巫蛊之祸以后,武帝的病体日渐沉重,在怀念刘据的同时,选立心的太子成为他不得不考虑的事情,思来想去,他决定立幼子刘弗陵为太子,可当时的刘弗陵还是个天真可爱不满七岁的孩子,而刘弗陵的母亲正值青春年华。武帝猛然想起汉初吕后的故事,更何况他自己也经历了太皇太后窦氏和孝景后干政的痛楚,他深知“母强子弱”意味着什么,想着想着心中不由一惊。所以武帝再立刘弗陵为太子的同时,忍痛处死了刘弗陵的母亲,也就是他晚年最深爱的妃子钩弋夫人。即使武帝心中有万千不舍,为了大汉的`江山他也别无选择。

我一向认为我是一个沉稳,真诚,有职责心的人。与同学相处的过程中,让我认识到了他人很多可贵的品质。同时我也学习到了很多别人的长处。我一向坚持诚信是一个人最最基本的准则,它是我做人一向坚持的原则。所以同学们大多认为我很真诚,我觉得这是对我的很大的肯定。生活中的我时而内向,但是在熟人面前还是愿意与他们交流彼此的一些心事。我喜欢与朋友老师多交流些学习上,生活上的事情,因为他们不仅仅会给我很好的推荐,还会时常纠正我一些错误的观点。

对于学习我一向认为坚持与努力是最重要的,这也是我在高三生活中体会到的经验。高中的知识多又需要理解的去记忆,所以在学习新知识的时候我会想到努力的重要,我常常会废寝忘食地把一个问题弄的十分清楚,为的是踏踏实实地打好学习的基础。在回顾以前的知识和错题或者是漏洞时我会想到坚持的重要,积少成多的道理大家都懂,把不会的事情每一天拿出来复习复习,用不了几次自然而然就会了。

兴趣爱好广泛,喜欢体育运动,擅长体育运动,喜欢英语诗文,对于美术和音乐也有浓厚的兴趣。

身为学习委员和团支部书记的我,工作潜力较强,以身作则,在各方面严格要求自己,并且经常为同学们讲解习题,分享学习经验,帮忙大家共同进步。同时用心配合老师的工作,出色的完成老师交给的任务,对待工作认真负责。而且能和同学交流自己的想法听取他人的意见,为人用心上进。对待团里工作认真负责,常常组织同学用心学习团里用心的精神,同时也要求同学用心配合学校组织的各项活动。

高一时在北京市物理竞赛中获奖,高一,高二连续两年被评为崇文区的区三好学生,在学校曾被评为校三好学生和优秀团支部书记。在音乐方面也曾获得了很多的荣誉证书。

曾作为北京奥运会志愿者在街道和社区服务,班内组织开展同学们进行演讲赛和辩论赛,还发起班里同学进行图书捐赠支援灾区教育,参加并用心配合学校的心理周活动,用心为班里的运动会,合唱节出谋划策,并且取得了很好的反响。

莫扎特是一位杰出的奥地利作曲家,出生于萨尔兹堡一个宫廷乐师家里。他从少年时代就展现出杰出的音乐才能,一生作品极其丰富。他创作的最重要领域是歌剧,共22部,另一重要创作部分是交响乐,共45部。他的音乐创作即继承和发展了海顿等前辈的成果,又对之后的贝多芬等人的创作产生了重要影响。

莫扎特也许不是最伟大的'作曲家,但他绝对是公认的最伟大的音乐天才。就连伟大的音乐家柴可夫斯基都把他称作是音乐的基督。曾有人这么说:“在音乐史上有一个光明的时刻,所有的对立者都和解了,所有的紧张都消除了,那光明的时刻便是莫扎特。”

1756年,沃尔夫冈·莫扎特(WolfgangAmadeusMozart)出生于萨尔兹堡,自幼他便展现出那无与伦比的音乐天赋:3岁开始弹琴,6岁开始作曲,8岁写下了第一部交响乐,11岁便完成了他的第一部歌剧,14岁是指挥乐队演出了该歌剧。能够这么说,莫扎特是为音乐而生的,从他出生的那一刻开始,他就和音乐熔为一体了。

16岁时的莫扎特被任命为萨尔兹堡宫廷的管风琴师。虽然在这段时间,莫扎特创作了超多的优秀作品,但他无法忍受萨尔兹堡大主教的颐指气使,任意欺凌。在那里,莫扎特只是一个会弹琴的佣人,他曾向他的父亲这样描述他在宫廷晚餐上的同伴:两名男仆,管家,点心师父,两名厨师,男仆坐在上座,莫扎特位列厨师之上。最后在1781年,莫扎特脱离了对大主教的依附,成为了历史上第一位自由作曲家,并来到了维也纳发展。在维也纳,莫扎特靠教私人学生,举行音乐会演出和出版作品为生。在这段时间,莫扎特接触到了巴赫、亨得尔的作品,并结识了海顿,从而丰富了他的音乐理念。

在维也纳,莫扎特的音乐成就是令人惊叹的,他曾这样来描述他的音乐创作:“无论多长的作品都在我的脑中完成。我从记忆中取出早已储存好的东西。因此,写到纸上的速度就相当快了,因为一切都已完备,它在纸上的模样跟我想象的几乎毫无二致。所以在工作中我不怕被打扰,无论发生什么,我甚至能够边写边说话。”可怜就是这样一位天才,在他正当壮年的时候却因为感染风寒而去世了,死时年仅35岁。在他生命的最后一天(1971年12月9日),他仍在创作,可惜天嫉英才,莫扎特留下了他那未完成的《安魂曲》,而撒手人间,成为了音乐史上最大的遗憾之一。

尽管莫扎特的一生充满坎坷和艰辛,但他的音乐始终给人带来的是真正的纯美。著名的音乐评论家罗曼·罗兰为莫扎特作出了如下的评价:“他的音乐是生活的画像,但那是美化了的生活。旋律尽管是精神的反映,但它务必取悦于精神,而不伤及肉体或损害听觉。所以,在莫扎特那里,音乐是生活和谐的表达。不仅仅他的歌剧,而且他所有的作品都是如此。他的音乐,无论看起来如何,总是指向心灵而非智力,并且始终在表达情感或激情,但绝无令人不快或唐突的激情。”

在实际操作过程中,我们特别注重过程性评价的实施。过程性评价即形成性评价,是指在学习过程中以教师评价、家长评价、学生小组间的互相评价为基本方式,综合评价学生日常英语学习情况的一种评价方式。它强调以人为本,在学习过程中,重视对学生情感态度、语言知识、学习策略、团队合作精神及综合素质的培养,具有激励性、同步性等特点。根据英语课程评价的要求,我们通过组员与小组捆绑式自我评价、组长评价、同学评价、教师评价以及形成性评价和终结性评价,激励学生全员参与,体验学习成功的快乐。具体实施主要有以下三个层次:

一、组内评个人

利用“组员评价记录表”,对小组内学生进行评价,每节课由各小组的记录员负责记录本组内组员的得奖情况。评价项目可随课堂实际情况分阶段进行调节,如果小组评价做得比较好,还可以从4个大的方面和20个小的观察点进行详细评价,如表格:

利用“小组评价记录表”,记录各小组得奖情况。通过各小组组员的团结合作、共同努力,在课前展示、课中合作交流汇报展示、反馈展示环节中分别记奖。注意学困生的得奖数量要相对增多,这样能够调动学生的积极性和主动性。评价项目可随课堂中学生存在的实际情况分阶段进行调节。

一堂课中对学生小组合作的评价,我们也可以从以下四个大方面对小组综合评价:一是学生的活动状态。学生兴趣浓厚,自主学习积极主动;学习氛围浓厚,民主平等互动;互助学习分工明确,学生热情高且具有实效性。二是学生的活动形式。学生活动分个体、小组、集体等,形式多样,观察、思考、合作有机结合。对于学习内容,善于创新且富有实效,如合理、恰当地运用听、说、读、写、演、唱、交流等多种活动形式,也可以利用不同形式学习和展示同一个内容,如对于句型可以用对话的形式学习和展示,也可以是编成歌曲、加上动作或扩展为排比句的.形式等,这样学习形式丰富多彩,培养了学生创新的精神。三是学生的参与面。学生参与课堂活动面广,能够全体参与不同内容的展示。四是学生的学习效果。学生勇于展示,

情感、态度、价值观得到相应发展。思维有深度,能够体现对所学知识的内化、重组和应用,而且外显效果好。

近日,华中科技大学文华学院院长刘献君为该院“文华学院大学生创业基地”揭牌,并参观了xx级机电专业学生张帆在学校创办的“张帆创新工作室”和xx届电信专业毕业生李xx创办的“xx创新工作室”。这是该院给学生创业“空间”的一个措施。

记者在“张帆创新工作室”看到,张帆同学在校拥有四项国家发明专利和46项产品创新课题,现已完成其中26项课题。他凭借自己的实力加入了中国发明协会,在“xx中国大学生人物”参评中进入前200名;在xx年他被评为“xx年湖北大学生人物”前10强,获得“科技创新人物”称号。

毕业生李xx于xx年在校期间研制的“高性能低畸变电子镇流器”获得国家专利,他应邀参加第八届中国北京科技产业博览会。许多企业想要购买这项专利,甚至一家外国企业出百万元的专利费。xx年他在毕业后,放弃月薪万元的工作,选择了白手起家艰难创业之路,创办了“武汉奥迪尔照明有限公司”,任执行董事兼技术总监,用专利为社会服务,获武汉市大学生创业明星称号。

据刘献君介绍,文华学院在9年的办学中,已经逐步找到了独立学院办学的规律,办大学就是要办出一个氛围,办出特色。在充分调研和总结的基础上,xx年他们提出了办个性化教育特色的大学,努力探索为每一个学生提供适合的教育。此后,该院提出了“立志、空间”的个性化教育的思路,在实践中探索个性化教育的`实施新途径。

该院帮助学生“立志”,把学生发展引导至正确的航道上来;为学生提供发展“空间”,实施多样化人才培养模式,量身定做个性化培养方案;加强实践教学,让学生了解社会,认识自我,增强能力;实施针对性教学和个性化课表,激发学生的学习兴趣;设置潜能导师,帮助学生发掘自身优势潜能,指导学生进行职业生涯设计。现在,个性化教育已取得了初步的效果,涌出了一批像张帆、李xx一样的学生。

为了展示学生的个性和激发潜能,该院将学生参加社会各类学科专业和技能竞赛当作个性化教育的第二课堂和检验平台,仅在xx—xx学年,该院学生就参加省级和国家级各类学科专业和技能大赛38项,其中全国性竞赛17项,省市级竞赛21项,共获得各类奖765项,获奖学生达837人次。xx年12月,在全国大学生绿色建筑创意设计大赛颁奖典礼上,文华学院参赛团队的设计作品“绿色生态窑洞”荣获“最具生态可持续奖”,该院成为本次比赛“十佳”奖项获得院校中唯一一所独立学院(民办)院校。

据了解,在进行个性化教育探索和实践后,近年来该院各专业的毕业生就业率明显提高,xx届热动专业毕业生就业率为100%、机械专业94%、电气专业97%。xx年船舶专业第一届毕业生的就业率为97%、机械专业达100%。全院毕业生就业率近年来保持在90%以上。
