近期系里组织开展了语音实训,这次实训让我受益匪浅。通过这次语音实训,我对自己的口语有了更加深入的认识,对我以后英语学习有很大的引导。
实训内容主要是模拟一次商务谈判。本次实训有利于学生更加重视英语口语训练并掌握口语表达的有效技能,使我们进一步强化英语口能力以适应职业的需要,从而培养较强的商务英语口语实际交际能力。实训内容分为:撰稿,脱稿表演,录音等多个环节。此次实训是以小组为单位开展的,五人一组,分为两个公司进行谈判。小组内任务分工以后,首先开始撰稿。其中需要搜集资料,查找专业术语,更重要的是体现商务谈判的技能技巧,小组成员相互讨论探讨,最终敲定了剧本。第二,就是指导老师对剧本的指导与修改,指导老师对我们进行面对面的指导,纠正我们剧本当中不合适的地方,之后还对我们的发音进行了矫正。第三,剧本修改过后,我们有短时间的熟练与记忆,之后进行脱稿表演,指导老师在我们表演过后进行了点评。第四,小组录音。实训短暂,时间有限,但是它对我们的学习的提高有着很大的作用。
第一部分撰写剧本,训练了我们用英语表达自己观点的能力,培养在特定的商务情况下进行连贯得体的交流。从谈判前的人员分工,搜集相应的资料,模拟谈判的训练,都锻炼了我们组各个成员的动手能力,沟通技巧,组织能力等,同时也增进了成员之间的团结合作意识。在之前,我们组就开始讨论这次谈判的具体事宜,我们都表示这次谈判需要系统的规划,搜集详细的资料,明确各成员的责任分工,要一同编写谈判剧本,我们把从网上搜集的资料进行汇总,我们上上下下修改好多次,每次排练过程我们都积极讨论修改的地方,从实际出发力求材料真实可信符合事实。虽然这次模拟谈判,却让我们感受到了谈判的气氛,在谈判过程中我们扮演不同的角色,代表不同公司,当我们为了各自公司利益争执不下,不肯相让时,相信我们都进入了角色,这让我们体会到了真实谈判的感觉,而锻炼了我们在谈判中实际能力,如何保持头脑清醒,思维敏捷,不落入对方的圈套,这样才能在谈判中保持主动,另外在谈判中也要不断转变思路从而使谈判想自己有利的方向转变,同时在谈判中也要学会缓和气氛,打破僵局,有利于谈判的继续进行。当然在此次谈判中也暴露了很多缺点,在进行此次谈判的过程过程中我们发现我们的知识面太过于狭窄,对一些商业的专有名词不了解,对一些商务礼仪也不太懂。在这次实训中,我们学到了很多东西,一集体利益为重,团结作战,不论做何种决定,没有团队的合作,一个人的能力很难完成。首先要取得队友的支持,倾听并考虑队友的意见与建议,不要擅自做主。在谈判中要采取灵活的谈判方式,软硬兼施,必要时采取强硬态度。
第二部分,商务谈判中重点考察语音语调的正确性。语音学习的模仿的关键在精不在多,资料的选择不必很多,关键在于把所选资料每一篇都听熟读透。我们经常都会感到听力能力不过关,都是由于对手头的精听资料重复遍数不够造成的。精听的关键在于重复,而跟读模仿要做到惟妙惟肖,就必须进行大量的重复,反复揣摩,耐心细致地朗读。这样我们就把听和说有机地结合在一起。另外,发音练习的过程中一定要注意对速度的控制。把音发清楚是第一位的,因为这是一切发音技巧能够正确使用的前提。很多时候我们会一味图快,而忽略了声音清楚的前提,最后使所讲的英文让别人听不清楚,白白浪费了大量的精力去练习。因此我们练习的原则是宁可慢不可快,为了发音清楚,一切其他技巧都是可以延后再练的。最后,练习过程中一定要注意对各种发音变化现象的总结归纳。语音知识在口语和听力中的运用是感性化的,也就是说所有的语音知识都是听力经验在头脑当中的反应,我们想要巩固所学的语音知识,就必须把所学的内容放到听力练习当中去验证。所以,我们不要忽视发音的纠正练习,因为我们所得到的绝不仅仅是发音的改变,而听力能够得到的好处恐怕是我们想象不到的。在经过这次实训及老师的指导下,我们领悟到了很多。我们一定要动口,绝对不要只听不练,否则就是做无用功;要反复地练习。刚开始的时候我们可能发现学了就忘,其实这是很正常的事,别泄气,我们要做的就是反复学习。多学几遍自然就记住了。英语是一种典型以重音计时的语言,节奏是英语话语的显著特征之一.英语的词重音、语句重音与英语话语节奏密切相关,重音模式影响话语的交际效果.文章分析了英语词重音、句重音模式及话语节奏,以提高我们学习英语语音的效率,同时也培养我们的交际能力。语音语调的训练很重要,我们用英语进行对话的时候,可以从语音语调来判断个人的英语能力,因此在语音语调方面要加强练习。通过多听广播、看电影等等途径来锻炼,并且要经常多说,以达更好的效果。通过这几天的实训,我学到了很多,感觉自己在语音的发音、节奏、语调上都有很大的进步。当然这之中肯定存在着些许问题,有些音标的发音还是会出错,没有达到很标准的水平。语音语调也还需要多多改进。我想,在以后的学习中还要更多的复习这方面的只是,加强锻炼,每天抽空来培养语音,多听些英语广播,看些电影,和同学进行模拟对话,等等。我相信,我的语音水平会越来越好的。在本次的语音实训中,我深刻认识到了学习语音的重要性。作为一个英语专业的学生,首先就应该要把语音给学好,这对我们学习英语来说,其重要性是不言而喻的。因此,在以后的学习生活中,我们还是要多多锻炼这方面的知识,从而使我们的英语学习得到更大的提高。
短暂的实训结束了,但它给了我们很大的帮助,给我们提供了一定的平台可以把所学知识得以运用,有一个锻炼的机会。也让我们更加清楚地意识到自己的不足,从而改进,提高我们的英语水平。在这次实训当中,老师耐心的辅导,给了我们很多有用的方法建议。我希望以后能有更多这样的机会。

语音实训感想
班级:XXXXX 学号:XXXXXX 姓名:XXX 指导老师:XX XX 这学期的语音实训已经结束,经过这一周的商务谈判实训与学习,我对自己的英语学习状况有了更加近一步的认识和更深层次的分析,对自己原来的不足和误区之处做了弥补和改正。比如一些看似简单的单词但是却发不对音的单词,还有一些句子语调的读法之类的。
实训过程分为四个过程,第一是老师总的指导告诉我们实训的大致内容和方法,是关于商务英语谈判的以及相关的信息和要求。第二是根据分好的组,组员一起分配好角色,然后一起撰写剧本。第三是老师和组员一起修改剧本并且每人读台词老师辅导纠正发音。第四是考核,每组表演自己的剧本,然后老师给予评价。
每一个过程我们每个人都是尽自己的努力去参加,例如写剧本的过程中,可能我们对商务英语方面的知识知道的不是很多,尽管我们之前有上过关于商务英语的课程,但大都是一知半解,所以我们每个人都是仔细的又把商务英语书又翻开了一遍,力求能把剧本写的尽量体现商务英语谈判的严谨性,严密性。但是老师说的很对,可能你们自己写的都觉得自己写的很对没有什么错误,可是别人尤其是专业的人一看就能发现许多的错误比如说讨价还价的环节不够紧密,不是单纯的降低价格而是价值交换的体现,还有缺少了支付方式,发货方式保险等商务中必须涉及到的东西我们都没有考虑到,而且可能选择的过程也是过于繁琐,不能让人看了就能一目了然。所以我们也是听从老师的建议把剧本更改了许多把遗漏的地方都给填补上去,然后比较混乱的地方也重新编排过,希望把剧本能做到尽善尽美。接下来就是老师给我们矫正发音的过程,实话说是比较痛苦的,因为老师要求很严格,老师说你们是英语专业的人不是其他那些非专业的人,如果你们的英语跟那些非专业的人听起来差不多,那么你怎么还能继续学习英语专业呢,而且现在矫正你的发音是好事不能等你出了学校到公司应聘的时候被别人所嫌弃的你的发音,所以老师的批评是对的,尽管是比较苛刻,但我们知道老师是为我们好,所以我们也是虚心接受,尽力矫正自己的发音。老师也是花费了许多辅导我们改剧本和纠正发音。我们又对剧本内容整理了一遍,每个人都先念好自己的台词然后背诵接下来就是模拟练习,一遍又一遍,尽量不卡带。
最后一个过程就是在会议室里的模拟谈判,跟自己在寝室练习的感觉完全不一样,给人一种很正式的感觉,老师也是给每组表演的同学提出了许多的意见。其实到我们组表演的时候,我心里还是比较紧张的,差点都记不住的自己的台词,说的时候也感觉背诵一样,缺少了谈判时候该带有的感情,老师在评价我们组的时候说了许多,感觉我们组的表现是不怎么好,而且时间的标准也没有达到,结束之后,我们组又对剧本进行修改,然后计时读词,一定要达到标准为止。虽然这个过程是很辛苦,但是我们都觉得这是作为一个英语专业的学生所必备的技能,假如现在不练习,那么以后在遇到这种情况也会不知道如何应对的。
从此次实训中我得出了以下几点:第一是学到了团队合作,在准备的过程中,我们互相帮忙,集思广益,创作剧本,分工明确,每个人都没有逃避任务,不仅锻炼了英语口语能力还锻炼了团队合作能力。第二是让我们意识到商务礼仪与我们的专业息息相关,对我们的职场也有很大的影响,特别是最后呈现的模拟谈判,更是让我们感受到了谈判技巧的运用,并且还是用英语来表达是更加有难度的。第三是此次实训与平时的上课是完全不同的一种学习方式,在实训过程中要我们运用所学到的理论知识,更加认识到掌握专业知识的重要性,同时也认识到了自己还有更多方面的不足。第四是让我们意识到了作为英语专业学生的我们应该更加重视英语口语训练,多听听纯正的英语,从中找出自己发音上的不足并纠正同时还要掌握口语表达的有效技巧,进一步强化英语口语能力以便我们以后在职场中能够抢占先机,从而培养较强的英语口语实际交际能力。第五是关于态度的问题,这跟平时学习的课程不一样,自不自觉完全看自己的态度,但是我很庆幸的是我们小组的每个人都是很认真的对待的,没有一个人说是找各种借口不做,虽然说我们可能没有别的小组做的好完成的出色,但是我认为并不是每件事都要追求好的结果,好的成绩,过程依然是很重要的,体现了你对待事情,对待人生的态度,所以即使结果不那么乐观,但至少我们小组的每个人都认真对待过也努力过了,这对我们来说比什么都重要,我们也很高兴每个人都能努力过找到自己在小组中的价值。
最后我想说的是很感谢能有此次实训让我们作为英语专业的学生也能体会到在职场上商务英语谈判的机会,同时也让我们知道了自己在英语口语、写作能力方面还有哪方面的不足,争取在以后的学习生活中不断进步,不断改善,最后谢谢老师对我们给予的辅导和意见。

我很荣幸参加了上个月科大讯飞公司举办的使用畅言语音系统的培训会,并接受了试点工作。试用产品共3套,参与试点工作的教师共3人,分别为四年级彭芬、五年级张帆,六年级张俊。这一个多月来,我一直用畅言语音系统辅助我的教学工作。它为我的英语课堂增添了不少色彩。孩子们也因此更加喜欢我的英语课了。现在我结合自己的教学实践谈谈我在使用畅言语音系统和制作教具的心得体会。
一、活跃课堂气氛,增强学生学习的兴趣。
随着单词,句型的增加,四年级学生的学习开始出现 “沙漠化”现象。对学习英语的兴趣也不再像初学时那样兴趣浓厚了。在课堂上说英语和回答问题成了部分优秀学生的专利。常常我都有一种唱独角戏的感受。但当我第一次将畅言语音系统带入课堂时,我惊奇的发现孩子们对这个新玩意特别感兴趣。于是我就抓住了孩子们的好奇心,用畅言语音系统辅助我教读单词,接着在让孩子们模仿语音系统跟读,并告诉他们如果谁读的好,就可以在讲台上来用“识别笔”像老师一样教其他同学读单词。这样一来孩子们的学习兴趣一下就被调动起来了。他们都渴望到前面来真实的感受一下这个新玩意,所以学习起来特别认真。就连班里最调皮的孩子也积极的举手发言了。
二、语音纯正,使用方便。
在英语教学中,我们最注重的是语音语调的纯正。以往我们常使用的磁带教学,由于教室空间较大,为了让每一个学生都能听到录音,所以我们常常将录音机的音量调到最大。但录音内容就会失真,经常出现破音,录音机发出“哧哧……”的响声,极大的影响了教学效果。但畅言语音系统完全为我们解决了这一难题,给学生们提供一个非常标准的语言环境,能够有效地提高学生英语的听力水平和口语发音水平。此外,该系统使用方法十分简便,教师可以在课堂上随时、随地轻松使教具实现反复播放功能。与传统的录音机相比,教师不必频繁在课堂上操作快进、快退键,因而节省了大量倒磁带的时间,学生们也能够一直集中精力听录音,从而提升了课堂教学效率。此外,与录音机不同,该教具不存在磨损磁带、绞带等问题,为教师的使用提供了最大限度的便利。
三、制作教具方便快捷,是教师的好帮手。
在教学中,我常常要花许多时间去准备教具,制作课件等。特别是寻找一些有声音的教具。而畅言语音系统所独有的语音合成功能和语音教具制作功能为我们提供了方便快捷的制作有声教具的途径,使得我们的英语课堂变得更加直观形象、生动活泼,同时也减轻了教师的工作负担。在使用畅言语音系统的过程中,我们感受到了它带给英语教学的许多惊喜,为我们的日常教学注入了新的活力。同时我也想给贵公司一些建议,让畅言语音系统更好的服务于教学实践。
1.在试用期间,科大讯飞公司为我们提供了一本特殊的教材。在课堂上,教师只需要用识别笔轻轻一点书上的单词或句子,语音系统就能发音。虽然这样操作比录音机方便,但却不利于提高学生的认读能力。在教读的过程中,学生能清楚的听到单词的发音,但却不知道在读哪个单词。如果能有配套的单词卡片或课文插图就更理想了,这样教师可以将单词卡或图片贴在黑板上,然后用识别笔点单词卡或图片让学生跟读。这样学生既能听到纯正的语音又能认读单词或句子,教学效果就会更好。
2.据调查显示,大部分学校都存在大班教学。我们的老师上课几乎都用名叫“小蜜蜂”的扩音器。因此上课的时候,我们既要提畅言语音系统又要带话筒、教具、课本等等。每次我去上课的时候,孩子们都笑说:“老师,你要搬家吗?” 如果科大讯飞公司能在畅言语音系统上添加一个麦克风功能,这样更能减轻老师的负担了。
3.众所周知,科大讯飞公司在中文语音合成方面处于全国乃至全世界的领先地位,如果能将畅言语音系统的点击读取的媒介改为普通书本而不是那些经过特殊印刷的书本,也就是说任何书本有都可以通过相应的设置后进行点读,那这个产品的普及率将非常的惊人,甚至会赶上MP3。
总之,通过试用我们认为畅言智能语音教具系统是一款对于我们中小学基础教育比较有价值的信息化教学产品,它是我们教学工作的好帮手。
村小学师资力量不足导致许多乡村小学无法正常开设英语课、教师自身水平问题导致的“哑巴英语”、“洋泾浜英语”现象的普遍存在已经成为当前我国农村中小学英语教学的显著矛盾。但大幅度增加农村英语师资力量、提高教师水平,切实解决或缓解当前英语教学矛盾的难度很大、周期很长,而智能语音技术在教学上的应用却能很好的解决上述问题。

一、运用智能语音是医治中国农村学生“哑巴英语”通病的良药 智能语音具有提供课堂教学标准带读和多种教学手段功能,在英语带读中体会英语的语感,逐步感知,并提供英文口语评测及纠错和多资源结合的新型备课设计功能来实现教师持续自我发展,也提供任意英文文本语音合成和个性化差异化有声教具制作等功能来实现教师特色教学和教学的差异化和多样化。换言之,通过即点即读实现教学内容标准带读、人机互动实现口语评测、让任何物体开口说话的有声教具等一系列课堂教学新方式成为当前快速有效医治农村学生“哑巴英语”的唯一良药。
二、运用智能语音吸引学生注意力,激发了学习兴趣
英语是一门实践课,教学是双边的活动,光有教的积极性是不够的,英语教学要使学生由不知到知、由知到会、由会到熟练,学生是教学的主体。因此,在教学的过程中首先要注意激发学生学英语的兴趣,有了兴趣,也就有了学习的积极性。小学生都有爱玩好动的天性,要想使他们对枯燥抽象的英语知识感兴趣,爱学、乐学,就得想办法来吸引他们的注意力。在教学过程中,运用智能语音能给学生提供丰富的感知内容,创设声形(与课本插图相对照)并茂的情景去感知的机会,这样就可以吸引学生注意力,激发学生的学习兴趣,使他们由被动接受变为主动参与,在愉悦的氛围中很好地感知所学的内容。
在小学英语课堂的教学过程中,我们可以运用智能语音播放一些与本课学习内容有关的歌曲和资料,以吸引学生的注意力。例如,在教学标准实验教科书小学英语Unit3 A的课文时,我在教授课文之前先让学生听、学歌曲《My Clothes》,当优美、欢快的旋律回荡在教室里时,学生的学习情绪一下子就被调动起来;接着在教授课文中的句型“Is this your T-shirt?”以及其两种应答语“Yes,it is./ No,it’s not.”时,我运用智能语音提前制作好对话范读,使学生的兴趣继续得以维持;另外,在学生学会了句型“Is this your T-shirt?”的每一个应答语时,我都会教学生把学会的应答语代入到歌曲《My Clothes》中,使学生在学中唱、在唱中学。运用智能语音使音乐贯穿于整个教学过程中,吸引了学生的注意力,使学生充分地动口、动手、动脑,在愉悦的气氛中学到了新知,大大地激发了他们学习英语的兴趣。

四、运用智能语音营造优美的意境,提升了审美意识
英语课的教学应致力于学生英语会话能力的培养,而传统的外语教学仍以课堂正规学习为主,长期以来,教师形成了传统的英语教法——“灌输法”,即教师通过讲解和练习来帮助学生弄懂、掌握本单元的单词和句型,学生课后的主要任务就是死记硬背这些单词和句型,结果是老师讲的辛苦,学生背得乏味,也忽视了对学生审美能力的培养。而智能语音能给书本上新颖的图象、动画、文本等方式通过加工营造优美的意境,培养学生的审美观。它向学生真实地展现所学语言知识的使用环境,为学生创设一个“摆脱母语束缚,充分调动眼、耳、脑、口对语言消息综合反应的语言习得环境”,使学生的思维随情境而向四方发散联想、想象,智慧的火花不断被点燃,从而激发其主动参与学习的愿望。
在智能语音教学中,用音乐渲染情境,用声音显示情境,用文字来诠释情境„„这样可以把语言和形象联系起来,通过多种感官刺激获取信息。例如,在教学现在进行时的语法时,利用智能语音来播放儿歌《Are You Sleeping?》,边听边看书上的插图,既形象,又容易理解,让学生小组或同桌之间进行看图练习,简明而且直观,充分展示了教学手段的多样化,弥补传统教学的枯燥无味,给英语教学注入新的活力。
总而言之,我们的英语教学一直在以“chalk + talk”(粉笔+谈话)的方式进行。学生的参与感不强,教学效果不甚理想。智能语音技术在英语课堂中的运用,一定程度上实现了现代化教学,要想合理使用这一手段,实现英语课堂教学的最优化,给广大英语教师带来了新的机会和挑战,同时又对英语教师提出了更高的要求,它要求教师从“守摊型”向“开拓型”发展。也就是说,我们农村英语教师不仅要有扎实的业务功底,还要具有先进的教学理论和教育理念,勇于向新科学技术挑战,有的放矢,合理使用,以便于充分发挥智能语音的巨大优势,这必会给英语课堂注入新鲜的血液。从另一个角度说,智能语音教学作为一种新生事物,在教学实践中遇到各种各样的问题也是正常的,这就要求我们不断探索、交流,共同为英语教学的改革而努力。

小学英语语音教学心得
多年的教学实践中,我梳理了自己的英语教学,总结了自己语音教学中的一些方法,与各位老师共享,欢迎多多指导。1.不断提高自己的语音发音
我1993年教初中英语,自学了专科英语,“许国璋英语”磁带语音跟读练习约2年。2010年,我参加区教体局组织的“亚美欧”英语培训,历时一年,语音有较大提升;之后区组织模仿秀,我训练学生,教学相长,对连读,失去爆破,语句重音,语气语音语调,有了更深地理解和把握。
2.课堂教学新单词时,通过建立字母和音素之间的联系,以标准的语音组织教学。
让学生试着自己读出单词,例如,dirty,/d-ə:/, /-d ə:/,/t-i-ti/,/d ə:ti/。课堂朗读课文时,里面的失去爆破,连读,句子重音,语调,语气都要求和录音一致。
3.我每周两次中午训练“英语小老师”,从更好地实施教学。
从每个班级挑选3-4名学生(品学兼优,能够带领同学学习),训练他们朗读刚刚学习的课文,以及课本上练习,使他们的朗读跟录音一样。课文中出现的连读,失去爆破,语气,语调,节奏等,都要求这些学生能够读出来。每周两次早读,让读得好的“小老师“领读单词,课文,和相关练习。嘱咐这些小老师,对有难度的句子,分解读,多读(这是跟读光盘做不到的)。4.课后让学生仿读课文,跟读flash,背诵课文。
建立师生家长QQ群,及时互动,与家长一起,共同监督学生的英语学习,为学生养成良好的学习习惯。5.教学工作无止境,我一直在努力中。
