(collocation)refers to the language of each language ingredient in the system with now and combination, it is an important part of the language context.According to the relationship between words collocation meaning is determined in the translation of the stage when the meaning of the author understanding frequently used tool.Words and the language environment to other linguistic components of tie-in relationship can help us jokes differentiates meanings, because in the relationship between specific jokes, its meanings tend to become clear, focus.In the context of real words is not lone individual, but that the sentence and the period of article, and wider the language environment, such as emotional factors such as social culture.Chapter 2（甄金会 02）

After I die, my son will carry on the job；and after my son die, my grandson will carry on the job;then there will be their sons and grandsons and so on to the infinity……
There are 2 ways to express one’s meaning, explicature and implicature.In this sentence, if we only translate the surface meaning, it will be misunderstand by the readers.The fifth one, Contextual Analysis and translation of the vacancies 钱钟书周岁时“抓周”抓了一本书，因此得名“钟书”
When Qian was just one year old, he was asked by his parents to choose one thing among others, he picked up a book of all things.There upon his father very gladly gave him the name: Zhongshu(= book lover)“抓周”is a traditional culture in China, we can not find it in our dictionary.But we can explain it according to the meanings of this sentence.Conclusion: how?
Any activities can not be divorced from the specific linguistic context，translation is a bilingual event, semantic transformation is the core, which function is to understand and express the real meaning, therefore, In the translation process, we need to start from the original literal meaning by context analysis, selection of appropriate target language words.Chapter3（宋斌杰 19）
And next I will talk about chapter3: According to linguistic context to eliminate the ambiguity.First, when we talk about the ambiguity, we may say why it happens? In other words, it has some conditions.(1)Semantic: because there are so many meanings and a variety of relations between words.(2)Syntactic: there are many multi-directional of verbs and the multi-level of the structure.(3)Pragmatics: there are varieties of possible scenarios.So that’s why ambiguity exists.There are three typical types of ambiguity as follows: 1)Voice ambiguity 2)Lexical ambiguity 3)Grammatical ambiguity
And next we talk about voice ambiguity, it has two situations:(1)The ambiguity arising from the continuous.For example: My younger brother had a [greidei].括号里的内容可以理解为“grade A”, 又可以理解为“grey day”.(2)Sometimes the same voice but different meanings can also led to ambiguity.For example: Seven days without water make one weak.(week与weak谐音).And then lexical ambiguity, it due to that a word has different meanings in one sentence, there four situations.（1）There has multi-meaning word in one sentence.For example: She didn’t take his tip.In this sentence, “tip”, 既可以理解为“小费”，也可以理解为“告诫”此句中的“tossed down” 可以理解为“囫囵吞下”或者是“扔到地上”。
（2）Some sentences have more than one multi-meaning words.For example: Jack saw the light.(本义是，杰克看见了那盏灯。转义是，杰克明白了。)He is a sweet salesman.(本义，他是一个糖果推销员。转义，他是一个和蔼可亲的推销员。)（3）Sometimes a word has two meanings diametrically opposite.For example: overlook, it means supervise(监视、查看)，but it also means ignore, failed to see（忽视，不看）。The two meanings are very different.For example: The meeting had been overlooked by the police on duty.可以理解为“集会是在值班警察的监视下进行的”或“值班警察没有发现这次集会”。
（4）Ambiguity is caused by changes in meanings.For example: Only some of the visitors gained admittance into the clean room.此句中的“clean room”原指“干净的房间”，但是此处取得了新意，指供制造精密零件用的无尘室。
The last is Grammatical ambiguity.1)The parallel structure caused ambiguity.For example：Some persons after consuming alcohol, want to fight and become hard to mange.意思可以是some persons want and become, 也可以是want to fight and want to become.2)Omitted structure caused ambiguity.For example: I like my roommates as well as Nancy.此句可以理解为：like my roommates as well as Nancy does或I like Nancy and like my roommate.3)Negative words cause ambiguity.For example: Jane doesn’t dance to please her mother.可以理解为，珍妮并不是为了使妈妈高兴才去跳舞的。又可理解为，珍妮为了使妈妈高兴而不去跳舞。
There are so many ambiguities in the sentence, but how to eliminate the ambiguity.And next we will talk about it.There are three common ways.1)成分定性法，按句法成分给句子的每一个成分进行语法定性，得到不同的解释，进而排除歧义。For example: Flying planes can be dangerous.可以理解为，开飞机是危险的（将flying planes看做动词+宾语结构）又可以理解，飞行中的飞机是危险的（将flying planes 看做现在分词结构，构成修饰关系）
2）层次切分法，可用于含多个语法成分的结构,将其按层次进行切分,便可排除歧义。For example: John Smith, associate editor and professor.该句中德同位结构从editor前划分为得（associate [editor and professor]）, 若从editor后划分可得（[associate editor] and professor）
3)语义指向分析法，For example: They ordered the police to stop drinking after midnight.可有三种理解：A：他们叫警察自午后停止喝酒（stop的语义指向前面的the police 自身）B：他们叫警察阻止午夜后酗酒（stop的语义指意是后面的drinking）C: 午夜后他们叫警察停止喝酒（after midnight 语义指向谓语动词order）
When we know why the ambiguity exits, and how many ambiguities there are and the ways to eliminate the ambiguity, we can avoid many mistakes.That’ all.

1）血压的阅读
什么是血压？
血压就是血液在血管中流动是对血管壁产生的压力。
当你的心脏开始工作，将血泵入动脉的时候，你的血压将会升到最高，我们通常称这个值为收缩压。
当你的心脏在跳动的间期休息的时候，你的血压将会下降，这个时候的值我们通常成为舒张压。
正常的血压表示方式：
男性：120/80mmHg
女性：110/70mmHg
收缩压即是前面或者比较大的数据。
舒张压即是后面或者比较小的数据。
当您的血压升高了到一定的程度，就意味着您患上了高血压。
能有人感觉到他的血压在增高么？
没有！它是没有任何征兆的，它是无声的„我们称它为“无声的杀手” 高血压就是无声的杀手。
高血压将会导致很多严重的疾病，例如：
中风：每一小时都会有一个人中风。
心脏病：将会导致猝死。
心力衰竭：心脏手术至少将花费10000美元的手术费。
肾衰竭：痛苦的透析治疗也将花费您______美元。
失明：将给您带来终生的痛苦。
因此，我鼓励你们所有人定期进行血压的检查。

2）BMI——是一个的身体质量指数表达方式。
BMI将表明您的身高以及体重之间的关系。
解释图表：
27.5或者高于27.5——非常肥胖/超重——高风险
意味着您更容易患心脏病、糖尿病、中风及高血压等疾病。
23—27.4 ——超重
意味着您处于中等风险中，您需要减肥。
18.5—22.9 —— 正常体重
您需要保持在这个体重范围内，处于低风险，但并不意味没有风险。
小于18.5 —— 偏瘦。您可以比别人吃的更多。呵呵。
据研究表明，得不到足够的睡眠将会导致您的体重指数升高。

5）基本的新陈代谢
是我们维持重要的生命活动的能量来源，例如，呼吸、保持体温、心跳等。
当我们在休息，睡觉或者什么都不做的时候，我们仍然需要能量——基础的新陈代谢来维持正常的生命机能。
久坐型：增加30%。
大多数时间都坐着，很少运动。
普通型：增加50%
运动型：增加80%（像运动员样）
给大家展示各种种类的食物所含能量的多少。
6）正常尿测试结果
7）尿蛋白质
尿蛋白含量应该是没有的在正常人的尿检里面应该是没有尿蛋白的在尿检里看到尿蛋白不是个好现象，以为我们有数以百万计的肾细胞在执行过滤功能。
Neg（没有）——正常。
30左右——建议您找医生检查。
100——应该去找医生检查了。
500或更多——需要进行肾脏检查。（需要进行泌尿系统的检查了）
给个例子——肾衰竭——？？？（仍然继续工作）
8）维生素C检查——在尿液里检查维生素C是否超标，足够或者是不足。

++——太多了，由于吃了太多的维他命C或者是蔬菜水果引起的。
我们日常每天只需要100mg维生素c，如果我们的摄入量超过了，它将会由尿里面排出。长期过多摄入维他命c，就会长结石。

9）尿糖——这是一个很重要的检查。
葡萄糖不应该在尿液中，应该是没有的。
例如——糖尿病——头号杀手？
n 150——必须得到治疗，控制你的糖的摄入量以及控制体重。

500 n 1000——肯定是糖尿病了。

10）酸碱度（ph）：酸性或者碱性
