差异，很多中国人认为一家人一起出行会引起
使馆的注意，怀疑是不是一家一起涉留境外了。其实美国人不会这样想的，美国人注意亲情关系比金钱更甚，所以如果你的经济允许，请带上你的先生或者太太同行吧，为自己的生活多一点情趣，也为自己的签证多一点保障。
你们两个一起了，所以这个问题就不会问我了；但是如果要问哥哥为什么不一起，就可以说他要上班，工作比较忙之类的就可以了~~~
Q5 ：为什么您在此期间出差 / 旅游？
评述：旅游定义中说，旅游的先决条件是：可自由支配的钱和时间，所以时间是很重要的。为什么在这个时候出国？请提供一个真实的，合情合理的理由。就如实说，春节期间，有法定假日，不需要请太长时间的假；而且中国春节是全家团聚的节日，所以想到美国和女儿一起过。
Q6 ：您所提供的资产是否齐全并符合要求？
A7 ： 主动出示所提供的资料并做简单介绍。
评述： 大多数人知道申请签证要提供资产证明，对的，但是申请美国签证请提供相关证明原件，而不是银行开具的存款证明； 少数人知道申请签证要提供存折存单，对的，但是请不要把多张存单兑换成一张大额的。这是多此一举。反而会让签证官怀疑你的目的。有些出过国的人知道申请美国要提供 10万以上的资产证明，对的，但是请不要只提供10万。资产证明包括很多方面，固定资产和流动资产，存折存单、房产证、股票证券等。
如果需要提供资产的，最好是老爸把自己的公司的营业执照副本和自己的税单给签证官就可以了，其他的材料如果签证官没有再具体的要求看就不要给了。
