2011中职基础教研室工作总结
本学年是我校新实训楼使用和南区全面开工建设的关键性时期,也是我校国家中职改革发展示范学校立项建设年,学校把开展师德师风建设活动作为提高教师职业能力一项措施,我室全体教师在学校和教务部门的指导下,以“强化学习、拓宽技能、树新形象”为工作主线,深入学习实践科学发展观,坚持不懈地做好教风建设,构建和谐、文明且有活力的教研室,为学校园满完成示范学校立项建设打下基础。
一、指导思想
借我校示范学校立项建设和师德师风建设的东风,继续以“三个代表”的重要思想和科学发展观为指导,以年初周校长的《明师道、铸师德、扬师风、促发展》的报告精神为我室创建新型的教师职业观,以打造优质职教品牌为目标,以全面提高教学质量为切点,以学校特色建设为重点。认真学习当代先进的教育思想,积极投身精品课程和校本课程的改革工作中,坚定不移地实施以培养学生的创新意识、生存意识和实践能力为重点的素质教育,深入开展有实际成效的教研活动,全面提高我室教学质量,让基础课程与专业课程、实践应用有机地结合,推动我校基础教学工作更上新台阶。
二、工作重点
1、完成10级双高班和技师班成考数学(物理、化学)、英语教学复习工作。加强理论与实践研究,优化课堂教学环节,提高课堂教学效率,坚持讲座研讨与观摩课研讨相结合的公开教研活动,争取今年成考再创佳债。
2、完成院级《中技数学》、《高中英语》精品课程的建设;完善和完成本学年省级课题的《高技能人才培养下的教材建设》、《以多元智能理论为依据,构建特色技师学院的英语教学体系》初稿编写工作;完成新生双高班的数学作业习题册和数学辅导校本课教材的建设工作;完成新生第三册数学模拟试卷编写工作;完成了校本课程英语必修1、2、3、4册练习题的编写工作。
3、积极参加省、市、学校组织的各项教研和论文评选活动,迎接省技工院校英语教师技能比赛,并组织学生《数学应用能力》、《英语单词》竞赛和英语朗诵比赛和英文歌曲比赛,以活动和比赛促学风、长能力。
4、开设公开课,使新教师早日成才,成为学校教学和教学管理的栋梁。
三、工作成效
1、坚持思想政治学习制度,提高个人政治素养
一年来,教研室积极参与学校年初师德师风系列活动,蒋相忠主席精彩的讲座和周校长鼓舞人心的动员报告使大家感到工作更有奔头,为扎扎实实、保质保量地做好本各项工作作好思想准备,教研室每月组织政治学习活动,提高了教师政治思想觉悟。我室组织学习了国家中职改革发展示范学校有关资料,学习温家宝总理在庆祝中华人民共和国成立六十二周年招待会上的讲话 ,学习中国共产党第十七届中央委员会第六次全体会议公报,并听取李铁华专家《精益生产实战》讲座,学习贯彻胡锦涛同志全国文代会作代会上重要讲话,学习十七届六中全会精神 坚持文化发展中国路等有关文章,坚持以基础(2)博客网为学习的平台,相互交流学习心得,将理论知识落实到自己的教学实践中去,爱岗敬业,关爱学生,忠诚于技校的教育事业,刻苦钻研、严谨笃学,不断提高教学质量和教书本领,一年来博客文章达上百篇,远超学校规定要求篇数。
2.坚持以研促教、为教兴研
(1)本学年我教研室继续以精品课程研究、开发校本教材为切入口,张力民等老师和章素贞老师按期完成《双高班数学作业册》上、下册校本教材和<成考数学辅导>教材,并在半下年投入使用受到了学生好评.由张力民老师主编完成了中技加强班数学授课教材的初稿;由张力民、田晓军、徐国茹、章素贞四位老师完成了“中技数学”精品课程的开发、结题工作。
英语组完成了校本课程英语必修1、2、3、4册练习题的编写,基本完成了《高中英语》精品课程建设。
英语组由张惠琴负责申报,曹苏芬、蒋晓青、吴巧丹、顾淑英、柏立清等老师参加的课题项目《以多元智能理论为依据,构建特色技师学院的英语教学体系》已被确立为省技工院校教学业务调研课题。
数学组由张力民、田晓军、章素贞、徐国茹老师参加的被列为省级职业技能教学研究所2011重点课题《高技能人才开发的教材建设》已着手调研。
