经过半年时间的考察 **同志在更方面都有了较大的进步 学习生活中 能够联系群众 本着全心全意为人民服务的宗旨 热心助人 在专业课程的学习中刻苦努力 有明确的学习目标 在同学当中树立了良好的榜样 但是 还应该看到 **同志在自身性格的历练方面应多多加强 待人接物应更加热情开朗 做事也应更加大胆 争取自身的全面突破

经过第二次的培养考察，作为XXX同志的入党培养人我们认为：XXX同志在本季度的培养考察中理论知识的深入学习和工作主动性等方面都有了明显的进步，该同志能认真研读《党章》，牢记党员的权利和义务，深刻领会其内涵，对照党章规定的党员标准，认真查找自身存在的不足。在学习过程中该同志能结合所学内容主动找培养人谈体会、谈认识、谈不足，积极开展自我批评。在工作中该同志积极协助部长安排好公司各种会议，做好会议记录，起草会议纪要以及做好公司内部信息传递、信访接待等日常事务性工作。该同志在做好本职工作的同时还积极主动地熟悉、掌握工作全面情况，具有较强的敬业精神，在职工群众中起到了骨干带动作用。不足之处：在个人性格的历练方面应加强，待人接物应更加热情开朗，做事也应更加大胆泼辣，争取自身素质的全面提高。

经过第三次的培养考察，作为XXX同志的入党培养人我们认为：XXX同志较前一阶段有很大的进步。在这一阶段的时间里XXX同志加

强了党的理论知识学习，用先进的理论知识不断充实完善自己，并且用理论指导实践。在工作中该同志能认真参加党支部组织的各项活动，努力完成好党组织交办的各项任务。特别是XXX同志在参加机关党支部开展各项主题实践活动中，该同志能够以身作则，以一个党员的标准严格要求自己，认真学习业务知识，努力提高处理问题和解决问题的能力，在机关工作人员当中树立了良好的典范。不足之处：在加强政治理论学习的同时，应注意培养独立思考的能力，多关注时事政治，提高把握大局的能力。

经过第四次的培养考察，作为XXX同志的入党培养人我们认为：经过本季度的培养考察XXX同志取得了更大的进步。在这一阶段时间XXX同志继续加强政治理论学习，经常向培养人汇报学习体会，用党员的标准要求自己，对照《党章》找差距，对照不足找原因，并与培养人一起结合个人思想状况，整定整改措施和努力方向，加快成熟步伐。该同志在实际工作中不断完善与超越自我，加强业务知识的学习，在工作中甘于吃苦，不辞辛劳，主动承担任务，认真完成工作。此外，该同志在工作中能解放思想，勇于进取，敢于创新，做出了突出的成绩。不足之处：在工作任务繁重时，有时存在急躁情绪，今后要制定好工作计划，把握好工作节奏。

该同志入党动机明确，态度端正，信念坚定，并积极将自己对党的真情落实到自己所从事的体育工作中去。他带领学校体育组全体教师以新课改的教育理念有智慧的进行小学体育教学的探索，努力构建以玩为基本理念，以健康为中心，以培养体育素养为重点，以校本为特色的学校体育新体系，为学生体育素质的提高和学校体育工作做出了突出贡献。

Different people have different ideas about what success is.There are lots of very different ways to measure success.Each person has their own unique idea of the meaning of success in their lives and it is up to you to decide what success means to you.The clichéd idea of success is having lots of money, designer clothes, a flashy car and a big house.That's fine if that is what you really want.But you may have very different ideas that define success for you.Success is completely subjective.If you feel successful then you are.What other people think is irrelevant.All that matters is that you feel that you have achieved success.Ralph Fiennes says it well with his take on success.He sees it as “… a quiet, daily thing.I call people successful not because they have money or their business is doing well but because, as human beings, they have a fully developed sense of being alive and engaged.”

Success is all about your perception of it.One person's success may be another person's idea of failure.The essence of being successful is to define what success means to you and then live out that idea.Don’t allow anyone to steal your dreams.Decide what you truly want in life and then take the action to manifest it.Your dreams are the core of who

you are.Become your own dream maker.My greatest wish and passion is for everyone to achieve lives of joy, wealth, good health, filled with lots of laughter.No one can promise miracles, however, I believe that miracles can happen.Find your courage, focus on “your definition” of success and let your brilliance shine

Most people want to be successful.The problem is that unless they have an idea of what success is they will probably never become successful.If they do become successful, they may not even realise.It sounds silly but sometimes people are successful without realising it until they lose what they have.If you want to make the most of your life, you should have a plan.Work out what you mean by success.It is different for everyone.One man may feel success is a yacht, a big house and a high-powered job in the city.Another man may think of success

as a modest home with a happy family.Decide what you feel is important to you.Do not be swayed by the opinions of others.It is your life not theirs.Once you have an idea of what is success for you, then you need to flesh it out.Give it solidity.Picture it in your mind, in great detail.What colour car, what make, model, and style.The clearer the picture in your mind, the more likely you are to attain your success.If you can define your idea of success, you can then focus on the path to achieving it.You may be surprised to find you have already achieved many things on your way to your success.You may be shocked to find you are working to someone else's idea of success and you will find you are unsatisfied because the goal is not yours.At least by defining your idea of success you will be able to choose whether to continue on the path you are travelling, or to go your own way.

With divorce rates and family breakdowns increasing globally, it is generally accepted that facilities today are not as close as they used to be.What are the reasons and how to solve the problem?

Divorce and family breakdown were virtually unheard of just 100 years ago.Now, however, almost half of all marriages fail.This phenomenon is symptomatic of the growing distance between family members in modern society.In this essay, I intend to explore the sources of this problem along with some possible solution to it.Chief among the causes of this problem is the modern lifestyle.Today’s parents have to work harder than those of previous generations to support their families.Traditionally, one parent assumed the role of breadwinner, while the other—typically the mother—acted as the homemaker.Recently, though, double income families have become the norm.Consequently, an increasing number of children now grow up in a parentless environment.Little wonder, then, that they feel alienated.Another contributing factor is the passive and solitary nature of many modern forms of entertainment.Watching TV too much tends to have an unfavorable influence on the family relationship, by which I mean if one spends the vast majority of his spare time on television, he will lack sufficient time for communication with the family members, which may possibly result in the alienation in the family.In order to resolve this sense of alienation within families, I believe we must first address its root causes.Perhaps the most effective methods of doing this would be for governments to offer financial incentives to parents who choose to remain at home and take care

of their families.Admittedly, such incentives would probably not fully compensate couples for lost income;however, they would at least soften the hardship of living on a single income and provide an alternative for parents who would rather remain at home but are unable to do so because of financial constraints.One further measure would be to promote more interactive leisure activities in the community through public education campaigns.In conclusion, I believe that this is clearly a problem of such complexity that no solution is likely to be workable in the short term.However, I believe that the measures outline above would constitute a good first step.

公老师对本课的教学目标定位准确，教学设计合理，让学生在教学情境中自主探索，动手实践，使学生学会用数学的头脑思考问题和解决问题，不仅提高了学生的思维能力，而且也提高了学生探索数学问题的兴趣和能力。本节课充分体现了新教学理念所倡导的自主学习。具体表现在以下几个方面。

1.联系学生的生活实际，创设问题情境，激发学生学习数学的积极性。教师选择学生熟悉的生活情境,引入本课的教学内容,并把聚餐这个情境贯穿于教学的全过程，2.教师是课堂的组织者、引导者和合作者。教师敢于放手，给学生的活动提供了充足的时间和空间，较好地突出了学生的主体地位。整个教学过程中，分一分、摆一摆、说一说、练一练，无一不是学生在主动探索与操作，可以说，正是由于教师敢于放手，才有了学生的主动探索与思考，才有了学生主动学习、动脑、动口的机会，才有学生的全员参与，才形成了学生主动学习的心态，才有了学生的主动体验，在教师创造的和谐、民主、可以充分发展的环境中，让学生的潜能得到了一定的开发。3.开放式的〖教学设计〗。

教学中，教师设计了为家长安排座位的开放性问题，有利于培养学生解决问题的能力，体会除法运算的意义与价值。学生想出6种排法，分别列出6个除法算式：18÷3＝6，18÷6＝3，18÷2＝9，18÷9＝2，18÷1＝18，18÷18＝1。并让学生想想，哪种排法是最合理的。

最后提点不成熟的想法：

还可以用其他算式表示座位的排法吗？事实上，只要用乘法算式就可以概括前面6个除法算式的意义：3×6=18，2×9=18，1×18=18。这种引申，可以让学生体会乘法与除法的联系。
