《中医针灸推拿学入门》感言

那是祖先创造的传奇，用一种希望，延续生命； 那是实践赋予的智慧，用一种传承，完美人间； 那是亘古不变的传统，用一种力量，造福世人。

那是不朽的辉煌，从古至今，从无到有，从生命伊始直到生命终结，永不停息、与时俱进的奇迹——中医针灸。

一、从生活经历谈对中医针灸文化的认识

我一直以来都是一个很相信中医的人。记得我五岁的时候，由于经常流鼻血，去了医院，吃了好多西药，都没见效。直到一个熟人向我爸妈推荐的一个老中医，去了他那里之后，通过针灸的治疗方式，这才慢慢好了。那时候，我懵懂地记得，我的全身都被针扎得满满的，从脸部到脚上，密密麻麻地扎了很多的针，这是我第一次觉得中医是个很神奇的职业，觉得中医可以治好西医治不好的病。

因为我自己从中医针灸中受益匪浅，我渐渐就被中医针灸的高明和玄妙折服了。总之，带着对中医的信仰和对中国传统文化的好奇，我走进了《中医针灸推拿学入门》的课堂，经过这一学期的学习，无论是对中医针灸的理论，还是对其与文化的关系，都有了更明确的认识和理解。

二、从课堂学习谈对中医针灸文化的认识

这学期，老师主要讲述了以下几方面的知识：经络的概念、循行路线及规律；腧穴的定位、主治；操作推拿（按摩）的常用手法；针法、艾灸法和拔罐法。在学习的过程中，我学到了很多穴位，以及它们的主治和操作，也熟悉并初步了解了针刺、拔罐、灸法的基本操作，操作的注意事项及一些常识，并且能够在生活中进行简单的应用。这不仅提高了我们在针灸方面的文化修养，也丰富了我们的针灸知识，更有助于我们对针灸的理解。

在课堂上所学的针灸理论部分包括经络和腧穴，概念比较抽象，而经络的概念、经络系统的组成、经脉的循行规律、分布特点和主治概要都是需要记忆的，只有掌握了经络的有关知识，才能进一步为学习针灸学打下基础，正如古人云：“学医不知经络，开口动手便错。”在腧穴部分，要掌握腧穴的概念、主治特点及规律，记住常用穴的定位和主治。

在针灸课中，老师实行理论结合实践的教学方式，让我们不仅在课堂上学习理论知识，还在实践课的时候，通过实践让我们更好地去掌握所学知识。记得在第一次试针的时候，老师在让我们在曲池穴上扎针，化理论为实践，以身试针，通过扎针与被扎针，亲身感受，以自己的感受去体会针灸的操作技巧。那时，我还拍下照片发到了微博，之后和一同学聊天，聊到我这学期在学针灸，她问我：“那不会很痛吗？”是的，就以针刺时的疼痛而言，这也许是没扎过针的人普遍存在的一个问题，看到这么尖的针，要扎进自己的身体里，多少会有点害怕。而通过学习，在我看来，进行针刺时是否有疼痛的感觉取决于两个方面，一个是医生，另一个是病人。正如老师所说的，针灸刺入人体后会产生酸、麻、胀、重、疼等感觉，这些都是针刺得气的反应，是好的表现，是检验本次针刺是否“合格”的一个指标，如果针入人体后没有任何感觉，那说明这次针刺是“不太合格”的。的确，一个好的医生，他的针刺入病人体内后，会使病人的局部产生或酸、或麻、或胀、或重、或疼的感觉，这种感觉不是存在于病人表皮的，这种感觉来源于针尖所到的部位。所以说，针灸的疼，不是绝对的，好的疼可以解除病人的痛苦。不好的疼，是因为病人的紧张和医生的技术太差造成的。如果在做针灸时，能够做到全身心的放松，并且找一个好的针灸医生来扎针，那么，基本上是不会被疼痛困扰，与之而来的是一种舒服的感受，至少我这么认为，这也是那次针灸实践课下来获得的关于针灸时疼痛的感受。

三、从生活实践谈对中医针灸文化的认识

经过一学期的针灸学习后，平时生活中，如果遇到一些小病小痛，就自己给自己或给同学“治治”。中府穴这个穴位有防治咳嗽、喘、胸闷、胸痛的作用。发病时，揉按下就可以减轻病情了。要是遇到感冒喉咙痛，就在少商、商阳按揉按揉，第二天就不痛了。当胃痛的时候，揉压梁丘和足三里穴就可以治胃痛。在这么多穴位中，在日常生活中应用较多的就是人中穴了，它是急救要穴，一旦人们中暑，休克，昏迷，精神障碍或者急性腰扭伤疼痛，都可以通过指掐这个穴位来恢复知觉。对我来说，学习推拿的常用方法是最有意义的，也是最具有成就感的。因为一回到宿舍，我就会教舍友推拿的简单操作手法：有力、持久、揉和、均匀，并结合网上的一些视频，互相享受身心愉悦的乐趣。我想，我们宿舍的这个“独门技艺”在我们一学期的快乐实践中，在假期回家的时候，必会有用武之地，我们就可以为父母、亲朋好友们动手施展技艺了。

中医针灸所蕴藏的智慧的背后，其实贯穿着一种精神骨髓：针灸是在中国历代特定的自然与社会环境中生长起来的科学文化知识，蕴含着中华民族特有的精神、思维和文化精华，涵纳着大量的实践观察、知识体系和技术技艺，凝聚着中华民族强大的生命力与创造力，是中华民族智慧的结晶，也是全人类文明的瑰宝。在现代看来，中医辩证统一的理论，它在治病上不同于西医的手法，以及它在越来越受重视的养生问题上的思想，都仍是我们宝贵的财富，永远不能也不会被西医所取代。通过学期的学习，我想，我会用心去感受中国的传统文化，感受中医的魅力，在理解它们的同时，也希望能通过我所学到的知识来更好地实践于日常的生活中，去帮助一些需要的人。

中医针灸康复科重点专科建设工作总结

根据《中共中央国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的指导意见》，坚持“以病人为中心，以发挥中医药特色优势为主题”，进一步突出中医药特色，增加医院实力和服务功能，圆满完成医院管理活动各项工作，医院重点专科建设也取得了较大成效。

对照《宁德市中医重点专科建设评估体系》的标准进行认真自查，现将自查情况总结如下：

一、科室基本情况

寿宁县中医院针灸康复科1986成立，由医院中医门诊、理疗始改建而成，在医院领导的支持下，在市县主管部门领导的指导下，经过辛勤工作，2013年确定为我市重点专科；2014年确定为我省重点专科；2016与宁德市中医院成立对口帮扶对象，虽然针灸科重点专科建设起步比较晚，可是相关的配套设施和软硬件实力在近几年的发展中得到了很快的提升，现承担着全县中医与中西医结合医疗、康复、教学、科研等任务，目前编制床位20张，目前开放床位15张，在职职工7人（返聘职工1人），其中副主任医师1人，中级2人。内设有中医诊室、中医推拿针灸室、牵引治疗室、中药熏蒸室、汗蒸房、多功能康复室等区，配备有磁振热、动功能牵引仪、骨质疏松治疗仪、中频治疗、熏蒸床等设备，开展中医针灸、推拿、中药熏蒸、汗蒸、中药足浴等中医特色项目。

二、重点专科建设取得成效

（一）在科研方面

1、重点专科发展方向明确，坚持以中医为主，充分发挥中医药特色优势，突显中医药特色，使之技术在县内处于领先水平，以带动全县卫生工作的发展。

2、我科在建市重点中医针灸科，科室同志们刻苦努力，进行临床经验的总结。

（二）科室建设

1、科室：成立了重点专科中医针灸科，拥有病床20张。

2、医护人员：科室拥有执业医师7人，护士有8人。

3、业务开展情况：住院病区设有专业治疗组，门诊有专科诊室和必要的辅助检查室，并设有专门功能康复室。

（三）学科带头人及继续教育

1、重点中医针灸科执业医师及病床数按临床科建设标准设置，人才队伍结构合理，叶须钦中医副主任医师为学科带头人。

2、科室内有培训规划，科室在近二年内外出进修人员两人，短训三人次，常年订阅多种医学杂志。

（四）医疗质量

1、医疗质量是医疗安全保障，有了医疗安全才能保障医院快速发展，因此，科室认真贯彻和落实医疗核心制度，全面实行医疗质控，发现问题及时整改，严格执行医师培训及考核制度。

2、医疗质量标准

①科室严格执行医疗质量标准，医疗质量是医疗安全的保证，专科医生收治病人数、为医院创收、病床使用率高于其它医生。

②门诊针灸推拿科病人由现在的4200人次按每年的20%递增，门诊中医治疗率＞96%。

③住院中医治疗率＞95%。④疾病诊断准确率＞96%。⑤中医辨证论治优良率＞96%。⑥甲级病历率达100%。⑦处方合格率＞95%。⑧住院病人今年增长90%。

（五）基本设施

1、科室拥有与中医重点专科建设运行和发展相适应的先进仪器和设备。如TDP治疗仪12台、三维多功能腰椎牵引床1台、电动腰椎牵引床1台、颈椎牵引椅2台、磁疗仪器1台、中频治疗仪2台、中药煎药机4台、电针仪2台、骨质增生治疗仪1台、智能中药熏蒸床1台、中药熏蒸机1台、红光治疗仪1台等。

2、房屋装修和仪器安置等符合要求，并专门设有功能康复室。

（六）建设管理：

1、领导高度重视重点专科发展，并优先解决人、财、物问题。

2、重点专科按医院科室建设标准实施，人才符合科室建设运行和发展的需要。

3、积极争取市上关于重点专科建设项目资金，医院同时给予重点专科专项资金，实行优惠政策，做到专款专用。

三、存在问题与不足

虽然我科在重点专科建设方面做了许多富有成效的工作，但与《宁德市中医重点专科建设评估体系》的要求还有一定的差距，科研能力有待提高。

四、建设计划
