大家好，我是XXX，很高兴我能来做今天的课前演讲。
一直以来我都坚信命运在自己手里紧紧握着，直到我初二那年。当我躺在手术台上看着正对着我的那盏偌大的无影灯时，我开始慌了。此时此刻我的命运在这几位医生手里，在这个锋利的手术刀尖上，在旁边护士的实时记录本上。我能把握的人生只是全部人生的一个小小的角。
不幸中的万幸大概就是病理化验结果是良性，所以今天我能站在这里和大家讲，而不是坐在轮椅上或者干脆没有出现在你们的视线内。
从那以后我开始妥协，承认命运的不可控，承认我能推动改写的，只是九牛一毛。而尽管如此我们此时此刻在座的同学们有多少还在试着努力而不是随着命运恍恍惚惚。我们拼了命也不一定能混出个模样却在现在这个理应拼搏的时间点上浪费了一天又一天。
即便是课程落下太多的去听听相应的公开课，去图书馆拿几本书，也可以赶上来，正因命运可以把握的太少我们才应加倍努力。
咱们的课没那么难。咱们不能应了台湾某些所谓的专家所说，中国毕业的大学生大多不够毕业的资格。几年以后的同学会咱们是讨论下一笔上亿的资金投向哪里还是再要个五块的烤腰子谁能付一下钱呢？
我希望从今天，从此时此刻咱们班能有更多的同学开始走心的听课正儿八经的学习。
我希望，十年以后我们能在某个回忆涌起的黄昏自恋的说道，当年我拼了命努力的样子，真帅。我希望，我们最终都能活成自己喜欢的样子。

“五分钟演讲”心得体会
从第7周开始，我们白云学院推行了班级课前“五分钟演讲”的学习制度，各班级在每天上午和下午的课前五分钟由班级同学进行演讲。对此，我深有感触。
“五分钟演讲”，目的是为了增强同学们的演讲技能，让同学们通过课前五分钟的演讲，磨练自己的口才，从而更好地提升自身的语言表达能力。“五分钟演讲”的主题分别有：如何提高演讲能力、如何提高学习积极性、如何营造良好宿舍环境、如何提高英语水平、如何应对突发事件、如何培养创造力、如何面对考试作弊现象以及如何利用大学闲暇时间等等。各班也可以根据班级的实际情况自己安排主题。我班同学的演讲，大多数都是以规划自己未来的发展方向，表达自己一年多以来身处本班级的真情实感为主。
我班是专科班，本学期的课程安排是上课到第14周为止，五月底结束课程之后，我班同学即将踏入社会进行顶岗实习。今天是4月19日，已是第9周的星期二，离实习只剩下1个月多一点的时间。在这个即将离校的“节骨眼”上，同学们通过“五分钟演讲”，阐述了自己的心声，表达了自己对获得理想工作的祈盼，也表达了自己对其他同学都能过得开心幸福的衷心祝福。
2009年9月15日，星期二，台风天气，那是一个风雨交加的日子。我怀着对大学生活的期待，来到了白云学院，来到了我们09营专1班。09营专1班是由来自广东省不同城市的35名同学共同组成的大家庭，22名活泼开朗的男生和13个美丽秀气的女生齐心协力地撑起了属于我们班的一片天空。在同学们的一致努力下，我班曾在大一第一学期里连续三个月获得“优秀班集体”荣誉称号；在管理系运动会中，同学们都积极参与，发扬团结拼搏的精神，班级最终在系运会中获得总分第三名的成绩；在学院运动会和学院各种不同类别的比赛活动中，班级集体和个人也获得了一定的奖项。这些都是我班同学辉煌的印记，也是同学们付出努力后获取的成果。在“五分钟演讲”中，我们都勾起了这段美好的回忆，我相信我们班的同学在离校顶岗实习后，无论各自身在何方，彼此之间都不会忘记属于我们09营专1班的美好回忆。

课前五分钟演讲活动方案
一、主题概念：
“课前演讲”是指教师在开课新授前提供时间给学生，学生按一定的顺序轮流上台讲演。要求他们态度大方，表情自然，用洪亮的声音完整、清楚地给同学们讲一个内容，可以从平常小事中发现哲理，也可以谈风土人情、谈社会、谈理想、谈志趣、讲故事、说笑话、以及地名、成语故事的来源等。演讲内容健康即可。
二、理论依据：
新《语文课程标准》指出：“培养学生高尚的道德情操和健康的审美情趣，形成正确的价值观和积极的人生态度，是语文教学的重要内容，不应把它们当做外在的附加任务。应该注重熏陶感染，潜移默化，把这些内容贯穿于日常的教学过程之中。”著名教育家张孝纯先生说过：“应以语文课堂教学为轴心，向学生生活的各个领域开拓延展，全方位地把学生的语文学习同他的学校生活、家庭生活和社会生活有机结合起来，把发展语文能力同发展智力素质非智力素质有机结合起来，把读、写、听、说四个方面的训练有机结合起来，使学生接受全面的、整体的、能动的、网络式的和有力的培养和训练。”从而我们可以得出：课前演讲是对学生进行德育教育，培养学生说话能力的有力途径。
“不积小流，无以成江河；不积跬步，无以至千里。”语文学习历来都讲究“积累”二字，“一蹴而就”显然在这门学科中是行不通的。
三、活动意义：
1、锻炼了学生们的口头表达、书面表达、交际、思辨能力，增强了他们的自信心和勇气。
2、提高了同学们观察问题、分析问题的能力，开阔了眼界，扩大了知识面，丰富了学生们的业余生活。
3、加强了老师与学生、学生与学生的沟通。
4、适应小学高年级学生的较强的自我意识和自我表现欲望的心理需要，给学生提供了一个展现自己才华的机会。
四、活动现状：
“热闹有余，收获不大”的现象普遍存在，即学生积极、热情地参与，但说话、写作能力的提高却不明显。有如下弊端：
1、轮到某小组的同学做演讲时，却无人准备。其主要责任在于小组长没有组织好，所以要对各小组的小组长做好要求，让他们认真履行好自己的职责。
2、很多同学认为课前演讲就是找资料，上讲台念资料。希望他们的演讲不仅局限于查找的资料，最好能融入自己小组成员的观点，要有自己的东西。“课前演讲”可以与作文、阅读等教学相联系、相结合。
3、点评肤浅。无论是学生还是教师，点评都仅止于：学生的仪容仪表，音量音色，流利程度，准备情况等。千篇一律，未能挖掘演讲材料的意义、内涵，表达自己对材料的理解、感悟、启迪。
四、操作建议：
1、思想动员。激起学生的兴趣。
2.安排顺序。由班长与课代表广泛征求意见，排出课前3 分钟轮流演讲表（每节语文课前一人）（第一轮由课代表、班干部带头，下一轮开始按学号或座位）。
3.学生提前一周准备。或收集材料或自行撰写并做好充分准备。
4.教师审稿。宣布轮流演讲名单，用一节课时间作方法指导，鼓励动员，宣布从某节课开始；要求学生选择材料后就给教师审稿，课代表督促检查准备情况。
5.正式开始。上课铃响，教师进教室找一空位坐下，如学生一般聆听台上演讲，学生可自告奋勇担当主持人。
6.师生互动点评。教师由示范点评至学生自主点评，教师或鼓励或点拨或作“换位”教育（师生互换、生生互换），随时作适当的正误、优劣评价。
五、材料选择
1.优秀演讲稿。
2.成语故事、寓言故事、名人故事、身边小事。故事的文字吸引人，意味深长，是较好的课前材料，能一下
子抓住学生或松散，或紧张的注意力，从而投入到课堂学习中去。
3.经典短文。欣赏文质优美的短文，是学生积累语言的重要渠道。现当代作家的作品，舒缓、清丽、短小、含蓄又富有哲理。
4.名人小传。名人之所以成名，必有其超越常人之处，从其生平经历中我们可以获得些启示，构建自己的人生。
5.唐诗宋词赏析。语言精辟，内涵丰富，为平时的写作增添感染力、说服力，文学功底在此铸就。
6.自己写的大、小作文，口语交际。这些作品必须修改成演讲稿，语言要精炼、上口，听者易懂。
7.和课文内容相关的材料。可作为新课导语，如作者的生平，课文作者的其他短篇作品，写作此文时的历史背景等。

一首美妙的乐曲，总少不了优美动人的前奏。课前五分钟，充分开发利用，巧妙创意，有效训练，就犹如奏响了课堂教学主题曲的前奏。它可以调节学生的心理环境，尽快地进入学习状态；可以改变传统教学的沉闷死板，给学生以新意，激发学生的学习热情；可以增添课堂教学的趣味性、生动性，有利于学生更好地投入学习；可以增长知识、拓宽视野、陶冶情操、提高能力„„发展学生各方面的素质。浅谈我与学生是 如何奏响课前五分钟的前奏的。

1、积累式这种训练可以常规使用，没有特殊情况，学生约定俗成，根据学习内容兴趣爱好等，由学生自由决定，只要有利于学生的积累均可。如名人名言、成语故事、谚语、歇后语、古今中外优秀诗文„„主持形式与主持风格，也有学生自由选择决定，如有的学生学中央台的黄小丫，搬张高椅子一坐，微笑着面对大家：“各位同学，‘开心词典’又与大家见面了，今天我们做个有趣的游戏：成语接龙。我说第一个，接下来有你们接上。‘再接再厉’‘厉——’„„”学生踊跃回答；有的学李勇主持的“幸运52”，知识竟猜，劲头十足；有的学湖南台的李湘、何，两人上台，你唱我和，幽默风趣„„学生为了这课前五分钟，可作了不少准备，看课外书，看电视，背诵、积累、模仿、演练„„积少成多，聚沙成塔，长期以往，我班学生在小学毕业时，每个学生背诵诗篇均超过了250首，在市了检测时还拿了个第一名！更重要的是丰富了学生的词汇量、语言、片段，锻炼了学生的能力，培养了学生的语感，陶冶了学生的文学修养，也奠基了学生的写作基础。
2、放松式这种训练一般用于上公开课前。因为听课老师颇多，学生不免紧张。学生主持的形式一般轻松活泼，安排的内容也是丰富多彩，如“星星点歌台”，让爱好歌唱的学生一展歌喉；“时代之音”，让关心时事者播报新闻；“健康你我他”，让小医生介绍健康小常识„„最好内容与上课内容有联系，效果会更好。如我们学习《养成良好的卫生习惯》这一课，学生结合当时我国“抗非”之战，有的介绍抗非小知识，有的叙述抗非英雄的事迹，有的出示抗非图片，有的演示良好的卫生习惯„„连续几天训练，这样生活联系实际，学生才真正学有所得！
3、表演式这种训练刚开始一般不是经常使用，毕竟学生准备的时间较长，慢慢学生经验足了，表演能力强了，使用可以频繁一些。例如，在学完课文之后，课本剧表演、课文片段表演；看到社会现象，真实的演绎；或诙谐幽默的小品、或自由轻松的歌唱„„这些表演一般安排在“星星点歌台”、“艺能展露”等栏目。例如学完《惊弓之鸟》、《守株待兔》等成语故事，进行表演；联系时事，学生看到“抗非”的报道，表演小品、预防非典等内容。长此以往，为学生提供机遇，搭建舞台，培养了学生的能力，提高了学生的素质。
4、辩论式这种训练，可由学生根据大家感兴趣的特别是学生生活中最希望探讨的问题来决定，提前让学生自由组合，分成正反两方，各自准备，在“唇枪舌剑”栏目大胆辩论。如“春暖花开季节，春游好不好？”“上重点中学是一条成材之路。”“改革开放的时代，做落花生那样的人会吃亏。”等等，经过锻炼，提高了学生的口语表达技能和思维的敏捷性、宽阔性,同时也学会做人的道理,陶冶了情操.5、连续剧式由第一位同学首先编故事，然后第二、第三„„同学接着编故事，就像放电视连续剧似的，一课前一集。这种训练可以让学生的思维任意驰骋，无拘无束，开可以训练学生的逻辑思维能力、想象能力以及写作能力和口头表达能力。如《沙漠旅行记》《小豆子历险》《童话国的故事》等等，学生练习饶有兴致，收益匪浅。
6、焦点访谈式就大家熟悉的关注的某一个话题，有一个学生主持，以采访形式，发表对话题的看法及感
想。如“父母帮我报的兴趣班，我没兴趣，怎么办？”“非典过后，我们不必太讲究卫生了。”“战争，给人们带来许多灾难，我们怎么办？”“教师节，该不该给老师送礼？”等等，学生自由组织，畅所欲言，真实地反映学生的心态，同时培养学生关爱他人、关心家事、国事、天下事的良好品质，有利于学生逐步养成正确的世界观、人生价值观。
7、广告式广告语短小精练，富有寓意且朗朗上口，学生喜闻乐见，还常常模仿电视中广告，不妨给学生展示的机遇与舞台。如，在科技节期间，学生们发明制作了不少小物品：“升降式衣架”“会唱歌的尿不湿”等，就让学生自己写广告词，进行自我介绍、推销、表演；再如，给生活中常见的物品：牙刷、洗衣粉、学习用品等写广告语，为地球、中国申奥、运动会、乃至学校、班级等写广告语，把生活之源引进课堂，课内外相结合，动脑与动手相结合，理论与实践相结合，让生活与语文水乳交融，从而提高学生的语文素养。
8、点评式可对某一位学生的一篇习作或对报刊杂志上的某篇文章，有一学生进行介绍，然后进行点评，或指出文章的优缺点、或评评文章的写作特色或写作技巧，或品品文章的意境与韵味„„从而促进了学生的互相交流，促进了学生的课外阅读，促进了学生的文学鉴赏能力、审美能力的提高！
